Abstract
本发明公开了一种防晒组合物及其应用,涉及防晒护肤品技术领域。本发明提供了一种防晒组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:聚谷氨酸0.1‑5份、槐花提取物2‑5.5份、物理防晒剂20‑40份、抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物0.5‑5份、叶绿素铜钠盐0.1‑0.3份;所述物理防晒剂为纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌中的至少一种。本发明聚谷氨酸、槐花提取物、物理防晒剂、抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物、叶绿素铜钠盐协同作用时,制备得到的防晒组合物具有很好的抵抗紫外线UVA(320‑400nm)、UVB(290‑320nm)以及很好的蓝光防护功效,进一步扩大了产品的光防护范围。

技术领域
本发明涉及防晒护肤品技术领域,尤其是一种防晒组合物及其应用。
背景技术
随着现代科技的发展和人们生活水平的不断提高,一方面工作和生活节奏越来越快,不规律的生活作息、严峻的环境问题以及不正确的护肤习惯,导致皮肤负担越来越大。另一方面臭氧层的破坏导致臭氧层被大量损耗后,吸收紫外辐射的能力大大减弱,导致到达地球表面的紫外线B(UVB)明显增加。根据研究调查,肌肤衰老有百分之八十来源于紫外线照射,紫外线对皮肤的危害已引起人们的广泛关注,防晒成为了日常皮肤护理必备步骤。紫外线分为UVA(320-420nm)、UVB(275-320nm)、UVC(200-275nm)。UVA作用缓慢持久,有很强的穿透力可以直达真皮层,会破坏弹性纤维和胶原蛋白纤维引起皮肤老化,同时也会将皮肤晒黑;UVB对皮肤作用迅速,引起皮肤光敏反应,可使皮肤出现红斑、炎症等损伤,是皮肤晒伤的根源;UVC穿透能力最弱,只能到皮肤角质层,且大部分被大气层阻隔,但照射容易灼烧皮肤,长时间照射会引发皮肤癌。目前市场上防晒产品类型多种多样,配方差异大,物理防晒剂对皮肤无刺激性,但其吸收性、透气性和透明性差,化学防晒剂对皮肤具有一定的刺激,可能会引起敏感皮肤的刺激和过敏反应,同时,部分化学防晒剂光稳定性和抗氧化性不高,容易被光降解失效。对此,用于制备防晒化妆品,产品的安全性、稳定性和持续防晒能力和防晒效果有待提高。
植物防晒剂因为其安全、天然、功效显著等特点越来越受到人们的青睐,也是防晒化妆品生产者研发的热点。现有研究表明,叶绿素具有双重防晒功效,可以同时吸收和反射紫外线,是天然植物防晒剂之一,叶绿素结构中含有一个能够吸收光的卟啉环,卟啉环的共轭体系能够吸收部分可见光,但叶绿素中的卟啉环与镁离子形成的络合物不稳定,因此本发明采用叶绿素铜钠盐作为防晒成分,提高了产品的稳定性。专利CN 106420471 A公开了一种兼具防晒及晒后修复功能的护肤品及其制备方法,由叶绿素铜钠盐、细胞因子复合脂质体、龙须菜提取物、山银花提取物、秦皮提取物、甘草酸二钾、乳木果油、丁二醇、β-葡聚糖、透明质酸钠、黄原胶、海藻糖、氢化霍霍巴油、角鲨烷、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、鲸蜡硬脂基葡糖苷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、PEG-100硬脂酸酯、生育酚乙酸酯、红没药醇、防腐剂、香精和去离子水制备得到,其防晒效率较为显著,对UVA具有更好的防护效果,但其作为修护效果的细胞因子,根据新法规已不能作为化妆品原料,所以,急需寻找新的代替品。专利CN103211731 B公开了一种防晒护肤品,含有叶绿素、植物提取物、防晒剂、油脂、乳化剂、保湿剂、去离子水和抗菌肽,虽然提高了叶绿素配合物理防晒剂具有良好的防晒效果,增强修复肌肤的功效,但叶绿素a的稳定性差,遇光容易分解的问题并未得到很好的解决,另外配方油脂成分以及乳化剂含量高,肤感较重涂抹时不易抹开而影响外观。专利CN107854339 B公开了一种稳定性高的防晒护肤乳及其制备方法,由卵磷脂、吐温-80、罗氏槲果籽油、叶绿素和叶黄素制备得到叶绿素脂质体,脂质体包裹叶绿素能提高叶绿素的稳定性,但因其是脂质体包裹活性物质,叶绿素和叶黄素受阻,防晒效果并不理想。
另外,在关注阳光中紫外线对人体皮肤损伤的同时,我们也应该关注可见光中蓝光对皮肤造成的伤害,与紫外线相比,蓝光的穿透力更强,不同于紫外线,蓝光不仅存在于日光中,还大量存在于电脑显示器、电视、手机、汽车车灯、霓虹灯等发射的光线中。经研究发现,在长时间的蓝光照射下,细胞中的线粒体会产生活性氧自由基,并与线粒体、DNA以及含有脂质的细胞器发生氧化反应,损伤线粒体和DNA,蓝光还会破坏皮肤屏障,使皮肤出现脱水、松弛、失去弹性、加速黑色素沉着和肌肤的老化,因此,防蓝光是当代护肤品的一大研究方向之一。中国专利CN 109939058 A公开一种防蓝光化妆品组合物,是由柑橘提取物、头状胡枝子叶/茎提取物、氧化铈、密蒙花提取物、姜华根提取物、芸香苷化合物。其功效能使皮肤能够保持昼夜节律平衡,降低皮肤氧化损伤,但纳米氧化铈的吸入会影响呼吸道健康,严重可导致肺部纤维化。但是,市场上关于含叶绿素的防晒产品主要是对紫外线UVA和UVB进行防护,没有对蓝光进行防护,也没有对其协同效果有相关研究。
发明内容
基于此,本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足之处而提供一种防晒组合物及其应用。
为实现上述目的,本发明所采取的技术方案为:一种防晒组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:聚谷氨酸0.1-5.5份、槐花提取物2-5份、物理防晒剂20-40份、抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物0.5-5份、叶绿素铜钠盐0.1-0.3份;所述物理防晒剂为纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌中的至少一种。
发明人在实际实验过程发现,聚谷氨酸、槐花提取物、物理防晒剂、抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物、叶绿素铜钠盐协同作用时,制备得到的防晒组合物具有很好的抵抗紫外线UVA(320-400nm)、UVB(290-320nm)以及很好的蓝光防护功效,进一步扩大了产品的光防护范围。并且发明人在实际实验中发现,聚谷氨酸、抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物的复合使用,不仅对防晒效果有很大提升,而且对叶绿素铜钠盐的稳定性有很大帮助。聚谷氨酸不仅协同抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物起到更强的抗氧化作用,而且具有抑制皮肤酪氨酸酶活性的美白作用,获得增效的抗坏血酸及其衍生物能进一步提升叶绿素铜钠盐的稳定性,经过铜离子螯合的叶绿素还可与聚谷氨酸络合,不仅增强了其作为四吡咯化合物的抗氧化活性,而且对于晒伤后的修复有很好的促进作用。本发明聚谷氨酸、槐花提取物、物理防晒剂、抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物、叶绿素铜钠盐协同作用时,制备得到的防晒组合物稳定性极佳,光照30天后,产品外观仍然为浅绿色,产品均匀细腻,无变化。
优选地,所述的防晒组合物,包括以下重量份的组分:聚谷氨酸1-3份、槐花提取物3-5份、物理防晒剂25-30份、抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物1-2份、叶绿素铜钠盐0.12-0.15份。
发明人在实际实验过程发现,聚谷氨酸、槐花提取物、物理防晒剂、抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物、叶绿素铜钠盐协同作用时,各组分的重量份对制备得到的防晒组合物的防晒效果及稳定性影响很大,在上述特定重量份选择下,制备得到的防晒组合物稳定性极佳,光照30天后,产品外观仍然为浅绿色,产品均匀细腻,无变化;且防晒指数SPF值40以上,PFA值15以上,PA等级PA++++,对紫外UVA和UVB波段的光具有一定的吸收防护功效,同时防晒产品也具有抗蓝光功效,对400-500nm波长的蓝光具有一定的吸收防护功效。
优选地,所述聚谷氨酸的重均分子量为70万-110万;所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径D50为30-100 nm,纳米氧化锌的粒径D50为10-100 nm。
发明人在实际实验过程发现,聚谷氨酸的重均分子量为70万-110万时,制备得到的防晒组合物粘度合适,体感好。纳米二氧化钛的粒径D50为30-100 nm,纳米氧化锌的粒径D50为10-100 nm时,防晒效果更佳。
优选地,所述抗坏血酸衍生物为维生素C磷酸酯钠、维生素C磷酸酯镁、抗坏血酸棕榈酸酯、抗坏血酸葡糖苷、抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯、2-o-乙基抗坏血酸中的至少一种。
此外,本发明提供了所述的防晒组合物在防晒产品及晒后修护产品中的应用。优选地,所述防晒产品为防晒乳、防晒霜、防晒底妆产品等;所述防晒产品的剂型为油包水型、水包油型或全油型。
进一步地,本发明提供了一种包括所述的防晒组合物的防晒产品。
优选地,所述的防晒产品,还包含以下重量份的组分:保湿剂1-30份、润肤油脂5-40份、乳化剂0.1-10份、抗氧化剂0.1-5份和增稠剂0.01-3份
本发明防晒产品能够全面防护紫外和蓝光对于皮肤的危害,具备较好的市场前景及经济效益,本发明配方合理,工艺简单,效果显著。

优选地,所述的防晒产品还包括芳香剂、防腐剂、功效成分中的至少一种;所述功效成分为玻色因、棕榈酰三肽-1、棕榈酰五肽-4、棕榈酰四肽-7、棕榈酰三肽-8、三肽-32、乙酰基六肽-8、RNA 钠、积雪草苷、红没药醇、植物鞘氨醇、肌肽、烟酰胺、白睡莲(NYMPHAEAALBA)花提取物、甘草酸二钾中的至少一种。
优选地,所述防腐剂为馨鲜酮、1,2-己二醇、苯氧乙醇、羟苯甲酯、羟苯丁酯、羟苯乙酯、羟苯丙酯、甲基异噻唑啉酮中的至少一种。
另外,本发明提供了所述的防晒产品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将润肤油脂、乳化剂、物理防晒剂依次加入到乳化锅中,搅拌混合均匀后,搅拌加热至75-85℃,保温10-25分钟,进行均质乳化,搅拌转速为2000-3000r/min,均质乳化时间为5min,真空脱泡,得到A相物料;
(2)将聚谷氨酸、抗坏血酸和/或衍生物、槐花提取物、叶绿素铜钠盐、保湿剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂依次加入到水锅中,均匀搅拌加热至80-85℃,保温10-15分钟,得到B相物料;
(3)将B相物料加入到A相物料中,搅拌均质10分钟,搅拌降温至40℃,加入芳香剂、防腐剂、功效成分,搅拌20分钟,降至室温,抽样检测合格后出料,即得到防晒产品。
相对于现有技术,本发明的有益效果为:本发明提供了一种防晒组合物,聚谷氨酸、槐花提取物、物理防晒剂、抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物、叶绿素铜钠盐协同作用时,制备得到的防晒组合物具有很好的抵抗紫外线UVA(320-400nm)、UVB(290-320nm)以及很好的蓝光防护功效,进一步扩大了产品的光防护范围。并且发明人在实际实验中发现,聚谷氨酸和抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物的复合使用,不仅对防晒效果有很大提升,而且对叶绿素铜钠盐的稳定性有很大帮助,本发明聚谷氨酸、槐花提取物、物理防晒剂、抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物、叶绿素铜钠盐协同作用时,制备得到的防晒组合物稳定性极佳,光照30天后,产品外观仍然为浅绿色,产品均匀细腻,无变化。

具体实施方式
为更好的说明本发明的目的、技术方案和优点,下面将结合附图和具体实施例对本发明作进一步说明。实施例中,所使用的实验方法如无特殊说明,均为常规方法,所用的材料、试剂等,如无特殊说明,均可从商业途径得到。
实施例1-6和对比例1-4
本发明实施例1-6和对比例1-4的一种防晒产品的组分及重量份选择如表1和表2所示,以100重量份计;实施例及对比例的一种防晒产品的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
(1)将润肤油脂、乳化剂、物理防晒剂依次加入到乳化锅中,搅拌混合均匀后,搅拌加热至80℃,保温20分钟,进行均质乳化,搅拌转速为2500r/min,均质乳化时间为5min,真空脱泡,得到A相物料;
(2)将聚谷氨酸、抗坏血酸和/或衍生物、槐花提取物、叶绿素铜钠盐、保湿剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂依次加入到水锅中,均匀搅拌加热至82℃,保温15分钟,得到B相物料;
(3)将B相物料加入到A相物料中,搅拌均质10分钟,搅拌降温至40℃,加入芳香剂、防腐剂、功效成分,搅拌20分钟,降至室温,抽样检测合格后出料,即得到防晒产品。

对产品的性能测试如试验1-5所示。
试验1:安全性测试
试验过程:取本发明实施例1-6制备得到的防晒产品进行皮肤刺激及过敏试验,采用同体左右自身比较法。志愿者30人,分为6组,每组5人,将组合物产品直接涂抹在志愿受试皮肤准备部,并用敷料覆盖固定,粘贴时间至少为4小时,多次皮肤刺激性试验连续在同一部位给药,每次给药时间相同,皮肤损伤试验中的皮肤损伤程度以损伤表皮层为限。在自然光或全光谱光下肉眼观察皮肤的反应。
皮肤刺激性试验的观察时间点为药物清除后30-60min、24 h、48 h、72h。多次进行皮肤刺激性试验,每次清除药物1小时后继续用药。
试验结果:结果证明本产品对人体无刺激性、无致敏性、无其他不良反应。
试验2:防晒效果评价
试验过程:防晒产品的防晒效果主要是用防晒指数SPF(Sun protection factor)值和PFA(Protection factor of UVA)值来表示。SPF值主要是防晒产品防护中波紫外线UVB的能力,而PFA值主要是代表防晒产品防护长波紫外线UVA的能力。
本发明中主要通过防晒指数测试仪器测量的方法,分别测出实施例1-6和对比例1-4防晒产品的SPF值和PFA值,其中防晒系数SPF值是指使用防晒化妆品防护的皮肤产生红斑所需要的最小红斑量MED与未被防护的皮肤产生红斑所需要的MED之比值。其中MED指的是引起皮肤清晰可见的红斑,其范围达到照射点大部分区域所需要的紫外线照射最低剂量或最短时间。SPF数值越高,对皮肤的保护能力就越大,PFA保护值为PA+、PA++、PA+++、PA++++。当PFA值小于2时,不得标识UVA防护效果,当PFA值为2-3时,标识PA+;当PFA值为4-7时,标识PA++;当PFA值为8-15时,标识PA+++;当PFA值大于等于16时,标识PA++++。“+”号越多,表示防护UVA的效果就更好,有效防护时间就越长。
试验结果:如表3所示。

由上表可知,本发明实施例1-6制备得到的防晒产品SPF值35以上,PFA值10以上,PA+++等级及以上,具有很好的防晒效果。对比例1-2尽管防晒组合物的份数与实施例1相同,但是缺少其中的一种组分,从防晒效果来看,明显下降。对比例3-4防晒组合物的份数不在本发明特定范围内,从防晒效果来看,明显下降。
试验3:抗蓝光效果评价
试验过程:活性氧(Reactive Oxygen Species, ROS)是氧代谢产生的化学活性含氧分子,包括过氧化物,超氧化物,羟基自由基,单线态氧和α-氧。在生物学背景下,ROS的形成在细胞信号传导和体内平衡中具有重要作用。蓝光可诱导产生活性氧(ROS)等物质,使皮肤发生氧化应激引起皮肤老化、皮肤疾病等问题。本测试使用荧光探针进行活性氧检测的方法,利用无荧光的DCFH-DA穿透细胞膜后,水解成DCFH,而DCFH不能穿透细胞膜从而使探针很容易被装载到细胞内,在蓝光照射下,诱发产生的ROS可以氧化物荧光的DCFH生产有荧光的DCF,从而通过检测DCF的荧光强度反应细胞内ROS生成量。
实验步骤:1)细胞准备:检测前一天进行细胞铺板,确保检测时细胞汇合度达到50~70%。
2)诱导样品:去除细胞培养液,加入适量经合适的缓冲液或无血清培养基稀释到工作浓度的实施例1-6及对比例1-4,于37℃细胞培养箱内孵育,具体诱导时间根据其特性以及细胞类型来决定。
3)探针准备:按照1:1000用无血清培养液稀释DCFH-DA,使其终浓度为10μM。
4)探针装载:吸除诱导用样品,加入适当体积稀释好的DCFH-DA工作液。
5)细胞清洗:用无血清培养液洗涤细胞1~2次,充分去除未进入细胞内的DCFH-DA。
6)用荧光分光光度计,使用488 nm激发波长,525 nm发射波长,检测蓝光照射刺激前后实施例1-6、对比例1-4以及空白样相对荧光的强弱。
试验结果:如表4所示。
表4:实施例1-6和对比例1-4制备得到的防晒产品以及空白组的抗蓝光效果评价结果表
由上表可知,本发明实施例1-6制备得到的防晒产品能够有效的减少ROS的生成量,相较于空白组,减少幅度在18.6%以上。对比例1-2尽管防晒组合物的份数与实施例1相同,但是缺少其中的一种组分,从减少ROS的生成量效果来看,明显下降。对比例3-4防晒组合物的份数不在本发明特定范围内,从减少ROS的生成量效果来看,明显下降。
试验4:稳定性评价
试验过程:将实施例及对比例制备的产品在100℃的水浴锅中加热30min前后,观察产品颜色变化情况并测量记录吸光度,吸光值增大,说明对色素的稳定性具有一定的保护作用,吸光值的变化率越大,说明对色素的稳定性的保护作用越好,变化率的计算方法为:变化率=(加热后吸光度-加热前吸光度)÷加热前吸光度×100%。
试验结果:如表5所示。

由上表可知,实施例1~6的吸光值在加热前后呈现明显增大,增幅在10.7%以上;说明组合物对色素的稳定性具有明显的保护作用。
试验5:防晒产品及光照稳定性测试
试验过程:将实施例及对比例制备的产品置于阳光照射处,分别于24h、7d、30d后,恢复室温观察样品的变化以判断样品的光照稳定性。
试验结果:如表6所示。

由上表可知,本发明中所有实施例制备得到的防晒产品的外观较均匀细腻,光照稳定性试验后,其组织形态均未出现明显的变化,说明本发明提供的防晒产品稳定性良好;其中将实施例1和对比例4的样品涂覆于体表后的效果图见图1,图1左侧的[1]表示涂覆的是实施例1得到的样品,右侧的[2]表示涂覆的是对比例4得到的样品,从图中可以看出,对比例4色泽更深偏深绿,由于2-o-乙基抗坏血酸的含量过高导致较差的肤感,实施例1肤感细腻,颜色偏白微绿。
最后所应当说明的是,以上实施例仅用以说明本发明的技术方案而非对本发明保护范围的限制,尽管参照较佳实施例对本发明作了详细说明,本领域的普通技术人员应当理解,可以对本发明的技术方案进行修改或者等同替换,而不脱离本发明技术方案的实质和范围。
Claims (8)
1.一种防晒组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:聚谷氨酸0.1-5份、槐花提取物2-5.5份、物理防晒剂20-40份、抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物0.5-5份、叶绿素铜钠盐0.1-0.3份;所述物理防晒剂为纳米二氧化钛、纳米氧化锌中的至少一种;
所述聚谷氨酸的重均分子量为70万-110万;所述纳米二氧化钛的粒径D50为30-100nm,纳米氧化锌的粒径D50为10-100 nm。
2.如权利要求1所述的防晒组合物,其特征在于,包括以下重量份的组分:聚谷氨酸1-3份、槐花提取物3-5份、物理防晒剂25-30份、抗坏血酸和/或抗坏血酸衍生物1-2份、叶绿素铜钠盐0.12-0.15份。
3.一种如权利要求1或2所述的防晒组合物在防晒产品及晒后修护产品中的应用。
4.一种防晒产品,其特征在于,所述防晒产品包括权利要求1或2所述的防晒组合物。
5.如权利要求4所述的防晒产品,其特征在于,还包含以下重量份的组分:保湿剂1-30份、润肤油脂5-40份、乳化剂0.1-10份、抗氧化剂0.1-5份和增稠剂0.01-3份。
6.如权利要求5所述的防晒产品,其特征在于,
所述保湿剂为透明质酸钠、甘油、乙基己基甘油、丙二醇、聚二甲基硅氧烷醇、甘油丙烯酸酯/丙烯酸共聚物、丁二醇、尿素、甜菜碱、葡聚糖、硬脂酸镁、聚乙二醇、山梨糖醇、1,2-己二醇、辛甘醇、泛醇、藻提取物、海藻糖中至少一种;
所述润肤油脂为液体石蜡、矿脂、氢化聚异丁烯、甘油三(乙基乙酸)酯、环五聚二甲基硅氧烷、环己硅氧烷、聚二甲基硅氧烷、苯基聚三甲基硅氧烷、鲸蜡硬脂醇、霍霍巴籽油、角鲨烷、油橄榄果油、山茶籽油、氢化椰油甘油酯类、辛酸/癸酸甘油三酯、澳洲坚果籽油、翼籽辣木籽油、葡萄籽油、白池花籽油、氢化葵花籽油和牛油果树果脂中的至少一种;
所述乳化剂为甘油硬脂酸酯、山梨坦硬脂酸酯、甲基葡糖倍半硬脂酸酯、鲸蜡基PEG/PPG-10/1聚二甲基硅氧烷、PEG-10聚二甲基硅氧烷、双-PEG/PPG-14/14聚二甲基硅氧烷、聚甘油-4异硬脂酸酯、丙烯酸(酯)类共聚物钠、卵磷脂、聚甘油-6聚羟基硬脂酸酯、棕榈酸乙基己酯、山梨坦异硬脂酸酯、山梨坦橄榄油酸酯、聚丙烯酸酯-13、聚异丁烯、聚山梨醇酯-20、鲸蜡硬脂醇橄榄油酸酯、硬脂酰谷氨酸钠、PEG-40硬脂酸酯、蔗糖椰油酸酯、C9-15醇磷酸酯、椰油基葡糖苷和丁二醇椰油酸酯中的至少一种;
所述抗氧化剂为生育酚乙酸酯、迷迭香提取物、姜黄素、小果咖啡与咖啡豆提取物、虾青素、白藜芦醇、丁羟甲苯、酵母提取物、二裂酵母发酵产物溶胞产物、玉米油、拟石花菜提取物、野大豆籽提取物、芝麻籽油、紫苜蓿籽粉、白花春黄菊花提取物、白桦树皮/叶提取物、野大豆蛋白中的至少一种;
所述增稠剂为黄原胶、卡波姆940、丙烯酸(酯)类/C10-C30烷醇丙烯酸酯交联聚合物、羟乙基纤维素、微晶蜡、糊精棕榈酸酯、硅酸铝镁、二甲基甲硅烷基化硅石、二硬脂二甲铵锂蒙脱石、季铵盐-18水辉石中的至少一种。
7.如权利要求4-6任一项所述的防晒产品,其特征在于,所述的防晒产品还包括芳香剂、防腐剂、功效成分中的至少一种;所述功效成分为玻色因、棕榈酰三肽-1、棕榈酰五肽-4、棕榈酰四肽-7、棕榈酰三肽-8、三肽-32、乙酰基六肽-8、RNA 钠、积雪草苷、红没药醇、植物鞘氨醇、肌肽、烟酰胺、白睡莲花提取物、甘草酸二钾中的至少一种。
8.一种如权利要求4-6任一项所述的防晒产品的制备方法,其特征在于,包括如下步骤:
(1)将润肤油脂、乳化剂、物理防晒剂依次加入到乳化锅中,搅拌混合均匀后,搅拌加热至75-85℃,保温10-25分钟,进行均质乳化,搅拌转速为2000-3000r/min,均质乳化时间为5min,真空脱泡,得到A相物料;
(2)将聚谷氨酸、抗坏血酸和/或衍生物、槐花提取物、叶绿素铜钠盐、保湿剂、抗氧化剂、增稠剂依次加入到水锅中,均匀搅拌加热至80-85℃,保温10-15分钟,得到B相物料;
(3)将B相物料加入到A相物料中,搅拌均质10分钟,搅拌降温至40℃,加入芳香剂、防腐剂、功效成分,搅拌20分钟,降至室温,抽样检测合格后出料,即得到防晒产品。
