本发明公开了一种铅酸蓄电池板栅合金,以铅为主体,添加银和钛,各组分质量百分比为:银0.2%~0.5%,钛0.05%~0.1%,其余为铅。银的粒径为50~100nm。该合金化学性能稳定,导电性能优良,用于制作板栅组装成铅酸蓄电池,有效提高循环寿命和大电流放电能力,并且降低维护和运行成本。

技术领域
本发明涉及一种铅酸蓄电池板栅合金,属于铅酸蓄电池制造技术领域。
背景技术
目前,铅酸蓄电池板栅有铅锑合金和铅钙合金两种,铅钙合金在制造过程由于钙的活泼性产品一致性很难控制,并且深循环性能较差;铅锑合金板栅电池,在电池使用时失水量和自放电较大,增加维护运行成本,锑迁移现象导致电池使用寿命较短。
发明内容
本发明的目的在于克服现有铅钙和铅锑合金制作板栅的不足之处,提供一种化学性能稳定,导电性能优良的铅酸蓄电池板栅合金。
本发明的技术方案是:铅酸蓄电池板栅合金,以铅为主体,其改进之处是该合金中添加银和钛,各组分质量百分比含量为:银0.2%~0.5%,钛0.05%~0.1%,其余为铅。
所述银为粒径为50~100nm的纳米银。
金属银和金属钛均具有较高的化学稳定性和优良的导电性能,金属银与金属铅密度相近在液相体系中分布更均匀,加工过程产品一致性控制容易,该合金纯度较高自放电低,银具有的优良导电性能和高稳定性能够大幅提高充放电的循环性能,由本发明的合金制作板栅组装成的蓄电池,其循环寿命和大电流放电性能均得到提升,并且降低维护和运行成本。

1.一种铅酸蓄电池板栅合金,以铅为主体,其特征是该合金中添加银和钛,各组分质量百分比含量为:银0.2%~0.5%,钛0.05%~0.1%,其余为铅。
2.根据权利要求1所述的铅酸蓄电池板栅合金,其特征是所述银为粒径为50~100nm的纳米银。
