In a refrigeration system, when a large centrifugal water chiller unit stops working for a long time or fails, a refrigerant is easily blended into lubricating oil, so that the purity of the lubricating oil is insufficient, and oil leakage is caused in severe cases, so that the oil shortage of a compressor is caused; when the compressor is started again, the refrigerant evaporates from the lubricating oil to cause 'cavitation' effect, so that the unit generates vibration, noise, abnormal sound and the like, and the service life of the compressor is influenced.

The separating means further comprises a fourth stage separator 134, the fourth stage separator 134 being a gas-liquid separator, the fourth stage separator 134 being located above the third stage separator 133, i.e. the fourth stage separator 134 being located downstream of the third stage separator 133 in the flow direction of the gas refrigerant. The four-stage separator 134 includes a plurality of blocking plates therein to form a bent flow passage, which extends the flow path of the air flow, and the oil mist and the oil droplets contact with the blocking plates and are adsorbed on the blocking plates to form a secondary gas-liquid separation. Further, an observation window 115 is disposed on a side wall of the oil pool 11 for observing a liquid level of the oil in the oil pool 11. The bottom of the oil pool 11 is provided with an oil outlet 114, and the oil outlet 114 is used for discharging the oil in the oil pool 11, namely, when the liquid level in the oil pool 11 is observed to be too high through the observation window 115, part of the oil can be discharged through the oil outlet 114.

Preferably, a flow meter is arranged on a connecting pipeline with the oil tank 21, so that quantitative filling, recovery and purification of lubricating oil are realized.

Therefore, the oil storage device has the functions of purifying and purifying lubricating oil and meeting the requirements of dynamic oil supplement and oil return storage of an oil way system.

It is to be understood that the disclosure is not limited to the precise construction, arrangements, or instrumentalities described herein; on the contrary, the disclosure is intended to cover various modifications and equivalent arrangements included within the spirit and scope of the appended claims.
Claims (8)
1. A compressor system is characterized by comprising a compressor and an oil storage device with a purification function, wherein the oil storage device is used for purifying lubricating oil of the compressor,
the oil storage device with a purification function includes: the tank body is internally provided with an oil pool, a cavity above the oil pool in the tank body forms an airflow channel,
the oil tank is internally provided with a heating device which is used for heating the oil in the oil tank to evaporate and separate condensing agents mixed in the oil, the condensing agents separated by evaporation flow into the airflow channel, the bottom of the oil tank is provided with an oil discharge port which is used for discharging the oil in the oil tank,
a separation device is arranged in the airflow channel and is used for forming multi-stage separation on the gas condensing agent separated by evaporation,
the tank body is provided with an oil inlet and an oil return port which are used for being communicated with an oil tank of the compressor,
the tank body is also provided with an exhaust port, the exhaust port is positioned above the separation device, and the exhaust port is used for being communicated with an air suction port of the compressor;
a lubricating oil outlet and a lubricating oil inlet are arranged on an oil tank of the compressor, the lubricating oil outlet is connected with an oil inlet on the tank body, a first control valve is arranged on a connecting pipeline, the lubricating oil inlet is connected with the oil return port, and a second control valve is arranged on the connecting pipeline;
the suction port of the compressor is communicated with the exhaust port.
2. The compressor system of claim 1, wherein the oil inlet is located above the oil sump,
the separation device comprises a primary separator, the primary separator is a centrifugal separator, the primary separator corresponds to the oil inlet, and oil flowing into the oil inlet flows downwards into the oil pool after passing through the primary separator.
3. The compressor system of claim 2, wherein the separation device further comprises a secondary separator, the secondary separator being a screen separator, the secondary separator being disposed at a location between the primary separator and the oil sump.
4. The compressor system of claim 2, wherein the separation device further comprises a tertiary separator, the tertiary separator being a gravity separator, the tertiary separator being located on a downstream side of the primary separator in a flow direction of the gas refrigerant.
5. The compressor system of claim 4, wherein the separation device further comprises a fourth stage separator, the fourth stage separator being a gas-liquid separator, the fourth stage separator being located on a downstream side of the third stage separator in a flow direction of the gas refrigerant.
6. The compressor system of claim 5, wherein the separation device further comprises a five-stage separator that is a screen separator, the five-stage separator being located on a downstream side of the four-stage separator in a flow direction of the gas refrigerant.
7. The compressor system of any one of claims 2-6,
an oil return pump is arranged in the oil pool and used for pumping oil in the oil pool out of the oil return port,
the oil inlet is connected with the oil return port through a circulation loop, the circulation loop comprises a circulation control valve, and the circulation control valve is used for controlling the opening and closing of the circulation loop.
8. The compressor system of claim 1, wherein a relief valve is disposed at a top of the tank, the relief valve being connected to the gas flow passage for controlling a discharge of gas from the gas flow passage.
