The preparation method of the impact resisting sheet material comprises steps that: APET is processed through a pre-crystallization treatment, and is dried; PETG is dried; other components are weighed, and are well mixed with dried PETG; the sheet material is extruded by a multi-layer sheet material co-extruding machine; the material is extruded from the die head, trimmed, and rolled with guiding, such that the impact resisting packaging sheet material is obtained. The impact resisting packaging sheet material has good component compatibility, no stratification phenomenon, high transparency, smooth surfaces, and good impact resistance.
