Abstract

The invention relates to a wiper arm (10), in particular for a motor vehicle. The wiper arm includes: a fastener (12) for fastening at the driven shaft; a hinge (14) which is connected in an articulated manner to the fastening element (12) by means of a bearing bolt (18), at the free end of which the wiper blade can be fastened; and a hose line (26) by means of which cleaning fluid can be conducted from the fastener (12) to the free end of the hinge (14). According to the invention, the hose line (26) is directly adjacent to the sleeve (28) of the bearing bolt (18) or to the bearing bolt (18).

Description

Wiper arm, in particular for a motor vehicle
Technical Field
The present invention relates to a wiper arm, in particular for a motor vehicle, according to the preamble of the independent claim.
Background
A large number of wiper arms are known, which have: a fastener for fastening at the driven shaft; a hinge part which is connected in an articulated manner to the fastening part by means of a bearing bolt and at the free end of which the wiper blade is fastened. A hose line is provided, through which cleaning fluid can be guided from the fastener to the free end of the hinge.
Disclosure of Invention
The wiper arm according to the invention, which has the features of the main claim, has the advantage that the hose line directly adjoins the bushing or the bearing bolt. In this way, the necessary overlength of the hose line can be significantly reduced, which saves costs.
Advantageous refinements and improvements of the features specified in the main claim result from the measures recited in the dependent claims.
It is particularly advantageous if the hose line is constructed from plastic, since this is inexpensive and expedient.
A particularly simple production variant is advantageously achieved by the sleeve being formed in one piece with the fastening element.
In an ideal case, the hose line has an overlength of less than 12 mm, in particular less than 10 mm.
Drawings
Embodiments of the invention are illustrated in the accompanying drawings and explained in more detail in the following description. Wherein:
fig. 1 shows a schematic side view of a wiper arm according to the invention;
fig. 2 shows the area of the hinge of the wiper arm according to the invention in a schematic view from below, and
fig. 3 shows the region of fig. 2, however without hose lines.
Detailed Description
Fig. 1 shows a schematic side view of a wiper arm 10 according to the invention. The wiper arm includes a fastener 12 and a hinge 14. The fastener 12 and the hinge 14 are hingedly connected by a hinge 16. For this purpose, the hinge 16 has a hinge bolt 18, which forms the rotational axis of the hinge 16. The fastening element 12 has a fastening hole 20 on its end facing away from the hinge 16, which end extends in the longitudinal direction of the fastening element, for fastening the fastening element 12 at the driven shaft of the windscreen wiper device. The hinge part 14 has a fastening means 24 for fastening a wiper blade at its free end 22 facing away from the hinge joint 16. The wiper arm 10 is shown in the operating position, that is to say in the position in which the wiper arm 10 is mounted on the motor vehicle. For the replacement of the wiper blade at the free end 22 of the wiper arm 10, the hinge 14 can be flipped up via the hinge joint 16. A hose line 26 (fig. 2) extends in the fastening element 12 and in the joint 14, which hose line cannot be seen in a side view. The hose line 26 runs under the hinge bolt 18. If the free end 22 of the hinge 14 is now turned upwards, it is apparent that the distance between the free end 22 and the fastener 12 increases, since the hose line 26 must be guided from the fastener 12 to the free end 22 with a radius around the hinge bolt 18. The hose line 26 must therefore be of an excessively long length, that is to say must be longer than the distance between the fastening element 12 and the free end 22 of the hinge 14. This overlength is about 15 mm in the case of wiper arms according to the prior art.
The area of the hinge 16 is shown in more detail from below in fig. 2. The fastener 12 has a substantially U-shaped cross-section with the hose line 26 extending within the interior of the fastener. The hose line 26 runs over the hinge 16 into the hinge 14, which is likewise of substantially U-shaped cross-section, so that the hose line 26 runs in the interior of the hinge. In this view from below, the hose line 26 runs over the hinge bolt, since the hinge 14 can be turned down in this view.
In fig. 3 the same cut-out is shown as from fig. 2, however for clarity reasons the hose line 26 is not present. The same reference numerals are used. The hinge 14 is hingedly connected to the fastener 12 by a hinge 16. The bearing bolt 18 is in a sleeve 28 that encases the bearing bolt 18. The sleeve 28 is open in the region of the hose line 26 (fig. 2), so that the hose line 26 directly adjoins the sleeve 28. In this way, with the hinge 14 turned over, a radius as small as possible is obtained for the hose line 26. In a variant of the invention, the bearing bolt 18 can also be open, i.e. arranged without the sleeve 28, so that the hose line 26 then adjoins the bearing bolt 18 directly.
The necessary overlength is reduced to about 8.6 mm by the direct abutment of the hose line 26 with the sleeve 28 or the bearing bolt 18.
The fastening element 12 is constructed as a cast part, but can also be constructed as a sheet metal bending part. The hinge 14 is constructed as a sheet metal bending member. The fastener 12 and hinge 14 are tightened by a tension spring 30 and a C-shaped clamp 32. The suspension of the clip 32 is located outside the shaft formed by the bearing bolt 18, so that the spring force of the tension spring 30 must be overcome in order to flip the hinge 14 down relative to the fastening element 12. For the secure retention of the hose line 26, a retaining element 34 is also provided on the joint 14 and/or the fastening element 12, which is embodied as a tab, which protrudes essentially in the direction of the interior of the joint 14 or the fastening element 12.
