Background
In the prior art, the middle of the carton is firstly sealed in a straight line by using an adhesive tape and then reinforced and sealed by the corner edges to form an I shape, the existing I-shaped carton sealing machine is of a split design, when the two sides are reinforced and sealed after the straight line is sealed, the corner edges are reinforced and sealed after the L-shaped corner conveying is needed or the direction of the carton is adjusted by setting a 90-degree rotating device, the continuous carton of different models cannot be processed and packaged, the occupied area and the processing cost of the machine are increased, and the operation and production speed is slower.

In view of the above, the invention provides a carton sealing machine with high production and processing speed and wide application range.
According to one aspect of the invention, there is provided a carton sealing machine, comprising a frame, a conveying device, a cover closing device, a first side sealing device, a second side sealing device, a control device and a middle sealing gummed paper device, wherein the cover closing device, the first side sealing device and the second side sealing device are sequentially arranged and are all installed on the frame, the conveying device is positioned below the cover closing device, the first side sealing device and the second side sealing device, and the conveying device, the cover closing device, the first side sealing device and the second side sealing device are all electrically connected with the control device and controlled by the control device, and the middle sealing gummed paper device is fixed on the cover closing device.
The beneficial effects of the invention are as follows: the middle seam of the paper box can be packaged through the glue sealing paper device on the cover closing device, the glue sealing paper devices on the first side seam sealing device and the second side seam sealing device can package two side seams of the paper box, the side seams can be automatically packaged after the packaging of the middle seam of the paper box is completed, the packaging can be performed without setting a corner for conveying or rotating the direction of the paper box, rapid continuous production can be realized, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
In some embodiments, the packaging direction of the first side seam box device is parallel to the packaging direction of the second side seam box device, and the packaging direction of the first side seam box device is perpendicular to the packaging direction of the lid closing device. Thus, the cartons can be ensured to be packaged on the premise of linear conveying.
In some embodiments, the cover closing device comprises a main body, a cover folding mechanism and a cover folding angle rod, wherein the cover folding mechanism is rotatably connected to one end of the main body, the middle seam sealing gummed paper device is fixed to the other end of the main body, the cover folding mechanism is fixed to the lower side of the main body, and the cover folding angle rod is connected to the main body and extends outwards laterally. Therefore, the rear cover folding mechanism, the front cover folding mechanism and the side cover folding corner bars can respectively correspond to the rear cover, the front cover and the side cover of the folding carton, the rear cover, the front cover and the side cover of the carton can be automatically folded and folded, and then the middle seam is packaged by the gummed paper sealing device arranged on the first side seam sealing device.
In some embodiments, the cover closing device further comprises a lifting mechanism, a lifting connecting frame and lifting upright posts, wherein the main body is fixedly connected with the lifting connecting frame, the lifting upright posts are arranged at two sides of the lifting connecting frame and are connected with the two sides of the lifting connecting frame, the lifting connecting frame is connected with the lifting mechanism, and the lifting mechanism is fixed on the lifting upright posts. Therefore, the lifting mechanism can drive other parts to move up and down, and cartons with different heights can be packaged.
In some embodiments, the gummed paper sealing device comprises a fixing frame, a gumming shaft bracket, a gumming support and a gumming wheel, wherein the gumming shaft bracket is fixed on the upper side of the fixing frame, the gumming support is arranged on the fixing frame, and the gumming wheel is arranged on the gumming support and is positioned below the fixing frame. Therefore, the gluing shaft bracket is used for installing the adhesive tape roll, and the adhesive tape pressing wheel is used for rolling back and forth to package the adhesive tape on the middle paper box.
In some embodiments, the first edge sealing box device comprises a first lifting upright, a first transverse guide rail, a first row of gummed paper brushing mechanisms, a first follow gummed paper brushing mechanism and a first edge sealing gummed paper device, wherein the first lifting upright is arranged to be two and connected to two ends of the first transverse guide rail, the first row of gummed paper brushing mechanisms are fixed on the first transverse guide rail, the first pursue and attack gummed paper brushing mechanisms are fixed on the lower side of the first transverse guide rail, and the first edge sealing gummed paper device is in sliding fit with the first transverse guide rail. Therefore, the first row of gummed paper brushing mechanism can fix the carton, and the first follow-up gummed paper brushing mechanism can press the adhesive tape to bond with the side edge of the side seam. The first side seam sealing gummed paper device can move horizontally along the first transverse guide rail to seal the side seam of the carton.
In some embodiments, the carton sealing machine further comprises a lifting column adjusting guide rail fixed to one side of the frame, the lifting column adjusting guide rail being in sliding fit with the first lifting column. Therefore, the first lifting upright post can horizontally move along the lifting upright post adjusting guide rail so as to adapt to cartons with different lengths.
In some embodiments, the second side seam sealing device comprises a second lifting upright, a second transverse guide rail, a second row of gummed paper brushing mechanisms, a second follow gummed paper brushing mechanism and a second side seam sealing gummed paper device, wherein the second lifting upright is arranged to be two and connected to two ends of the second transverse guide rail, the second row of gummed paper brushing mechanisms are fixed on the second transverse guide rail, the second pursue and attack gummed paper brushing mechanisms are fixed on the lower side of the second transverse guide rail, and the second side seam sealing gummed paper device is in sliding fit with the second transverse guide rail. Therefore, the second row of gummed paper brushing mechanism can fix the position of the paper box, and the second pursue and attack gummed paper brushing mechanism can press the adhesive tape to bond with the side edge of the side seam. The second side seam gummed paper sealing device can move horizontally along the second transverse guide rail to seal the side seam of the carton.

The invention is described in further detail below with reference to the accompanying drawings.
Fig. 1-4 schematically illustrate a carton sealer according to one embodiment of the invention.
Referring to fig. 1 to 4, the carton sealing machine comprises a frame 1, a conveying device 2, a cover closing device 3, a first side sealing device 4, a second side sealing device 5, a control device 6, a middle sealing gummed paper device 7 and a lifting upright post adjusting guide rail 8.
The cover closing device 3, the first side seam sealing device 4 and the second side seam sealing device 5 are sequentially arranged and are all arranged on the frame 1. The conveying device 2 is fixed on the frame 1, and the conveying device 2 is positioned below the cover closing device 3, the first side seam sealing device 4 and the second side seam sealing device 5. The conveying device 2, the cover closing device 3, the first side seam sealing device 4 and the second side seam sealing device 5 are electrically connected with the control device 6 and controlled by the control device 6, and the middle seam sealing gummed paper device 7 is fixed at one end of the cover closing device 3.
The cartons are fed from one end of the conveying device 2 to the lower part of the cover closing device 3, and the cover closing device 3 closes four cover plates with the upper parts open. And then the paper is sent to the lower part of the middle seam sealing gummed paper device 7, and the middle seam sealing gummed paper device 7 seals the middle seam of the paper box. The rear cartons are sent to the lower parts of the first side seam sealing device 4 and the second side seam sealing device 5, the first side seam sealing device 4 and the second side seam sealing device 5 simultaneously or sequentially downwards seal two side seams of the cartons, and finally the cartons are sent out of the carton sealing machine by the conveying device 2.
The packaging direction of the first side seam sealing device 4 is parallel to the packaging direction of the second side seam sealing device 5, and the packaging direction of the first side seam sealing device 4 is perpendicular to the packaging direction of the cover closing device 3. The carton can be packaged without turning to transport or turning to the place, so that the processing procedures and the processing time are saved, and the production efficiency is greatly improved.
The cover closing device 3 includes a main body 31, a rear cover folding mechanism 32, a front cover folding mechanism 33, a side cover folding corner bar 34, a lifting mechanism 35, a lifting link 36, and a lifting column 37. The folding back cover mechanism 32 is rotatably connected to one end of the main body 31, and the center seam gummed paper device 7 is fixed to the other end of the main body 31. The front cover folding mechanism 33 is fixed to the lower side of the main body 31. The side folding cover corner posts 34 are provided in two, the side folding cover corner posts 34 are connected to the main body 31 and extend obliquely laterally outwardly, and the two side folding cover corner posts 34 can press and fold the two side panels of the carton inwardly.
The main body 31 is fixedly connected with the lifting connecting frame 36, two lifting upright posts 37 are arranged and connected to two sides of the lifting connecting frame 36, and the lifting upright posts 37 are fixedly connected with the frame 1. The lifting connection frame 36 is fixedly connected with the lifting mechanism 35, and the lifting mechanism 35 is fixed on the lifting upright 37. The lifting mechanism 35 can be connected with a lifting belt wheel by a servo motor to move, and the lifting belt wheel is connected with the lifting connecting frame 36 to drive the lifting connecting frame 36 to move up and down.
The middle seam sealing gummed paper device 7 comprises a fixing frame 71, a gumming shaft bracket 72, a gumming bracket 73 and a gumming wheel 74. The glue shaft bracket 72 is fixed on the upper side of the fixing bracket 71, and the glue pressing bracket 73 is mounted on the fixing bracket 71. The glue pressing wheel 73 is mounted on the glue pressing bracket 73 and is located below the fixing frame 71. The gluing shaft bracket 72 is provided with a rotatable adhesive tape reel 75, and the adhesive tape reel is sleeved on the adhesive tape reel 75. The tape on the roll of tape is pulled out of the tape roller 74. When the paper box passes through the lower side of the glue pressing wheel 74, the adhesive tape outside the glue pressing wheel 74 is adhered to the center seam of the paper box under the pressure of the glue pressing wheel 74.
The first side seam sealing device 4 comprises a first lifting upright 41, a first transverse guide rail 42, a first row of gummed paper brushing mechanism 43, a first pursue and attack gummed paper mechanism 44, a first side seam sealing gummed paper device 45 and a first lifting mechanism. The number of the first lifting columns 41 is two, and the first lifting columns 41 are connected to two ends of the first transverse guide rail 42 and are in sliding fit with the first transverse guide rail 42. The first lifting mechanism is connected with the first transverse guide rail 42 and can drive the first transverse guide rail 42 to move up and down. The first row of gummed paper brushing mechanism 43 is fixed on the first transverse guide rail 42, the first pursue and attack gummed paper brushing mechanism 44 is fixed on the lower side of the first transverse guide rail 42, and the first follow-up gummed paper brushing mechanism 44 is provided with a vertical scraping blade which can press the adhesive tape to the vertical edge of the paper box. The first edge seal gummed paper device 45 is in sliding fit with the first transverse guide rail 42. The first edge seal gummed paper device 45 has a structure similar to that of the middle seal gummed paper device 7.
The first-row gummed paper brushing mechanism 43 includes a fixing member 431, an air cylinder 432 and a stopper 433. The fixing member 431 is fixedly connected with the first transverse rail 42, and the cylinder 432 is fixedly connected with the fixing member 431. The cylinder 432 is vertically arranged, and the free end of the cylinder 432 is fixedly connected with the limiting block 433. The air cylinder 432 can drive the limiting block 433 to move up and down, and the limiting block 433 can move to one side of the carton to limit the carton.
The lifting column adjusting guide rail 8 is fixed on one side of the frame 1 and is horizontally arranged, and the lifting column adjusting guide rail 8 is in sliding fit with the first lifting column 41. The first lifting upright 41 is driven by a servo motor, can horizontally move along the lifting upright adjusting guide rail 8, and can adjust the horizontal position of the first row of gummed paper brushing mechanisms 43 to adapt to cartons of different sizes.
The second side seam sealing device 5 comprises a second lifting upright 51, a second transverse guide rail 52, a second row of gummed paper brushing mechanisms 53, a second pursue and attack gummed paper mechanism 54, a second side seam sealing gummed paper device 55 and a second lifting mechanism. The second lifting upright posts 51 are arranged in two and connected to two ends of the second transverse guide rail 52, the second row of gummed paper brushing mechanisms 53 are fixed on the second transverse guide rail 52, the second follow-up gummed paper brushing mechanism 54 is fixed on the lower side of the second transverse guide rail 52, and the second edge seam sealing gummed paper device 55 is in sliding fit with the second transverse guide rail 52. The second lifting upright 51 of the second side seam sealing device 5 is fixedly arranged, and the second transverse guide rail 52, the second row of gummed paper brushing mechanism 53, the second pursue and attack gummed paper brushing mechanism 54, the second side seam sealing device 55 and the second lifting mechanism of the second side seam sealing device 5 are similar to the related structures of the first side seam sealing device 5. The second row of gummed paper brushing mechanism 53 and the first row of gummed paper brushing mechanism 43 can be matched to fix the carton, so that the side seams of the carton can be conveniently sealed by the first side seam sealing gummed paper device 45 and the second side seam sealing gummed paper device 55.
