Abstract
The invention provides a locking mechanism of an optical fiber plug and an optical lens, which is arranged in sockets (50) of the optical fiber plug (30) and the optical lens and comprises a spring clamp (10) and a cover body (20), wherein the spring clamp (10) is arranged in a shell (40) of the optical lens, the sockets (50) are arranged in the spring clamp (10), and the cover body (20) is arranged above the shell (40). By using the locking mechanism of the present invention, it is easier and observable in the visible situation whether the fiber optic plug is plugged into place.
Description
Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technology of optical communication modules, and relates to a locking mechanism of an optical fiber plug and an optical lens.
Background
In the existing optical fiber terminal equipment, an optical fiber plug is generally arranged on the side face of the equipment, a jack is formed in an equipment shell, and the optical fiber plug is directly inserted into the jack. When the optical fiber plug is matched with the lens, the optical fiber plug is basically manually inserted in a blind way, and whether the optical fiber plug is inserted in place cannot be judged by naked eyes.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to overcome the problems in the prior art, the invention provides a locking mechanism of an optical fiber plug and an optical lens, which is arranged in sockets of the optical fiber plug and the optical lens and comprises a spring clamp and a cover body, wherein the spring clamp is arranged in a shell of the optical lens, the sockets are positioned in the spring clamp, and the cover body is arranged above the shell.
Preferably, the spring clip comprises a fixing portion, the fixing portion is -shaped, the fixing portion is matched with the shell and the socket, a clamping portion arched inwards is arranged at an opening of the fixing portion, and the clamping portion has elasticity.
Preferably, the distance between the clamping part and the top end of the fixing part is the same as the length of the optical lens.
Preferably, the fixing part is provided with a fixing piece protruding outwards, and the fixing piece is fixed with the shell.
Preferably, a part of the inner side of the socket is further provided with a fixing table protruding inwards, and the fixing table and the fixing piece are mutually clamped and fixed.
Preferably, the clamping part is formed by bending an inward arched spring piece, one end of the clamping part is connected with the fixing part, the middle part is in an inward arched bending shape, and the other end of the clamping part is in contact with the socket.
Preferably, the free end of the cover body is provided with a rotating shaft protruding outwards, and the rotating shaft is detachably buckled with the shell.
Preferably, the fastener is disposed opposite to the clamping portion, and when the cover is closed, the fastener extends into the curved middle portion of the clamping portion, and the fastener is used for limiting deformation of the clamping portion.
Preferably, the cover body is arranged above the shell in a reversible manner, and the socket and the light plug are visible when the cover body is turned and opened.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the beneficial effects that: 1) The optical fiber plug does not need to be matched with the lens in a blind way, so that the optical fiber plug can be easily inserted and can be observed whether the optical fiber plug is inserted in place or not under the visible condition. 2) The optical fiber plug can be locked by the reversible cover body and cannot be retracted. 3) The spring force exerted on the fiber optic plug acts on the lens and since the spring clip can twist around the lens, all of the force can be balanced around the lens, no directional imbalance force will be exerted at the junction of the lens and the circuit board.

The locking mechanism of the optical fiber plug and the optical lens according to the present invention will be described in more detail with reference to the drawings, wherein preferred embodiments of the present invention are shown, and it should be understood that the present invention described herein can be modified by those skilled in the art, while still achieving the advantageous effects of the present invention. Accordingly, the following description is to be construed as broadly known to those skilled in the art and not as limiting the invention.
As shown in fig. 1 to 3, a locking mechanism of an optical fiber plug 30 and an optical lens according to the present invention is disposed in a socket 50 of the optical fiber plug 30 and the optical lens, the socket 50 is mounted in an outer housing 40, the locking mechanism includes a spring clip 10 and a cover 20, the spring clip 10 is disposed in the housing 40, and one end of the cover 20 is disposed above the housing 40 in a reversible manner. Referring to fig. 4 to 7, the spring clip 10 includes a fixing portion 11, the fixing portion 11 is , the fixing portion 11 is matched with the housing 40 and the socket 50, an opening of the fixing portion 11 is provided with a clamping portion 12 that arches inward, and the clamping portion 12 has elasticity. The clamping part 12 is formed by bending an inward arched spring piece, one end of the clamping part 12 is connected with the fixing part 11, the middle part is in an inward arched bent shape, and the other end is in contact with the socket 50. Referring to fig. 5, the distance between the clamping portion 12 and the top end of the fixing portion 11 is the same as the length of the optical lens. The fixing portion 11 is provided with a fixing member 13 protruding outward, and the fixing member 13 is fixed to the housing 40. Referring specifically to fig. 7, a part of the inner side of the housing 40 is further provided with a fixing table 41 protruding inwards, and the fixing table 41 and the fixing member 13 are engaged and fixed with each other.
Referring to fig. 8, a rotating shaft 22 protruding downward is disposed at the front end of the cover 20, and the rotating shaft 22 and the housing 40 are detachably fastened. The fastening member 21 is disposed opposite to the clamping portion 12, and when the cover 20 is closed, the fastening member 21 extends into the curved middle portion of the clamping portion 12, and the fastening member 21 is used for limiting deformation of the clamping portion 12.
Preferably, the cover 20 is disposed over the socket 50 in a reversible manner, and the socket 50 is visible with the light plug 30 when the cover 20 is turned open.

the distance between the clamping part (12) and the top end of the fixing part (11) is the same as the length of the optical lens;
the cover body (20) is arranged above the shell (40) in a turnover mode, and when the cover body (20) is turned open, the socket (50) and the optical fiber plug (30) are visible.
