Abstract
本发明提供了一种工程塑料合金复合建筑模板及其制备方法,通过共挤工艺,把一种工程塑料合金通过特定的配方和工艺技术复合在聚氯乙烯发泡芯材表面;再将聚氯乙烯发泡芯材和工程塑料合金共挤成型,直接得到由两个表层是工程塑料合金。本发明的工程塑料合金,通过共混改性,进一步解决了刚性强度,韧性要求和耐温性能,从而进一步满足本发明的需求。本发明的工程塑料复合建筑板材,解决了传统塑料建筑板材弯曲弹性模量、冲击强度和屈服强度三者不能同步提高的难题;解决了循环回收的材料相容性问题并且生产工艺简单,成本相对较低,市场推广容易接受。一旦大量推广,可以极大地减少深林砍伐,减少建筑垃圾,减少环境污染,对环境友好。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种工程塑料合金复合建筑模板及其制备方法。
背景技术
中国高速城市化进程中,基建规模庞大,其中模板约为5000亿的市场份额,每年消耗160亿平方木质建筑模板,年消耗中国商业林采伐总量的50%,约2000万亩森林被低质消耗,半年时间变成建筑垃圾。木质建筑模板既砍伐森林资源又大量制造建筑垃圾污染环境,中国巨大的环保压力下,我们投身新材料行业,使用塑料做建筑模板。
在建筑工程中,模板工程是混凝土成型的重要组成部分,模板的好坏不仅影响工程进度,也决定了钢筋混凝土工程结构的砼体质量。目前市场上建筑模板的主流是木质胶合板,甲醛含量高,生产环节污染环境,使用后还污染环境;木板周转次数少约5-8次浪费资源。塑料模板可以循环回收周转50次以上,是一种绿色环保型模板;使用塑料模板方便快捷,能够实现“四节一环保”的文明施工要求,因此复合塑料建筑模板具有广阔的应用前景。
塑料不吸水,可以做到清水工程;塑料循环回收的特性,恰恰贴合了我国环保的大趋势,很多公司投入研发生产塑料模板。目前市面上塑料模板存在以下问题:产品刚性强度(弯曲弹性模量)低,收缩性大,导致变形和漏浆,阻燃性差,火灾事故频发,产品耐候性差,在建筑工地复杂使用环境下容易碎裂;耐温性差导致砼体不平,影响质量,最终导致市场推广受限。
现有技术中的存在的塑料建筑模板主要有以下几种;硬质PVC结皮发泡塑料建筑板,pp中空塑料建筑模板两大类,其性能参数如下:

通过以上对比,PVC发泡板和pp中空板的整体强度偏低,和木板比较差异较大,特别是耐温性低,混凝土凝固过程中放出大量的热,可以达到70-75℃,PVC和pp两种板材材料耐温偏低,高温下的弯曲弹性模量强度大幅降低,造成砼体出现波浪纹影响工程质量;另外PVC板的冲击性能太低,pp板材的收缩性大,阻燃性差,以上两种板材的性能缺陷严重制约了塑料建筑模板的发展。本发明的CPVC工程塑料和ABS工程塑料的合金材料夹持PVC芯板层的复合模板产品性能大幅度提升,特别是弯曲弹性模量大幅度提高,收缩性小,阻燃性好,耐温性提高,混凝土在固化高温过程中板材刚度变化小。
发明内容
本发明提供了一种工程塑料复合建筑模板及其制备方法,通过共挤工艺,把一种工程塑料合金通过特定的配方和工艺技术复合在聚氯乙烯发泡芯材表面;再将聚氯乙烯发泡芯材和工程塑料合金共挤成型,直接得到由两个表层是工程塑料,芯层是聚氯乙烯发泡芯层的工程塑料复合建筑模板;所述工程塑料合金层和聚氯乙烯发泡芯层直接融合,两者没有明显的接触界面;本发明的板材最终形成两个外表面是工程塑料合金层,紧贴内侧芯层为聚氯乙烯发泡层的三层结构。本发明的工程塑料合金,通过共混改性,进一步解决了刚性强度,韧性要求和耐温性能,加工性能的相互匹配平衡,合金材料的材料性能优化,从而进一步满足本发明的需求。本发明的工程塑合金料复合建筑板材,解决了传统板材弯曲弹性模量、冲击强度和屈服强度三者不能同步提高的难题;解决了塑料建筑模板耐温性差,混凝土放热高温下板材弯曲弹性模量急剧下降的问题;解决了塑料建筑模板阻燃性差容易引发生火灾安全事故的难题;解决了循环回收的材料相容性问题并且生产工艺简单,成本相对较低,市场推广容易接受。一旦大量推广,可以极大地减少深林砍伐,减少建筑垃圾,减少环境污染,对环境友好。
进一步的,发明人还发现,通过特定配比的第二助剂和第一助剂,分别加入CPVC和PVC材料中,能够提高两种材料的复合强度和加工性能,并且使内芯材料和表面材料满足模板不同性能的需求。其中,第一助剂中加入特定组分的助剂增加内芯的复合硬度,在最小范围内减小材料韧性的情况下提高冲击性;纤维可以增加弹性模量并降低成本;
进一步,发明人还发现CPVC是PVC进一步氯化的产物,其氯含量在61-68%之间,由于极性元素的增加,其物理机械性能大幅度增加,但是材料脆性也同步增加,不适合建筑板材的使用环境性能需求;进一步其分子间吸引力增加,加工黏度大,加工性能差;进一步CPVC其加工温度和ABS相近,而且ABS和CPVC材料的相容性好;进一步ABS属于流动性强的材料,在挤出机螺杆内部其流动性强可以析出在CPVC材料表面,减少加工阻力;进一步ABS共混在合金体系内部可以减小CPVC分子间摩擦提高加工性能;进一步ABS添加15-30份时合金复合体系对CPVC材料的弯曲强度影响较小,同步对材料体系的拉伸强度影响中性,而此时的冲击强度由CPVC的11.5KJ/m2上升到39.5KJ/m2;进一步,在CPVC100份第二助剂中的ABS15-30份时,同步添加第二助剂共混体系性能更加优化,此时更混体系合金的拉伸强度,冲击强度,弯曲弹性模量和耐温性能均保持较高的均衡性;进一步第二助剂加入了提高表层的耐候性弹性模量和加工性能,并且提高了加工流动性。CPVC的流动性差分子间阻力大,加工助剂会从材料中析出,ACR作为加工助剂的加入可以很好地改善加工性能,但是其组分添加限度在6组份以下;本发明把和CPVC半相容的ABS作为加工助剂使用,即保持了两者之间的相容性,又实现了性能互补。(参考文献1001-9278,2013,10-0032-04).混合材料处于螺杆中ABS熔体粘度低,流动性强,ABS向CPVC\ABS更混体系外析出,充当润滑剂,其稳定良好;ABS和CPVC结合和可以提高产品的耐候性和产品的韧性,又提高了加工性能,从而使塑料模板的品质均,性能互补。
具体的方案如下:
一种工程塑料合金复合模板,所述工程塑料合金复合模板包括两层工程塑料板层为表层,聚氯乙烯发泡层为芯层,所述两面工程塑料合金板层夹持所述聚氯乙烯发泡芯层,其特征在于:所述工程塑料合金复合模板,通过将聚氯乙烯发泡芯材和工程塑料合金双机共挤,直接模内复合得到由两层工程塑料合金板层夹持聚氯乙烯发泡芯层的复合结构,通过冷却定型,即为所述工程塑料合金复合建筑模板;所述工程塑料合金复合模板的工程塑料选自挤出级CPVC材料、CPVC\ABS二元合金材料、CPVC\PVC\ABS三元共混合金材料、CPVC\ABS\MBS三元共混合金材料、CPVC\ABS\POE三元共混材料、CPVC\ABS\ACR三元共混合金材料、CPVC\CPE\ABS三元共混合金材料、CPVC\ABS\AMS共混合金材料、CPVC\ASA\ABS共混合金材料、或通过改性配方处理得到的CPVC合金材料;所述工程塑料可以是新料,也可以是回收材料,所述工程塑料复合模板的发泡芯层材料选自型号为聚氯乙烯SG-5或者SG-7,或者是使用回收二次利用的聚氯乙烯混合材料,所述工程塑料合金复合模板的表层和芯层,通过双机共挤直接模内复合挤出,两者无明显的接触界面,两种材料相容度高,所述工程塑料复合模板的双机共挤设备为锥形双螺杆挤出机;挤出芯层材料的称为主机,挤出表层材料的称为辅机,以下表述以“主机”“辅机”表达,所述工程塑料复合模板的表层厚度通过调整辅机和主机的转速比值进行调整,两个表层厚度为0.2-2毫米,所述工程塑料合金复合模板的整体厚度为12-65毫米。标准厚度为15/16/18毫米。
进一步的,所述CPVC工程塑料为挤出级材料,适合挤出成型.
进一步的,其所述芯层为硬质PVC发泡芯层,其材料还包括,碳酸钙、稳定剂、内润滑剂和外润滑剂、ACR加工助剂、发泡调节剂、引发剂、有机发泡剂和无机发泡剂;木质纤维或者玻璃纤维组分;进一步的,其芯层原料的质量比组分为:PVC100份,碳酸钙粉体8-50份,木质纤维或者玻璃纤5-20份;有机发泡剂0.2-1份;无机发泡剂0.1-1份;稳定剂三盐硫酸铅3-8份;二盐压磷酸铅1-3;份环氧大豆油0.5-2份;引发剂0.2-1份,发泡调节剂2-6份,以及第一助剂,第一助剂占芯层原料的2-5%;第一助剂的质量组成为:

进一步的,一种制备所述模板的方法,其特征在于:制备板材的挤出机为锥形双螺杆挤出机,所述挤出机,通常挤出芯层材料的称为主机,挤出表层材料的称为辅机;将所述发泡芯层PVC材料、发泡助剂,稳定剂,润滑剂等其他加工助剂和上述第一助剂加入高混机,混合搅拌20-60分钟,然后通过上料机输送到主机中挤出,通过所述主机锥双螺杆挤出机的螺杆将熔体推进到所述主机流道,进入分配器进入模具;将所述CPVC工程塑料和第二助剂一起投入高混机混合15-30分钟,干燥70度20分钟,然后通过上料机进入锥双螺杆挤出机的辅机挤出,然后通过所述辅机将熔体推进到流道进入分配器,然后通过所述分配器进入模具型腔;在所述模具型腔中,工程塑料CPVC合金材料均匀的分布到PVC发泡材料表面,经所述分配器处理后的材料进入模具口发泡,进入定型版,定型、冷却和切割,通过牵引机完成所述模板的连续成型。
进一步的,所述主机双螺杆挤出机在所述进料口和所述挤出机的机头出口之间分为五段,其中所述温度的分布为:第一加热段180℃;第二加热段170℃;第三加热段170℃;第四加热段160℃;第五加热段160℃;所述辅机在所述进料口和所述挤出机的机头出口之间分为五段,其中所述温度的分布为:第一加热段190℃;第二加热段190℃;第三加热段180℃;第四加热段170℃;第五加热段160℃。
本发明具有如下有益效果:
1、通过双机共挤将工程塑料CPVC合金表层和发泡PVC芯层复合,优化了产品结构,提高了产品性能,有效的拟补了PVC材料的不足,回收相容性极佳;
2、通过在CPVC和PVC中加入相应的助剂,进一步提高了CPVC和PVC性能搭配,从而提高了加工的稳定性;
3、第一助剂增加内芯的弹性模量,第二助剂提高加工性能,提高表层的强度和耐候性;
4、内芯中的长玻璃纤维提高芯层的抗弯冲击强度,进一步优化芯层发泡层的强度,并降低成本;
5、本发明的CPVC的耐温性高,超过混凝土凝固放热温度20℃以上,直接接触高温混凝土的一面因为耐温性能高,其强度变化小。外侧不接触水泥的一面,和环境接触,温度介于常温和混凝土温度的平均温度,约为35-45℃,其耐温性能高,强度受影响小。
6、本发明的CPVC导热性差,可以延缓芯层PVC发泡层的温度升高,散热和吸热的时间拉长,降低了板材的使用温度,从而进一步减少了耐温性的影响。
7、ABS,应该适合挤出成型,其在材料中起到加工助剂和增韧剂的作用;热稳定剂为三盐基硫酸铅和二盐基亚磷酸铅复合稳定剂;所述硬脂酸钙、锌为复合辅助稳定剂,其和热稳定剂其协同作用;所述ACR为加工助剂,同步又是增韧协同助剂;所述环氧酯为加工助剂,又是稳定剂协同助剂;所述碳酸钙为纳米级碳酸钙,其为协同助剂,对材料增韧和耐温都有协同作用。所述第二助剂成分并不是唯一选择,考虑环保和成本以及物性等要求,其功能相近的成分可以实现替代测试数据如下
注:砼体保温时间越长,混凝土强度越好。
本发明制备得到复合塑料建筑模板,具有良好的机械性能,满足建建筑模板性能要求,并且工艺简单,成本低廉,易于大规模生产。

本发明下面将通过具体的实施例进行更详细的描述,但本发明的保护范围并不受限于实施例。
实施例1
芯层原料:质量比,PVC100份,碳酸钙粉体40份,木质纤维5份;有机发泡剂0.2份;无机发泡剂0.1份;稳定剂三盐硫酸铅3份;二盐压磷酸铅1;份环氧大豆油0.5份;引发剂0.2份,发泡调节剂2份,以及第一助剂,所述第一助剂占前述原料质量的2%;

通过以上比对,第一助剂在本发明的范围内变化对性能影响较小,证明其分布区间合理,本发明的加工体系具有较强的稳定性;第二助剂中ABS的含量在总体组分中占比15-25的质量百分比,产品材料的冲击和模量以及耐温性能整体性能变化不大;另外根据实验ABS为粉体时和CPVC以及助剂的混合均匀度好,产品性能优于造粒材料。
70℃的条件下,产品模量降低。在高温下,芯层的耐温性差,导致材料界面产生滑移,因此模量大幅降低。但是本发明表皮耐温性高于传统产品20度以上,而且CPVC材料导热系数小,所以实际使用过程中,板材的外层温度变低,砼体保温时间延长,散热变慢,因此芯层耐温性能差的PVC发泡材料受温度影响因素减弱,其强度提高,进一步外层皮层的冲击强度和拉伸强度都远大于传统的pp和PVC因此在内侧压力的缓慢膨胀过程中保持了很强的性能,变形度小,给芯层更多的支撑作用,所以混凝土固化温度对其表层的性能影响极小,能够给芯层材料提供较强的支撑强度。所以本发明在70℃测试性能优于市面上的常温性能板材。
通过比对表层材料中ABS,起到了增韧作用,最佳和CPVC材料的混合比例在15-30%达到性能最优化。外侧皮层保持较高的冲击和断裂伸长率,所以强度较高。本发明的第一助剂第二助剂均有益于产品性能提高。

通过表2分析可以发现,本发明使用弯曲弹性模量高、拉伸强度高但冲击强度低,流动性差的工程塑料CPVC和弯曲弹性模量高、冲击强度高,但流动性好的工程塑料ABS两者组合做出合金,优势互补,冲击强度弯曲弹性模量和耐温性加工流动性得到了均衡性搭配。合金体系的冲击强度均远远超过了单一的CPVC或者ABS。

本发明的产品和传统的PVC或PP比较在70度的使用环境下产品的弯曲弹性模量有较大提高,因为本发明的皮层的合金材料的耐温性高,力学强度高在高温下变化小,进一步本发明的合金材料的弯曲弹性模量冲击强度都两倍于传统材料,从而可以给板材提供更强的弯曲强度。
尽管本发明的内容已经通过上述优选实施例作了详细介绍,但是应当认识到上述的描述不应被认为是对本发明的限制。关于工程塑料CPVC\ABS合金和PVC材料类似的功能性助剂较多,本发明着重点保护的是工程塑料CPVC,以及CPVC\ABS不同性能组份的改性材料和PVC发泡的共挤,均属于本发明的保护范围。
尽管本发明对芯层PVC材料做了限定一般选择聚氯乙烯SG-5或者SG-7系列,本发明的芯层材料并不唯一限定,而是优选,市场回收的PVC材料,硬质板材,管道材料塑钢门窗材料,在测定其灰分填充比例后,均可互相混合使用。从而达到本发明的目的。
因此本发明保护范围主要限定在建筑板材行业,主要性能针对建筑模板设计。
Claims (4)
1.一种工程塑料合金复合模板,所述工程塑料合金复合模板包括两层工程塑料板层为表层,聚氯乙烯发泡层为芯层,所述两层工程塑料板层夹持所述聚氯乙烯发泡层,其特征在于:所述工程塑料合金复合模板,通过将聚氯乙烯发泡芯材和工程塑料合金双机共挤,直接模内复合得到由两层工程塑料板层夹持聚氯乙烯发泡层的复合结构,通过冷却定型,即为所述工程塑料合金复合模板;所述工程塑料合金复合模板的工程塑料板层为通过改性配方处理得到的CPVC合金材料;所述CPVC合金材料包括CPVC;以及占所述CPVC 30-40质量%的第二助剂,所述第二助剂的质量组成:
所述工程塑料合金复合模板的聚氯乙烯发泡层,其芯层原料的质量比组分为:PVC100份,碳酸钙粉体8-50份,木质纤维或者玻璃纤维5-20份;有机发泡剂0.2-1份;无机发泡剂0.1-1份;稳定剂三盐硫酸铅3-8份;二盐亚 磷酸铅1-3份;环氧大豆油0.5-2份;引发剂0.2-1份,发泡调节剂2-6份,以及第一助剂,第一助剂占芯层原料的2-5%;第一助剂的质量组成为:
所述工程塑料合金复合模板的表层和芯层,通过双机共挤直接模内复合挤出,两者无明显的接触界面,两种材料相容度高,所述工程塑料合金复合模板的双机共挤设备为锥形双螺杆挤出机;挤出芯层材料的称为主机,挤出表层材料的称为辅机,以下表述以“主机”“辅机”表达,所述工程塑料合金复合模板的表层厚度通过调整辅机和主机的转速比值进行调整,两个表层厚度为0.2-2毫米,所述工程塑料合金复合模板的整体厚度为12-65毫米。
2.如权利要求1所述工程塑料合金复合模板的应用,所述工程塑料合金复合模板针对建筑模板的性能要求而设定,用于做塑料建筑模板。
3.一种制备如权利要求1所述工程塑料合金复合模板的方法,其特征在于:制备工程塑料合金复合模板的挤出机为锥形双螺杆挤出机,所述锥形双螺杆挤出机,通常挤出芯层材料的称为主机,挤出表层材料的称为辅机;将所述聚氯乙烯发泡层的原料加入高混机,混合搅拌20-60分钟,然后通过上料机输送到主机中挤出,通过所述锥形双螺杆挤出机主机的螺杆将熔体推进到主机流道,进入分配器进入模具;将所述CPVC合金材料的原料一起投入高混机混合15-30分钟,干燥70度20分钟,然后通过上料机进入锥形双螺杆挤出机的辅机挤出,然后通过所述辅机将熔体推进到流道进入分配器,然后通过所述分配器进入模具型腔;在所述模具型腔中,CPVC合金材料均匀的分布到PVC发泡材料表面,经所述分配器处理后的材料进入模具口发泡,进入定型版,定型、冷却和切割,通过牵引机完成所述工程塑料合金复合模板的连续成型。
4.如权利要求3所述制备工程塑料合金复合模板的方法,所述主机在进料口和挤出机的机头出口之间分为五段,其中温度的分布为:第一加热段180℃;第二加热段170℃;第三加热段170℃;第四加热段160℃;第五加热段160℃;所述辅机在进料口和挤出机的机头出口之间分为五段,其中温度的分布为:第一加热段190℃;第二加热段190℃;第三加热段180℃;第四加热段170℃;第五加热段160℃。
