The housing 2 includes a cover portion 21 and a cylindrical portion 22; the locking mechanism 4 and the roller 5 are both arranged in the cover part 21; a cylinder part 22 is connected above the cover part 21; the support part 1 further comprises a guide part 12, a support rod 13 and a support plate 14; the supporting rod 13 penetrates through the spring 3, and two ends of the supporting rod are respectively fixed with the guide part 12 and the supporting plate 14; the spring 3 is supported between the cylinder part 22 and the support plate 14; the lower part of the guide part 12 is connected with the inclined plane part 11 and can move in the cylinder part 22 in a guiding way. Due to the above structure, the guide part 12 realizes the guide that the whole support rod 13 can only move up and down, the spring 3 is supported between the barrel part 22 and the support plate 14, and the support rod 13 penetrates through the spring 3 to prevent the spring 3 from falling off.
