combining the first tension of the first pulley block and the second tension of the second pulley block into a third tension through the second fixing hole, wherein the third tension is the reaction force of the resultant force of the first tension and the second tension;
the positions of the two first fixing holes of the connecting plate are vertically and correspondingly arranged with the two symmetrical connecting holes of the wire lifting hook;
the device also comprises a pulling plate;
a third fixing hole is formed in the bottom of the pulling plate;
the pulling plate is fixedly connected with the yoke plate through the second fixing hole and the third fixing hole.
