During the running process of an automobile, the automobile body is full of dust, a lot of dirt is adhered to the window glass, and the main components of the dirt are silt, dust, gum, lacca, oil dirt generated by the combustion of gasoline and diesel oil, insect remains and the like. The automobile windshield is an eye of an automobile in the driving process, and the cleanliness of the automobile windshield plays an important role in driving safety. The wiper essence is also called wiper water and automobile glass cleaning agent, is a concentrated automobile windshield cleaning agent, is one of the largest consumables for maintaining automobiles, can be used in combination with a wiper on an automobile to clean the windshield, can quickly remove stubborn dirt, oil stain, water stain and the like on the windshield, keeps the driving visual field wide and bright, and ensures the driving safety.
Chinese patent document CN201810842113.4 discloses a special effect wiper essence for brightening a vehicle and a preparation process thereof in 2020, 2, 7.s, wherein the wiper essence comprises the following components: 0.1-0.5 part of pigment, 3-5 parts of coconut diethanolamide, 1.0-4.5 parts of nonionic fluorine surfactant, 5-8 parts of high-polymerization-degree alkyl glycoside, 0.1-3 parts of polyether silicone oil, 5-8 parts of linear alkyl benzene sodium sulfonate, 0.01-0.1 part of lauryl alcohol polyoxyethylene ether, 2-7 parts of ethylene glycol, 0.01-0.1 part of nonylphenol polyoxyethylene ether and 2-6 parts of isopropanol, and has strong cleaning performance: the dust, dirt and the like on the windshield can be effectively removed, the windshield is kept in the optimal transparent state, frost can be quickly dissolved, and meanwhile, a protective film is formed on the surface of the windshield, so that the formation of fog drops is prevented, and the windshield is ensured to be clear and transparent; and has good antistatic performance: the charge on the surface of the glass can be effectively eliminated, and the antistatic effect is achieved; chinese patent document CN 107488525A discloses a hydrophobic wiper essence and a preparation method thereof in 2017, 12.19.A, the wiper essence is a mixed liquid obtained by stirring and mixing deionized water, amino modified polydimethylsiloxane, an alcohol solvent, glacial acetic acid and a nonionic surfactant, the amino modified polydimethylsiloxane with hydrophobic effect and the nonionic surfactant with good decontamination capability are adopted to prepare the water-based concentrated wiper essence with hydrophobic effect by a special preparation process, the cleaning effect of the common wiper essence is achieved, and effective components of the wiper essence can form a hydrophobic film on the surface of an automobile windshield after use, so that the automobile windshield has the effects of water resistance and self-cleaning, the visual field in the driving process can be kept clear, and the driving safety in rainy days is improved; chinese patent document CN109504553A discloses a glass cleaner for an automobile and a preparation method thereof in 2019, 3 and 22, wherein raw materials comprise a solvent, an anionic surfactant, a nonionic surfactant, a spice, an auxiliary agent, a preservative, a corrosion inhibitor, a dye, a pH regulator and water, the raw materials with high flash point and low residue are compounded, and the glass cleaner achieves the effects of effectively cleaning glass, no corrosion, low residue and no trace on the premise that the flash point of a product is higher than 61 ℃ and the freezing point of the product is lower than-8 ℃.
But the wiper essence widely used at home and abroad mainly has two forms of bottled or bagged liquid and solid effervescent tablets. The existing hydrophobic glass cleaning agent generally takes silicone resin or silicone oil compounds as main components, and is difficult to prepare into a solid effervescent tablet form, the packaged articles of bottled or bagged liquid wiper essence products are discarded after use to form garbage, and the silicone resin or silicone oil hydrophobic agent is gathered on the surface of glass to form an oil film which is difficult to remove in the long-term use process, so that the driving sight is influenced, and potential safety hazards are caused.
