Description
Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of pet urinalysis, in particular to a household urine collection method for pets.
Background
Urinalysis is the third most important diagnostic screening test in clinical laboratories inferior to blood routine and biochemistry only. The collection mode includes: free capture (natural urination and manual bladder squeeze), catheterization and bladder puncture. The urine discharged by the animal is freely captured and directly collected, the catheterization is directly extracted through the urethra, and the bladder puncture needs to be extracted by using a sterile syringe.
The advantages of free capture collection are: no risk, no experiencer can collect; the disadvantages are that: the sample may be contaminated;
the advantages of catheterization collection are: the bladder may be unfilled; the disadvantages are that: requires skilled personnel to operate; risk of trauma; iatrogenic infections and possible blood contamination, and cannot be used for animals suffering from urethral obstruction;
the bladder puncture collection has the advantages that: can be collected according to the requirement; the disadvantages are that: the sample may be contaminated and may cause damage to the wing skin; infected urine may enter the urogenital organs; it cannot be performed immediately after an open surgery or cystotomy.
At present, urine of a pet is collected only by a doctor when the pet cat wants to go to a pet hospital, but for the pet cat, the phenomenon of stress, anuresis and the like can occur when the pet cat goes to the pet hospital to collect urine, and the life health is harmed. However, no tool for collecting urine at home is available in the market of the pet products in China, and the success rate of self-collection of the owner at home is very low. The cat can not urinate when the cat goes to the litter box or the cat does not urinate before going to urinate or the cat does not urinate when the cat is about to urinate, and the like, so the difficulty in collecting urine is caused by a plurality of factors. Furthermore, cats with cystitis also have little urine because they have pain in the bladder, and therefore, it is difficult to collect urine. And the self-made method for collecting urine by the owner easily causes the condition that the cat litter pollutes the urine sample.
Therefore, we propose a method for collecting urine at home for pets.

s203: the cleaning ore sand is conveyed to a disinfection room through a conveyor belt, and the ultraviolet lamp of the disinfection room is used for sterilizing bacteria, so that the health and the sanitation of the sand body are improved;
s204: placing the disinfected sand body into trimethylsilanol to soak the ore sand, and uniformly wrapping a layer of trimethylsilanol on the outer surface of the sand;
s205: drying, removing redundant moisture from the sand body adsorbing the trimethylsilanol in a thermal desorption mode to form special sand with hydrophobicity, and when pet urine is discharged onto the sand body, the sand body does not absorb the water, so that the pet urine is convenient to collect and take.
The thermal desorption mode comprises one of an electric heating furnace, flue waste heat heating and hot air drying.
Heating the sand body adsorbing the trimethylsilanol according to the following table, removing the additional heat by heat, and keeping the time for about 4 hours;
the method adopts a gradual temperature rise mode and lasts for 1 hour at 180 ℃, so that the moisture in the trimethylsilanol is fully removed, and the trimethylsilanol is firmly wrapped on the surface of the sand body to form the hydrophobic special sand.
This embodiment adopts trimethylsilanol to soak the special sand that ore sand made, possesses very strong hydrophobicity for the pet urine is not absorbed by the sand body, realize the state of urine and sand body separation, can resist the hydrone in the environment and bring harmful effects to the product, the sand body color environmental protection that this trimethylsilanol made is nontoxic tasteless, do not exert an influence to the health of pet, have little ore sand granule in the urine of inhaling with the straw in addition and also can not influence the urine testing result.
