Abstract

本发明涉及的是一种洗衣粉助剂的制备方法,特别涉及的是一种复合二硅酸钠洗衣粉助剂的制备方法。
背景技术:
作为一种助洗剂,当今首先考虑的是与生态环境的相容性,再者是它的性能与生产成本。
在已有的洗衣粉配方技术中,三聚磷酸钠(STPP)是世界公认的性能良好的洗涤助洗剂。但是,由于富磷引起的过肥化问题,造成环境污染,致使低磷和无磷化成为当今洗衣粉行业热门的话题。许多工业发达国家都明文规定禁止生产和使用含磷的洗涤用品。
鉴此,合成洗涤剂工业界的人士开始寻求一种有效的代用品,以减少甚至消除三聚磷酸钠(STPP)的使用。
1973年日本合成洗涤剂工业界首先选择的是柠檬酸钠。柠檬酸是具有三个羧基和一个羟基的有机酸。其钠盐对于钙、镁和重金属的螯合能力是明显的。而且柠檬酸有着在食品和饮料中长期使用的历史,对于人体和生态环境的安全性也是毋庸置疑的。但是,经过实践证明:它的助洗作用虽尚令人满意,但它与十二烷基苯酸钠的配伍性不如三聚磷酸钠(STPP),且价格昂贵。
与此同时,美国开发了氮川三醋酸钠(NTA)作为STPP的代用品。NTA有三个羧酸根,具有很好的钙镁和其他重金属离子的螯合能力。但NTA进入洗衣粉配方后,它对人体和环境生态的安全性并未为社会所熟悉。环境科技工作者和消费者就表示了疑虑。主要问题是:(1)对NTA的胎儿致畸性有怀疑;(2)NTA本身是一种水溶性的氮化物,氮和磷都是肥料要素,以氮化物来代替磷酸盐很难被认为是治理水质过肥化的合理措施。
美国和德国差不多的同时开发了4A沸石作为合成洗涤剂的主助剂的应用技术。4A沸石是晶体状的硅铝酸钠,其化学组成可表达为Na12[(ALO2)]12(SiO2)12]27·H2O,具有很强的钙离子交换能力,理论值可达352mgCaCO3/g。并有较好的分散性能和抗再沉积性能。1976年美国P&G公司和德国Henkel公司同时开始销售含4A沸石的洗衣粉。1975年日本开始从事4A沸石代磷酸盐助剂的开发取得了成功。1980年,第二次无磷合成洗涤剂上市。4A沸石作为合成洗涤剂的主助剂,比起STPP来,还有一个主要不足,就是对镁离子的交换能力较差。它必须加入少量共助剂,主要是聚羧酸盐,如聚丙烯酸钠、聚丙烯酸—顺丁磷二酸盐等,才能与STPP匹敌,(华章熙“日用化学品科学”1995,4,23-24)。
德国Hoechst公司于1994年推出层状硅酸盐,这种名命为SKS-6是一种无水结晶体,类似于自然界的水硅钠石,能满足使水软化、稳pH和良好的抗再沉积性助剂的三种基本特征。(European CheemicalNews 1993.8.16)。
在我国,1990年由四川省轻工业研究设计院发现沉淀二氧化硅可以替代STPP,它是一种无定形物质,而且二氧化硅与泥土主成份一样,不存在对人体与环境污染,易被大家接受。由于它具有高度吸附能力和良好的分散性、悬浮性,并具一定的钙、镁离子的交换能力,可作为一种洗涤助剂,制成的无磷洗衣粉可与含磷洗衣粉媲美(王勤、陈英“日用化学工业”1996.4.11-16)。
发明内容:
本发明的目的是为了提供一种用于无磷洗衣粉配方中的,不会对生态环境造成污染破坏的复合二硅酸钠洗衣粉助剂的制备方法。
本发明方法是在氧化钠和二氧化硅的克分子比为1∶2.2~3.4的硅酸钠水溶液中加入苛性碱或碳酸钠并加入去离子水,搅拌均匀,加热至85~90℃后加入促进剂AC,在进风温度450℃下喷雾干燥,制得Na2O∶SiO2=1∶1.60~1.80的复合二硅酸钠洗衣粉助剂,其中的促进剂AC选自硫酸、盐酸、酒石酸、草酸、醋酸、植酸、硫酸氢钠或碳酸氢钠。
本发明提供的这种洗衣粉助剂——复合二硅酸钠是一种无定形硅酸盐,主要成份为氧化钠和氧化硅,其分子结构为:该分子两端留有二个氧自由键,这意味着还可联结若干个这样的硅酸钠分子,是链状具活性的硅酸钠,分子中的Na+离子也可以是H+离子。也即该复合二硅酸钠是:Na2Si2O5、Na4Si2O6、Na6Si2O7、Na8Si3O10等的复合物。它具有软化水的功能,其钙交换能力大于250mgCaO/g(或以CaCo3计,则为775mgCaCO3/g);能提供碱度和缓冲pH,具有良好的分散和悬浮性,还具有抗腐蚀和抑制重金属离子如Fe2+能力。
采用本发明制备方法生产的洗衣粉助剂的优点是能用于无磷洗衣粉配方,经测试:在III型(浓缩型)洗衣粉中可完全取代传统含磷III型粉中STPP,制成去污力大于1的与III型含磷粉性能一致的无磷洗衣粉。在传统的I、II型含磷洗衣粉中,要适当调整配方,即能取代STPP制成去污力大于1的无磷洗衣粉。且生产成本比同档次含磷洗衣粉低10%左右。本发明方法生的洗衣粉助剂不会对生态环境造成污染破坏,可取代三聚磷酸钠制备无磷洗衣粉。

称取1份(Na2O∶SiO2=1∶3.1-3.4)40Be′硅酸钠水溶液,加入2份碳酸钠,并加2份去离子水,在一个有夹套蒸汽加热的反应锅内搅拌均匀,并加热至温度85-90℃缓缓加入0.5份AC,充分搅拌30分钟,用泵输送至喷雾干燥塔,在进风温度450℃下干燥之。其成品的测试结果如下:外观:白色粉状;pH:1∶1.80;钙交换(CaOmg/g):300.00;水份(%):5.00;Na2O∶SiO2:=1∶1.80。
实施例2:
称取1份(Na2O∶SiO2=1∶2.2-2.5)45Be′硅酸钠溶液加0.3份NaOH并加1.5份去离子水,搅拌均匀,升温至85-90℃加入0.6份AC,搅拌30分钟止,用泵送至喷雾干燥塔,在进风温度450℃下干燥之。其成品测试结果如下:外观:白色粉状;pH:12.00;钙交换(CaOmg/g):275.0;水份(%):5.0;Na2O∶SiO2=1∶1.60。

Claims (1)
1、一种复合二硅酸钠洗衣粉助剂的制备方法,其特征在于在氧化钠和二氧化硅的克分子比为1∶2.2~3.4的硅酸钠水溶液中加入苛性碱或碳酸钠并加入去离子水,搅拌均匀,加热至85~90℃后加入促进剂AC,在进风温度450℃下喷雾干燥,制得Na2O∶SiO2=1∶1.60~1.80的复合二硅酸钠洗衣粉助剂,其中的促进剂AC选自硫酸、盐酸、酒石酸、草酸、醋酸、植酸、硫酸氢钠或碳酸氢钠。
