The container 2 is provided with a swing driving mechanism at one side: one end of the cup holder rotating shaft 12 (fig. 2) of the two rotary cup holders 1 is fixedly connected with the connecting rod 31, and the two connecting rods 31 are rotatably connected with the intermediate connecting rod 32. The tail end of the fixed end of the air cylinder 30 (linear driving device) is provided with a hole and is in rotating fit with the shaft of the support 301, and the support 301 is fixed on the side wall of the container 2; the moving end of the air cylinder 30 is connected with a double-elbow joint 302, and a shaft on the double-elbow joint 302 is in rotating fit with a hole on one connecting rod 31; when the cylinder 30 is pushed straight, the rotary cup holder 1 swings by an angle smaller than 90 degrees. The driving member is a cylinder 30, but it is needless to say that a linear driving device such as an electric push rod, an electromagnet, or a linear motor may be used.
Fig. 2 shows a rotary cup holder of an example 1 of a washing and stirring cup apparatus according to the present invention, which includes a cup holder 11, and cup holder rotating shafts 12, 13 are fixed to the cup holder 11 by two fasteners 14, and the cup holder rotating shafts 12, 13 are arranged in a line 110. This split type design is for the convenience of assembling, can insert the glass stand pivot 12, 13 in the container axle hole earlier, then has put glass stand 11 well, is connected fastener 14 and glass stand pivot 12, 13 again, can be with fixed glass stand 11. The fastener 14 here includes a pressing piece 14a and a screw 14b.
Fig. 3 shows a cross-sectional view of an example 1 of a stirring cup cleaning device of the present invention, and further, an L-shaped packing 17, a bearing 16, and a stopper 18 are provided in a container shaft hole of the container 2 so as to have a smaller rotational resistance, and to be fixed and sealed. When the cup holder is installed, the L-shaped sealing ring 17 and the bearing 16 are installed in the shaft hole of the container, then the cup holder rotating shafts 12 and 13 penetrate through the bearing 16 and the L-shaped sealing ring 17, and then the shaft stop 18 is installed. Then, the cup holder 11 is set to the right position, and the cup holder 11 is pressed by the fastening member 14, where the fastening member 14 includes a pressing piece 14a and a screw 14b.
Fig. 4 is a perspective view showing a combination of an example of a device for washing a cup mixer 1 and a cup mixer of the present invention, where the cup mixer 9 is placed on the rotary cup holder 1, and is shown in a horizontal state, and when the swing drive mechanism is operated, the cup mixer 9 swings together with the rotary cup holder 1 by an angle smaller than 90 degrees.
Fig. 5 is a sectional view showing a horizontal state of a combination of an example of a device for cleaning a mixing cup 1 according to the present invention and a mixing cup, and fig. 6 is a sectional view showing an inclined state of a combination of an example of a device for cleaning a mixing cup 1 according to the present invention and a mixing cup. As shown, two spray heads 7 are provided at the bottom of the container 2, and their spray nozzles are respectively aligned with the center of the mixing cup 9 when the mixing cup 9 is turned to the maximum inclined position, so as to facilitate the most efficient cleaning of the mixing cup. The spray head 7 preferably adopts a rotary spray head, the cleaning efficiency is higher, and the rear part of each spray head is connected with a pipeline and a control valve so as to pass and control high-pressure cleaning liquid.
In addition, an optical sensing device 6 (a type of sensor) is installed on the side surface of the container 2 and used for sensing whether the stirring cup 9 rotates in place or not and whether the stirring cup is arranged on the rotary cup holder 1 or not, so that water is prevented from being sprayed when the stirring cup does not rotate in place, and the people can be prevented from spraying the stirring cup into a whole, and whether the stirring cup is arranged on the rotary cup holder 1 or not can be known after restarting or power failure.
When the stirring cup cleaning device works, when the stirring cup 9 is in a horizontal state, a worker can put the polluted stirring cup 9 on one rotary cup holder 1 and take down the cleaned stirring cup 9 on the other rotary cup holder; when the stirring cup 9 is in an inclined state, the stirring cup can be cleaned through the spray head 7.
A continuous workflow is generally such as: a. the start button is pressed first. b. The operator removes the left mixing cup 9 to add mixing material (such as fruit) and places it on the mixer base to mix. c. When the worker is doing the work, the air cylinder 30 is operated to incline the rotary cup holder 1 to the maximum inclined position, the right nozzle 7 sprays cleaning liquid (whether the right stirring cup is present or not is sensed by the optical sensing device 6 before the nozzle sprays water) to clean the right stirring cup 9, and the rotary cup holder returns to the horizontal state after the cleaning. d. The staff pours the juice into the output cup after completing the stirring work, then puts this contaminated empty stirring cup 9 on the left rotating cup holder 1 (has regained level), then picks up the right cleaned stirring cup 9 in the hands to add the stirring material (such as fruit), then puts on the mixer base to stir. e. When the worker completes the work, the air cylinder 30 is operated to tilt the rotary cup holder 1 to the maximum tilt position, and the left nozzle 7 ejects the cleaning liquid to clean the left stirring cup 9. Repeating the above steps, continuously beating the fruit juice, and continuously cleaning the stirring cup.
In order to operate the machine, the necessary buttons are required, and in order to control the oscillating drive mechanism and to receive the feedback from the sensors to perform the desired action, a control system, which is based on a circuit board, is required. However, when the device for cleaning and stirring the cup is used independently, the button and the control system are independent, and when the device is used as a part of a milk tea machine, the button and the control system can be controlled by the control system of the milk tea machine.

A chain wheel 33 (transmission wheel) is arranged at one end of the cup holder rotating shaft 12 of the rotary cup holder 1, the rotary driving device is a servo motor 36 positioned at the bottom of the container 2, a double-row chain wheel 37 is connected to an output shaft of the servo motor 36, and the chain wheel 37 respectively drives the two chain wheels 33 to rotate through two chains 34. 2. The structure of the rotary cup holder is different. The cup holder 11 here is composed of a front cup holder 11a and a rear cup holder 11b, and the front cup holder 11a and the rear cup holder 11b are pressed and fixed by a fastening member 14b, which may be a screw, through holes in the holder rotation shafts 12, 13.
In this example, the drive wheel is a sprocket wheel, and indeed a timing pulley is also possible. When the chain wheel is used, a chain is adopted, when a synchronous belt wheel is adopted, a synchronous belt is used as a transmission piece, and an idler pulley can be added to tension the chain or the synchronous belt when necessary.
In this example, the rotation driving device employs a servo motor (including a stepping motor), and may actually employ a swing cylinder, a swing electromagnet, or the like.
