Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and relates to a cosmetic composition with a penetration-promoting effect and application thereof.
Background
In recent years, with the development of science and technology and the improvement of living standard, people have demanded a plurality of efficacies from the basic appeal of simple skin care, and the effective absorption and utilization of efficacy active substances become more important to exert the efficacies. However, the stratum corneum at the outermost layer of the epidermis of the skin has a barrier function, so that the stratum corneum can defend against foreign matters and external stimuli, prevent most of functional active substances from passing through, and only a few small molecular active substances can pass through in a small amount. The efficacy actives stay on the top layer of the skin and are not delivered to the corresponding site of action. The transdermal absorption of cosmetics is very important, which is a key point affecting whether cosmetics are effective. The more the functional components absorbed by the skin, the more remarkable the effect.
There are various ways of influencing the transdermal absorption of the active ingredients on the skin, mainly including the following:
1. the skin structure is changed, and the diffusivity of the effective components in the skin is improved. The theory suggests that after the penetration enhancer enters the skin, the lipid-like structure in the stratum corneum is destroyed, the ordered stack structure of the flat keratinocytes is changed, the order of lipid arrangement is reduced, and the lipid is completely fluidized, so that the functional components are promoted to pass through smoothly.
2. Hydration technology, when the skin absorbs a large amount of water and is fully hydrated, the stratum corneum can expand into a porous state, the barrier function is reduced, and thus the penetration of substances is facilitated; skin hydration generally facilitates transdermal absorption. Since the cells themselves swell when the hydration force of nitrogen-containing substances in the keratin of the cells of the stratum corneum is increased, the degree of compaction of the structure is reduced and the permeability of the substance is increased. In this case, water-soluble and polar substances are more easily permeated from the stratum corneum cells. So moisturizers are often added to cosmetics to improve the absorption of the active ingredients.
3. The penetration enhancer is added, so that the penetration enhancer can be absorbed through the skin to overcome the barrier of the skin stratum corneum, the barrier effect of the skin stratum corneum can be changed reversibly, any active cells are not damaged, the solubility of the drug in the skin is increased, and the purpose of increasing the transdermal absorption rate of the drug is achieved.
For example, CN102579276A discloses a safe moisturizing and penetration-promoting composition for cosmetics, which mainly comprises amino acid humectant, sodium hyaluronate, niacinamide, allantoin and deionized water. The composition is mainly completed according to the principle that the water content of the stratum corneum is a function of the relative humidity of the environment, and the stratum corneum can be expanded into a porous state after hydration, so that the stratum corneum is easy to penetrate substances, and potential harm can not be caused to the skin.
For example, CN113855584A discloses a transdermal penetration enhancing composition prepared from multiple oils and fats, and a preparation method and application thereof, wherein the composition comprises one or more of oleic acid or oleic acid derivatives or glyceryl oleate; one or more of linoleic acid or a linoleic acid derivative or glyceryl linoleate; one or more of phospholipids or glycolipids or glycosphingolipids. Through the combination of the penetration enhancers, compared with the penetration enhancer with a single component, the transdermal penetration rate and the accumulated penetration rate are both obviously improved, and the penetration absorption of the skin to the effective components is promoted through multiple functions, so that the water-soluble and oil-soluble active components of the cosmetic are easier to penetrate, and the biocompatibility and the utilization rate of the cosmetic are improved.
The addition of penetration enhancers is the most common penetration enhancing method used up to now, but the formulation of effective penetration enhancers is limited, so it is necessary to develop more safe and effective penetration enhancers.
