Abstract

Description
本发明是有关具有协同增效作用,由至少两个有效成分组成的新的杀微生物剂有效成分混合物,和在植物保护中使用该混合物的方法。
组分I是选自

(IB)4-(4-氯代苯基)-2-苯基-2-(1,2,4-三唑-1-基甲基)-丁腈(“腈苯唑(fenbuconazol)”;参阅:EP-A-251775);
(IC)5-(4-氯代苄基)-2,2-二甲基-1-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基甲基)-环戊醇(“环戊唑菌(metconazol)”参阅:EP-A-267778);
(ID)2-(2,4-二氯代苯基)-3-(1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-基)丙基-1,1,2,2-四氟乙醚(“氟醚唑(tetraconazol)”;参阅:EP-A-234242);
(IE)α-[2-(4-氯代苯基)乙基]-α(1,1,-二甲基乙基)-1H-1,2,4-三唑-1-乙醇(“戊唑醇(tebuconazol)”;参阅:EP-A-40345);
(IF)1-[4-溴代-2-(2,4-二氯代苯基)四氢呋喃基]-1H-1,2,4-三唑(“糠菌唑(bromuconazol)”;参阅:EP-A-246982);组的一个化合物,或其盐或其金属络合物;和
组分II是下面的化合物或其盐或其金属络合物。
(IIA)1-[2-(2,4-二氯代苯)-4-丙基-1,3-二噁茂烷-2-基甲基]-1H-1,2,4-三唑(“丙环唑(propiconazol)”;参阅:GB-1522657)和/或
(IIB)4-环丙基-6-甲基-N-苯基-2-嘧啶胺(“环丙嘧啶(cyprodinil)”;参阅:EP-A-310550)。
可用于制备式I和II化合物盐的酸如下:
氢卤酸,如氢氟酸,盐酸,氢溴酸或氢磺酸;硫酸,磷酸,硝酸;和有机酸,如乙酸,三氟乙酸,三氯乙酸,丙酸,乙醇酸,硫氰酸,乳酸,琥珀酸,柠檬酸,苯甲酸,肉桂酸,草酸,甲酸,苯磺酸,对甲苯磺酸,甲磺酸,水杨酸,对氨基水杨酸,2-苯氧基苯甲酸,2-乙酰氧基苯甲酸和1,2-萘二磺酸。
盐包括基本组分I和II的金属络合物。这些络合物可按需要包含仅仅一个组分或二个独立的组分。它也可能产生金属络合物,在该络合物中两个有效成分I和II是被连接到另一个上面形成混合络合物。
金属络合物由基本的有机分子和元素周期表中主族II的元素,如钙和镁、主族III和IV的元素,如锡或铅和副族I至VIII的元素,如铬、锰、铁、钴、镍、铜、锌等的无机或有机金属盐,如卤化物、硝酸盐、硫酸盐、磷酸盐、醋酸盐、三氟醋酸盐、三氯醋酸盐、丙酸盐、酒石酸盐、磺酸盐、苯甲酸盐等组成。优选副族IV的元素。金属可以以不同的化合价出现。金属络合物可是单核或多核的,即它们可含有一个或多个作为配合基的有机分子组分。
按照本发明,其它的农业化学有效成分。如杀虫剂,杀螨剂、杀线虫剂、除草剂、生长调节剂和肥料,特别是其它的杀微生物剂可以加入到本发明的有效成分混合物中。
已知的增效混合物是
a)组分I是化合物IA(“氧唑菌”)和组分II化合物IIB(“环丙嘧啶”);
b)组分I是化合物IB(“腈苯唑”)和组分II是化合物IIB(“环丙嘧啶”);
c)组分I是化合物IE(“戊唑醇”)和组分II是化合物IIB(“环丙嘧啶”)(a),b)和c)参阅:EP-A-548025);和
d)组分I是化合物IE(“戊唑醇”)和组分II是化合物IIA(“丙环唑”)(参阅:EP-A-393746)。
本发明不涉及这些混合物。
现在已惊奇地发现,按照本发明的组分I和II的混合物的杀菌作用不仅仅是加成的,而且很明显是增效的。
优选两个组分的混合物,其中
(1)组分I是选自IA(“氧唑菌”),IB(“腈苯唑”),IC(“环戊唑菌”),ID(“氟醚唑”)和IE(“戊唑醇”)组的一个化合物;和组分II是化合物IIA(“丙环唑”)和/或IIB(“环丙嘧啶”);
(2)组分I是选自IA(“氧唑菌”),IB(“腈苯唑”),IC(“环戊唑菌”),ID(“氟醚唑”)和IF(“糖菌唑”)组的一个化合物;和组分II是化合物IIA(“丙环唑”);
(3)组分I是选自IC(“环戊唑菌”),ID(“氟醚唑”)和IF(“糖菌唑”)组的一个化合物;和组分II是化合物IIB(“环丙嘧啶”)。
(4)还可优选三组分混合物,其中
组分I是选自IA(“氧唑菌”),IB(“腈苯唑”),IC(“环戊唑菌”),ID(“氟醚唑”),IE(“戊唑醇”)和IF(“糖菌唑”)组的一个化合物;和
组分II是IIA(“丙环唑”)和IIB(“环丙嘧啶”)的混合物,其重量比IIA∶IIB=1∶6至6∶1。
(5)在上面的三组分混合物中,特别优选组分I是化合物IE(“戊唑醇”)和组分II是IIA(“丙环唑”)和IIB(“环丙嘧啶”)的混合物。
本发明还涉及控制真菌的方法,它包括以任何次序或同时处理被真菌侵染的或受到真菌侵染威胁的场所,a)一个式I化合物或其盐和b)式II化合物或其一个盐,对于盐它也可能是这么选择的,即两个化合物被键合到一个酸基上或,在金属络合物的情况下是被键合到一个中心金属阳离子上。
两个化合物有利的混合比是I∶II=1∶10至10∶1,优选I∶II=1∶6至6∶1,特别优选I∶II=1∶3至3∶1。
其它有利混合比,I∶II是例如,1∶1,1∶2,1∶4,2∶1,2∶3。
在三组分混合物中,对组分II来说优选的比率是IIA∶IIB=1∶6至6∶1,特别是1∶5至1∶1。
按照本发明的化合物组合物I+II对于保护植物具有十分好的治疗,预防和内吸杀菌性质。本发明的化合物混合物可用于抑制或消灭那些出现在各种农作物植株上或植株某些部位(果实,花,叶、茎、块茎或根)上的微生物,同时还可保护那些稍后长出的部位免受微生物的危害。它们还可用于处理植物的繁殖材料,特别是种子(果实,块茎,谷物)和植物的插条(如水稻),以保护它们免受真菌和土壤中的植物病源真菌的侵染。按照本发明的化合物混合物其显著特点在于植物对它们有特别好的耐受性,且对环境无害。
本发明的化合物混合物可以有效地防治下列植物病源真菌:子囊菌纲(如黑星菌属,叉丝单囊壳菌属,白粉菌属,链核盘菌属,钩丝壳属);担子菌纲(如驼孢锈菌属,丝核菌属,柄锈菌属);半知菌类(如葡萄孢属,长孺孢属,喙孢属,镰孢属,壳针孢属,尾孢属,交链孢属,pyricularia和Pseudocerosporellaherpotrichoides);和卵菌纲(如疫霉属,霜霉属,盘梗霜霉属和单轴霜霉属)。
在本发明范围内可被保护的靶标植物包括下列品种:谷物类:(小麦、大麦、黑麦、燕麦、水稻、高梁和有关的品种);甜菜(蔗糖甜菜和饲料甜菜);梨果,硬骨和软果:(苹果,梨,梅,桃,杏仁,浆果,草莓,山莓和黑莓);豆科植物:(蚕豆,小扁豆,豌豆和大豆);油料作物:(油菜,芥末,罂粟,橄榄,向日葵,椰子,蓖麻油植物,可可豆和花生);瓜类植物:(葫芦,黄瓜和西瓜);纤维植物:(棉花,亚麻,大麻和黄麻);柑橘属:(橙,柠檬,葡萄和中国柑橘);蔬菜:(菠菜,莴苣,芦笋,白菜,胡萝卜,洋葱,番茄,土豆和青椒);月桂属植物:(颚梨,肉桂和樟脑);或其它植物如玉米,烟草,坚果,咔啡、甘蔗,茶,葡萄,啤酒花,香蕉和天然橡胶植物,还有观赏植物(花,灌木,阔叶树和常青树,如针叶树)。不限于所列举的植物。
按照本发明的化合物混合物是特别有利于在谷类作物上使用,特别是小麦和大麦。
式I和式II化合物的混合物通常是以组合物形式使用。式I和式II化合物可以于同一天内同时或先后使用于要处理的区域或植物,需要时可与其它载体,表面活性剂或其它的在剂型技术中常用的助剂物质一起使用。
合适的载体和助剂可是固体或液体,它们是通常在剂型技术中使用的物质,例如天然的或再生的矿物质,溶剂,分散剂,润湿剂、胶粘剂、增稠剂、粘合剂或肥料。
应用化合物混合物的优选方法包括将化合物I和II中至少一个用于在土壤上部的植物部分,特别是叶部(叶面施用)。使用的频率和量取决于病源体的生物学和气候生存条件。如果植物的生长场所用药液浸湿(如稻田),或者化合物以固体形式施用于土壤中,如以颗粒形式(土壤施用),化合物可以由土壤经植物根部进入植物体内(内吸作用)。为了处理种子(包衣)可以用式I和式II化合物的药液先后浸渍处理块茎或谷物或者用两个化合物合在一起制成的湿的或干的药剂对其进行包衣。此外,在特殊情况下,也可用其它处理方法、例如直接处理芽或果实。
混合在一起的化合物可以未加修饰的形式或最好与其它在剂型技术中常用的助剂物质一起使用,可以用已知的方法加工成乳油,可包衣的膏剂,可直接喷洒的或可稀释的溶液,稀乳液,可湿性粉剂,可溶性粉剂,粉剂或颗粒剂,或加工成在聚合物中的胶囊剂。根据组合物的性质并结合预定的目标和具体环境来选择使用方法,如喷洒、雾化、喷粉、撒施,包衣或泼浇。有效成分混合物的有利的使用量通常为50克~2公斤有效成分/公顷,优选100克~1000克有效成分/公顷,特别优选400克~1000克有效成分/公顷。在处理种子时,使用量是0.5克~1000克,优选5克~100克有效成分/每100公斤种子。
可用已知的方法制备各种剂型:例如将有效成分与增充剂,如溶剂、固体载体,需要时还有表面活性剂一起均匀混合和/或研磨。
合适的溶剂是:芳香烃类,优选含8-12个碳原子的,如二甲苯混合物或取代的苯,酞酸酯类,如酞酸二丁酯或酞酸二辛酯,脂肪烃类,如环己烷或石蜡,醇和乙二醇和它们的醚和酯,如乙醇,乙二醇,乙二醇单甲基或单乙基醚,酮类,如环己酮,强极性的溶剂,如N-甲基-2-吡咯烷酮,二甲基亚砜或二甲基甲酰胺,和植物油或环氧化植物油,如环氧化椰子油或大豆油;和水。
固体载体,如用于粉剂和可分散剂的通常是天然矿物填料,例如方解石、滑石、高岭土,蒙脱土或活性白土。为了改善物理性能也可以加入高分散性硅酸或高分散性吸附聚合物。合适的颗粒状吸附性载体是多孔类型的,例如浮石,碎硅、海泡石或皂土;和合适的非吸附性载体是例如方解石或砂子。此外,大量的预颗粒化的无机或有机物质也可以使用,例如特别是白云石或粉碎的植物残渣。
根据被加工的式I和式II化合物的性质,合适的表面活性化合物是具有很好乳化,分散或润湿性能的非离子型,阳离子型和/或阴离子型表面活性剂。“表面活性剂”也可以被理解为表面活性剂的混合物。
特别有利的促进使用的助剂也可是天然的或合成的脑磷脂和卵磷脂系列的磷脂,例如磷脂酯乙醇胺,磷脂酰丝氨酸,磷脂酰甘油和脱脂酸卵磷脂。
农业化学组合物通常含式I和II化合物0.1~99%,优选0.1~95%,含固体或液体助剂99.9~1%,优选99.5~5%,含表面活性剂0-25%,优选0.1~25%。
而商品优选加工为浓缩物,最后的使用者通常用稀释剂型。
下面的例子用以说明本发明,“有效成分”表示化合物I和II在一定混合比率下的混合物。

将磨得很细的有效成分与助剂彻底混合,得到的悬浮浓缩物可用水稀释成任何需要浓度的悬浮液。这样的稀释液可通过喷洒,泼浇或浸渍方法用于处理生长的植物和植物繁殖材料,保护它们免受微生物的侵染。
生物防治例
当各有效成分结合的作用大于各单个有效成分作用之和时,则存在增效作用。
给定有效成分,如两个杀菌剂其预期的作用E符合COLBY公式,计算方法如下(COLBY,S.R.“Calculating Synergistic andantagonistic responses of herbicide combination”Weeds Vol.15,page 20-22;1967):

在下面的例子中,把未处理的植物其侵染度当作100%,相当于作用为0%。
例1:防治小麦叶锈病的作用
用含单个有效成分或有效成分混剂的制剂制备的药液喷洒处理生长期为7天的小麦植株直至有液滴从植株上滴下。48小时后用真菌孢子悬浮液侵染处理植株。于相对湿度90-100%和温度20℃下孵化2天后置于21℃的人工气候箱中9天。用真菌侵染11天后评价真菌侵染的情况,结果如下:

Claims (7)
