7. The data processing apparatus of claim 6, wherein the data record comprises: a time region, a location region, and a data region;
the first processing unit is specifically configured to store the time information to the time area of the data record, and store the location information to the location area of the data record;
the second processing unit is specifically configured to store the data information in the data area of the data record.
8. The data processing apparatus according to any one of claims 6 to 7, further comprising: a storage unit for storing the data record.
9. The data processing apparatus of claim 8, further comprising:
the receiving unit is used for inquiring the conditions and the inquiry instructions;
the query unit is used for querying the data records according to the query conditions and the query command to obtain query results;
and the second output unit is used for outputting the query result.
