Abstract
本发明公开一种止滑地板,包括有主体,该主体的底面复合叠设有粘贴层,该粘贴层之与地面接触的底面凸设有多个凸肋,该多个凸肋围构形成多个封闭凹腔式吸盘,该粘贴层为感压型热敏胶材质;以及,该粘贴层的材料配方为:按重量份计,包含:增粘树脂45%~60%、软化剂10%~20%、抗氧化剂2%~5%、丁基胶10%~20%、环烷油5%~10%,前述物质总量之和为100%。藉此,利用感压型热敏胶可重复利用的特性,使得本发明可重复使用,容易安装,方便拆卸;利用粘贴层可使得本发明很好地粘贴在地面上,从而大大提升了本发明的止滑性能,具有很好地自粘性及吸附效果,底部止滑系数可达1.7~2.0,从而使家居铺装可解除老年人及儿童的安全顾虑。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及地板领域技术,尤其是指一种止滑性能佳的止滑地板。
背景技术
众所周知,以高分子化合物(树脂为主要原料)所制成的地板覆盖材料称为塑料地板。它有以下特点:(1)价格适度与地毯、木质地板,石材和陶瓷地面材料相比,其价格相对便宜。(2)装饰效果好:其品种、花样、图案、色彩、质地、形状的多样化,表面为高密度特殊结构,能满足不同人群的爱好和各种用途的需要,如仿真木纹/大理石纹/地毯纹/花岗岩等纹路,模仿天然材料,十分逼真。(3)兼具多种功能:足感舒适,有暖感,能隔热、隔音、隔潮。(4)施工铺设方便,无需水泥沙子,不需要兴木动土,专用胶浆铺贴、快速简便;消费者更可亲自参与整体构思,选材和铺设。(5)施工重量轻,比木地板施工后重量轻10倍,比瓷砖施工后重量轻20倍,比石材施工后重量轻25倍,最适合三层以上之高建筑物、办公大楼等实用,减低其大楼的承重量,安全有保证,且搬运方便。(5)易于保养:易擦,易洗,易干,耐磨性好,使用寿命长。由此可见,塑料地板虽具有诸多特点和优势,具有广阔的市场前景。
在塑料地板中,止滑性能一值是业内不断研究与攻坚的重要课题之一。止滑性能是指塑料地板的防滑能力,止滑系数的大小是其止滑性能高低的重要指标。目前,曾有人提出一种在塑料地板与地面接触的底面上设置止滑纹路的设计,其止滑纹路多样,有正六边形、圆形或波浪形等。但是,这些纹路设计与组合不尽合理,导致塑料地板之止滑系数仍然较低,现有塑料地板的止滑系数只能达到1.1而已,而无法进一步提升,成为塑料地板业内的一大瓶颈。为此,有人试图采用粘性很强的固化胶将地板直接粘固在地面上,然而,该种方式会使得地板无法重复使用。
发明内容
有鉴于此,本发明针对现有技术存在之缺失,其主要目的是提供一种止滑地板,其能有效解决现有之地板止滑性能差或者采用固化胶粘固导致地板无法使用的问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明采用如下之技术方案:
一种止滑地板,包括有主体,该主体的底面复合叠设有粘贴层,该粘贴层之与地面接触的底面凸设有多个凸肋,该多个凸肋围构形成多个封闭凹腔式吸盘,该粘贴层为感压型热敏胶材质;以及,该粘贴层的材料配方为:按重量份计,包含:增粘树脂45%~60%、软化剂10%~20%、抗氧化剂2%~5%、丁基胶10%~20%、环烷油5%~10%,前述物质总量之和为100%。
作为一种优选方案,所述增粘树脂包括有主体树脂和聚酯树脂,该主体树脂占前述物质总量之和的25%~40%,该聚酯树脂占前述物质总量之和的10%~20%。
作为一种优选方案,所述凸肋为封闭非等边六边形凸肋。
作为一种优选方案,所述多个凸肋为主体底面热压形成的柔性热压纹路,该热压纹路包括连续重复连接的复数个前述封闭非等边六边形凸肋。
作为一种优选方案,所述主体包括自下而上依次叠层热压复合在一起的PVC底料层、PVC中料层、PVC印刷层和PVC耐磨层,该粘贴层复合叠设于PVC底料层的底面上。
作为一种优选方案,所述PVC耐磨层为环保透明PVC材质。
本发明与现有技术相比具有明显的优点和有益效果,具体而言,由上述技术方案可知:
通过采用感压型热敏胶制作粘贴层,并配合粘贴层之与地面接触的底面凸设有多个凸肋,如此,一方面,利用感压型热敏胶可重复利用的特性,使得本发明可重复使用,容易安装,方便拆卸;另一方面,利用粘贴层可使得本发明很好地粘贴在地面上,从而大大提升了本发明的止滑性能,具有很好地自粘性及吸附效果,底部止滑系数可达1.7~2.0;此外,本发明还具有低酚、低VOC、环保无毒、尺寸稳定性佳、抗冻性好、伏贴性优等特点,从而使家居铺装可解除老年人及儿童的安全顾虑。
为更清楚地阐述本发明的结构特征和功效,下面结合附图与具体实施例来对本发明进行详细说明。

具体实施方式
请参照图1至图3所示,其显示出了本发明之较佳实施例的具体结构,包括有主体10。
该主体10的底面复合叠设有粘贴层20,该粘贴层20之与地面接触的底面凸设有多个凸肋201,该多个凸肋201围构形成多个封闭凹腔式吸盘,该粘贴层为感压型热敏胶材质;以及,该粘贴层20的材料配方为:按重量份计,包含:增粘树脂45%~60%、软化剂10%~20%、抗氧化剂2%~5%、丁基胶10%~20%、环烷油5%~10%,前述物质总量之和为100%。在本实施例中,该增粘树脂包括有主体树脂(SBS)和聚酯树脂,该主体树脂占前述物质总量之和的25%~40%,该聚酯树脂占前述物质总量之和的10%~20%。
该凸肋201为封闭非等边六边形凸肋,并且,该多个凸肋201为主体10底面热压形成的柔性热压纹路,该热压纹路包括连续重复连接的复数个前述封闭非等边六边形凸肋。
另外,该主体10包括自下而上依次叠层热压复合在一起的PVC底料层11、PVC中料层12、PVC印刷层13和PVC耐磨层14,该粘贴层20复合叠设于PVC底料层11的底面上,该PVC耐磨层14为环保透明PVC材质。
下面对上述粘贴层20的材料配方列举8个实施例,以及对感压型热敏胶材质列举3个比较例,它们的配方如表1所示。

将上述实施例1~8及比较例1~3的配方应用地板的粘贴层上进行一些基本性能的检测,结果如表2所示:

测试条件:
止滑系数:在23℃/50RH%条件下按厂内标准进行测试。
直线直角:在23℃/50RH%条件下,采用EN427进行测试。
常温翘曲:在23℃/50RH%条件下,采用EN434进行测试。
剥离:在23℃/50RH%条件下,采用EN431进行测试。
由测试结果可知:采用发明之配方制作的感压型热敏胶作为本发明的地板的粘贴层,并配合粘贴层上设置有凸肋,使得本发明在直线直角、常温翘曲、剥离等性能测试方面都有优异的表现,尤其是在止滑性能方面更为突出,具有很好的自粘性和吸附效果,本发明之地板的止滑系数可达1.7~2.0,较传统地板的止滑系数1.1提高了63%以上,攻克了塑料地板业内之止滑性能提升的瓶颈。
以上所述,仅是本发明的较佳实施例而已,并非对本发明的技术范围作任何限制,故凡是依据本发明的技术实质对以上实施例所作的任何细微修改、等同变化与修饰,均仍属于本发明技术方案的范围内。

1.一种止滑地板,包括有主体,其特征在于:该主体的底面复合叠设有粘贴层,该粘贴层之与地面接触的底面凸设有多个凸肋,该多个凸肋围构形成多个封闭凹腔式吸盘,该粘贴层为感压型热敏胶材质;以及,该粘贴层的材料配方为:按重量份计,包含:增粘树脂45%~60%、软化剂10%~20%、抗氧化剂2%~5%、丁基胶10%~20%、环烷油5%~10%,前述物质总量之和为100%。
2.根据权利要求1所述的止滑地板,其特征在于:所述增粘树脂包括有主体树脂和聚酯树脂,该主体树脂占前述物质总量之和的25%~40%,该聚酯树脂占前述物质总量之和的10%~20%。
3.根据权利要求1所述的止滑地板,其特征在于:所述凸肋为封闭非等边六边形凸肋。
4.根据权利要求3所述的止滑地板,其特征在于:所述多个凸肋为主体底面热压形成的柔性热压纹路,该热压纹路包括连续重复连接的复数个前述封闭非等边六边形凸肋。
5.根据权利要求1所述的止滑地板,其特征在于:所述主体包括自下而上依次叠层热压复合在一起的PVC底料层、PVC中料层、PVC印刷层和PVC耐磨层,该粘贴层复合叠设于PVC底料层的底面上。
6.根据权利要求5所述的止滑地板,其特征在于:所述PVC耐磨层为环保透明PVC材质。
