The embodiment provides a foot patch for treating dental ulcer, which is prepared by the following method:
respectively taking 15g of holy basil, 80g of fructus evodiae, 12g of pericarpium zanthoxyli and 14g of folium artemisiae argyi, crushing, sieving with a 80-mesh sieve, then repeatedly refluxing and leaching twice, adding 12 times of 70% ethanol each time, refluxing and leaching for 3 hours each time to obtain a leaching solution, recovering ethanol, concentrating the leaching solution into an extract until the relative density is 1.25, adding 5% of a penetration enhancer in percentage by weight into the extract, preparing to obtain the medicine layer, and further preparing to obtain the finished product foot patch.
Example 3
The embodiment provides a foot patch for treating dental ulcer, which is prepared by the following method:
respectively taking 15g of holy basil, 40g of fructus evodiae, 12g of pericarpium zanthoxyli and 15g of folium artemisiae argyi, crushing, sieving with a 80-mesh sieve, then repeatedly refluxing and leaching twice, adding 12 times of 70% ethanol each time, refluxing and leaching for 3 hours each time to obtain a leaching solution, recovering ethanol, concentrating the leaching solution into an extract until the relative density is 1.23, adding 3% of a penetration enhancer in percentage by weight into the extract, preparing to obtain the medicine layer, and further preparing to obtain the finished product foot patch.
Example 4
The embodiment provides a foot patch for treating dental ulcer, which is prepared by the following method:
respectively taking 15g of holy basil, 80g of fructus evodiae, 10g of pericarpium zanthoxyli and 18g of folium artemisiae argyi, crushing, sieving with a 80-mesh sieve, then repeatedly refluxing and leaching twice, adding 12 times of 70% ethanol each time, refluxing and leaching for 3 hours each time to obtain a leaching solution, recovering ethanol, concentrating the leaching solution into an extract until the relative density is 1.20, adding 5% of a penetration enhancer in percentage by weight into the extract, preparing to obtain the medicine layer, and further preparing to obtain the finished product foot patch.
Example 5
The embodiment provides a foot patch for treating dental ulcer, which is prepared by the following method:
respectively taking 18g of holy basil, 58g of fructus evodiae, 12g of pericarpium zanthoxyli and 15g of folium artemisiae argyi, crushing, sieving with a 80-mesh sieve, then repeatedly refluxing and leaching twice, adding 12 times of 70% ethanol each time, refluxing and leaching for 3 hours each time to obtain a leaching solution, recovering ethanol, concentrating the leaching solution into an extract until the relative density is 1.23, adding 3% of a penetration enhancer in percentage by weight into the extract, preparing to obtain the medicine layer, and further preparing to obtain the finished product foot patch.
Test examples
75 patients with oral ulcer were collected, wherein 28 men and 47 women were aged 20-45 years and the mean age was 34.2 + -2.1 years, and the patients were divided into 5 groups with no statistical difference (P > 0.05). Patients who are taken in the oral ulcer medicament meet the clinical diagnosis requirements of the oral ulcer, are informed and voluntarily receive treatment, and patients suffering from abnormal conditions such as serious mental diseases, medicament allergy and the like are excluded. The foot patches for treating oral ulcer provided in examples 1-5 of the present invention were used for 7 days for each group of patients and the treatment effect was observed.

The results show that the foot patch for treating the oral ulcer provided by the embodiment of the invention can effectively treat the symptoms of the oral ulcer, and has good treatment effect and quick response.

Zhao, women, age 35, ulcer on the inner side of the upper lip, red and swollen with severe pain; the foot patch for treating the dental ulcer provided by the invention has the advantages that the pain is obviously relieved after one day of medication, the red and swollen are changed to a good degree, the foot patch is completely healed after seven days, and the treatment effect is obvious.
Liu Yi, male, 42 years old, with ulcer in many places inside the oral cavity, red and swollen with intense pain accompanied by halitosis; the foot patch for treating the dental ulcer provided by the invention has the advantages that the pain sense is obviously relieved after the foot patch is used for three hours, the ulcer is basically healed after seven days, the red and swollen and painful symptoms disappear, the ozostomia symptom is eliminated, and the treatment effect is obvious.
In summary, according to the foot patch for treating oral ulcer and the preparation method thereof provided by the embodiments of the present invention, in the actual use process of the foot patch, the product foot patch can be attached to the sole of a foot through the adhesive layer, and the medicine is released through the medicine layer to stimulate the acupuncture points of the sole of the foot, and the medicine is absorbed through the skin, so that the effective ingredients in the medicine can act on the human body, and further the effect of treating symptoms such as oral ulcer is achieved. 2. The foot patch for treating dental ulcer according to claim 1, wherein the medicament layer comprises the following raw materials in parts by weight: 18 parts of holy basil, 58 parts of fructus evodiae, 12 parts of pericarpium zanthoxyli and 15 parts of folium artemisiae argyi.
3. The patch for treating dental ulcer according to claim 1, wherein the adhesive layer is made of medical pressure-sensitive adhesive.
4. The foot patch for treating dental ulcer according to claim 1, wherein the raw material of the drug layer further comprises 2-5% by weight of a penetration enhancer.
