Abstract
The invention discloses a hair-nourishing shampoo and a preparation method thereof, wherein hydroxyethyl behenamide propyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, candelilla wax, behenyl alcohol, apple extract and ethylhexyl glycerol are mainly added, the raw materials are matched with a ginger root extract, an unexpected effect is achieved, the hair-nourishing effect is obvious, and the hair-nourishing shampoo can achieve the hair-nourishing effect only by a small amount of shea butter oil, hydroxyethyl behenamide propyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, candelilla wax, behenyl alcohol, apple extract and ethylhexyl glycerol; the invention determines the composition and proportion adjustment of each raw material through a large number of experiments, and the finally obtained hair-nourishing shampoo has no harm to human body, better hair-nourishing effect and better stability.

Technical Field
The invention belongs to the technical field of cosmetics, and particularly relates to a hair nourishing shampoo and a preparation method thereof.
Background
Alopecia is the phenomenon of hair loss, and is divided into physiological and pathological. Physiological alopecia refers to normal hair loss, about 10 ten thousand hairs of an adult are generally normal, and generally, five or six hairs are lost every day, so that the normal phenomenon is that with the increasing social pressure, the pace of life is accelerated, the environment is continuously deteriorated, and poor dietary habits are accompanied with the increasing unhealthy and sub-healthy conditions, and more alopecia patients are in China.
At present, how to develop a shampoo with anti-hair loss and hair growth promotion functions becomes a focus and a difficulty of social attention, the shampoo with anti-dandruff, softening and oil control functions on the market is more, the shampoo with the anti-hair loss function is less, and although the shampoo added with traditional Chinese medicine components, such as the components of polygonum multiflorum, angelica sinensis, medlar and the like, also has the anti-hair loss effect, the traditional Chinese medicine components are expensive and rare, and the extraction process is complex, so the development is still slow.
CN106309287A discloses a ginger hair-nourishing shampoo and a preparation method thereof, the ginger hair-nourishing shampoo of the invention takes guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride, jojoba seed oil, shea butter oil, hydrolyzed collagen, wheat germ oil, ginger root extract, algae extract and other raw materials as a conditioner in a proper proportion to jointly condition human scalp and hair follicle. However, the invention mainly adopts the ginger root extract as the conditioner, the hair-growing effect is not obvious, and the ginger root extract needs to be used for a long time.
The present invention has been made in view of the above circumstances.
Disclosure of Invention
In order to solve the problems in the prior art, the invention provides the hair nourishing shampoo and the preparation method thereof, the hair nourishing shampoo has mild stimulation to scalp, better hair growing and nourishing effect and is suitable for long-term use, the preparation method of the invention is simple, the cost is lower, the invention is suitable for large-scale production, and the prepared shampoo has stable property, does not deteriorate after long-term storage and has good hair nourishing effect.
In order to achieve the purpose, the invention adopts the following technical scheme:
a hair nourishing shampoo is prepared from phase A, phase B, phase C, phase D, phase E, phase F, phase G, phase H and phase I;
the phase A comprises water and guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride;
the phase B comprises water and ammonium lauryl alcohol polyether ester sulfate;
the phase C comprises jojoba seed oil, shea butter, wheat germ oil, ginger root oil and ethylene glycol distearate;
the phase D comprises piroctone olamine salt and cocamidopropyl betaine;
the phase E comprises shea butter, hydroxyethyl behenamide propyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, candelilla wax, behenyl alcohol, apple extract, ethylhexyl glycerol and water;
the F phase is sodium chloride and water;
the G phase is preservative and water;
the H phase is a ginger root extract;
the phase I is hydrolyzed collagen and water.
The water of the present invention is preferably deionized water, which serves as a solvent in the present invention.
Guar hydroxypropyltrimonium chloride CAS No. of the present invention: 65497-29-2, used as a conditioner in the present invention.
Ammonium lauryl polyether ester sulfate, english abbreviation: AES, which is a white or pale yellow gel-like paste or colorless or pale yellow liquid, is used as a surfactant in the present invention.
Jojoba seed oil is also called jojoba oil, and is oil extracted from jojoba seeds, the jojoba oil contains abundant vitamin D and protein, is good moistening and moisturizing oil, can maintain skin moisture and soften skin, and is used as a conditioner.
The shea butter is a non-drying oil, has no irritation and small acidity, can be preserved for a long time after being emulsified, has good affinity with human skin, is easy to be absorbed by the skin, has good health care effect, and is used as a conditioner in the invention.
The wheat germ oil is a cereal germ oil prepared by using wheat malt as a raw material, integrates the nutrition essence of wheat, is rich in vitamin E, linoleic acid, linolenic acid, glycerol octal and various physiological active components, particularly has the vitamin E content of the crown of vegetable oil, is functional oil with nutrition and health care effects, and can soften scalp blood vessels and promote scalp skin metabolism as a conditioner.
The ginger root oil is used as a conditioner, can balance sebum secretion of scalp, improve and repair hair quality, and prevent hair from being damaged and split.
The ethylene glycol distearate used as the pearling agent has the features of moistening skin, nourishing and protecting hair and resisting static electricity, and has no irritation to skin and no damage to hair.
The piroctone olamine salt serving as the anti-dandruff agent has the characteristics of stable property, high anti-dandruff effect, no toxicity and no stimulation.
The cocoamidopropyl betaine serving as a surfactant has the characteristics of good compatibility, good stability, small irritation, mild performance, and fine and stable foam.
Hydroxyethyl behenamidopropyl dimethyl ammonium chloride has an antistatic effect and is used as a conditioning agent in the invention.
Candelilla wax is a brown vegetable wax extracted from a grass grown in texas and mexico, has good moisture retention and emulsifiability, and is used as a conditioner in the present invention.
The behenyl alcohol has the functions of moistening skin, smoothing skin, and forming a film on hair, and is used as a conditioner.
The apple extract is used as a conditioner, has the effects of hair nourishing, can soften scalp blood vessels, promote metabolism of scalp skin, is beneficial to new hair growth, and can improve and repair damaged hair when being applied to hair, and a small amount of the apple extract is added in the hair conditioner to achieve a better hair nourishing effect.
Ethylhexyl glycerin is used herein as a conditioning agent and ammonium chloride is used as a thickening agent.
Benzyl alcohol, methylchloroisothiazolinone and methylisothiazolinone are used as preservatives in the present invention.
Hydrolyzed collagen can repair tissue damage, regulate the balance of the secretory system, and serve as a conditioner in the invention.

Further, the preservative is methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone and magnesium chloride.
The preservative selected by the invention has low price and good effect, and reduces the production cost.
Further, the mass ratio of methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone and magnesium chloride is 1.15:0.35:23: 75.5.
A preparation method of the hair nourishing shampoo comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the components according to the content of the components for later use;
(2) firstly, adding the phase B into a stirring pot, then adding the phase A which is uniformly dispersed by cold deionized water in advance under stirring, heating, keeping the temperature until the phase A is completely dissolved, adding the phase C, continuing stirring, keeping the temperature for 15-25 minutes, and then cooling;
(3) cooling to 55-65 deg.C, adding phase D, stirring, and cooling;
(4) cooling to 40-50 deg.C, adding phase E, phase F, phase G, phase H and phase I, respectively, and stirring to obtain the shampoo.
Further, in the step (2), the temperature is raised to 80-90 ℃, and the heat preservation time is 25-35 minutes.
Further, the temperature is kept for 20 minutes in the step (2).
Further, the temperature is reduced to 60 ℃ in the step (3), and the temperature is reduced to 45 ℃ in the step (4).
Further, in the step (4), stirring is carried out for 25-30 minutes at a stirring speed of 80-100 rpm.
Compared with the prior art, the invention has the following beneficial effects:
(1) the invention confirms the composition of each raw material and the proportion adjustment through a large number of experiments, the finally obtained hair-nourishing shampoo is harmless to the body, has better stability and can be used for a long time, and the hair-nourishing shampoo promotes the generation of new hairs by stimulating the proliferation and differentiation of hair follicle epithelial cells;
(2) according to the invention, hydroxyethyl behenamide propyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, candelilla wax, behenyl alcohol, apple extract and ethyl hexyl glycerol are mainly added, the raw materials are matched with the ginger root extract, the effect which is not achieved is achieved, the effect is obvious compared with the effect of mainly using the ginger root extract as a hair conditioner, and the hair-growing effect can be achieved only by using small content of shea butter, hydroxyethyl behenamide propyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, candelilla wax, behenyl alcohol, apple extract and ethyl hexyl glycerol;
(3) the preparation method of the invention greatly improves the solubility of each component by grouping the raw materials with different dissolution characteristics, fully dissolving each raw material and then mixing.

the phase A comprises 4kg of water and 0.3kg of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride;
the phase B comprises 50kg of water and 10kg of ammonium lauryl polyether ester sulfate;
the phase C comprises 0.5kg of jojoba seed oil, 0.3kg of shea butter, 0.5kg of wheat germ oil, 0.5kg of ginger root oil and 1kg of ethylene glycol distearate;
the phase D comprises 0.2kg of piroctone olamine salt and 6kg of cocamidopropyl betaine;
the phase E comprises 0.03kg of shea butter, 0.05kg of hydroxyethyl behenamide propyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.03kg of candelilla wax, 0.04kg of behenyl alcohol, 0.00016kg of apple extract, 0.004kg of ethylhexyl glycerol and 1.6kg of water;
the phase F comprises 0.6kg of ammonium chloride and 3kg of water;
the phase G is 0.02kg of preservative and 0.06kg of water;

The preparation method of the hair nourishing shampoo comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the components according to the content of the components for later use;
(2) firstly, adding the phase B into a stirring pot, then adding the phase A which is uniformly dispersed by cold deionized water in advance under stirring, heating to 80 ℃, preserving heat for 25 minutes, adding the phase C after completely dissolving, continuing stirring, preserving heat for 15 minutes and then cooling;
(3) cooling to 55 deg.C, adding phase D, stirring, and cooling;
(4) cooling to 40 ℃, respectively adding the phase E, the phase F, the phase G, the phase H and the phase I, uniformly stirring, and stirring for 25 minutes at the stirring speed of 80rpm to obtain the hair nourishing shampoo.
Example 2
The hair nourishing shampoo of the embodiment is prepared by the raw materials comprising a phase A, a phase B, a phase C, a phase D, a phase E, a phase F, a phase G, a phase H and a phase I;
the phase A comprises 5kg of water and 0.35kg of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride;
the phase B comprises 53.76kg of water and 15kg of ammonium lauryl polyether ester sulfate;
the phase C comprises 1kg of jojoba seed oil, 0.5kg of shea butter, 1kg of wheat germ oil, 1kg of ginger root oil and 2kg of ethylene glycol distearate;

(2) firstly, adding the phase B into a stirring pot, then adding the phase A which is uniformly dispersed by cold deionized water in advance under stirring, heating to 85 ℃, preserving heat for 30 minutes, adding the phase C after completely dissolving, continuing stirring, preserving heat for 20 minutes and then cooling;
(3) cooling to 60 deg.C, adding phase D, stirring, and cooling;
(4) cooling to 45 ℃, respectively adding the phase E, the phase F, the phase G, the phase H and the phase I, stirring uniformly for 27 minutes at the stirring speed of 90rpm to obtain the hair-nourishing shampoo.
Example 3
The hair nourishing shampoo of the embodiment is prepared by the raw materials comprising a phase A, a phase B, a phase C, a phase D, a phase E, a phase F, a phase G, a phase H and a phase I;
the phase A comprises 6kg of water and 0.4kg of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride;
the phase B comprises 55kg of water and 20kg of ammonium lauryl polyether ester sulfate;
the phase C comprises 1.5kg of jojoba seed oil, 0.7kg of shea butter, 1.5kg of wheat germ oil, 1.5kg of ginger root oil and 3kg of ethylene glycol distearate;
the phase D comprises 0.4kg of piroctone olamine salt and 10kg of cocamidopropyl betaine;
the phase E comprises 0.05kg of shea butter, 0.09kg of hydroxyethyl behenamide propyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.05kg of candelilla wax, 0.06kg of behenyl alcohol, 0.0002kg of apple extract, 0.008kg of ethylhexyl glycerol and 2.0kg of water;
the F phase is 1.0kg of ammonium chloride and 5kg of water;
the phase G comprises 0.0.025kg of preservative and 0.07kg of water;
the preservative is methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone and magnesium chloride, and the mass ratio is as follows: 1.15:0.35:23: 75.5;
the H phase is 1.5kg of ginger root extract;

The preparation method of the hair nourishing shampoo comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the components according to the content of the components for later use;
(2) firstly, adding the phase B into a stirring pot, then adding the phase A which is uniformly dispersed by cold deionized water in advance while stirring, heating to 90 ℃, preserving heat for 35 minutes, adding the phase C after completely dissolving, continuing stirring, preserving heat for 25 minutes and then cooling;
(3) cooling to 65 ℃, adding the phase D, stirring uniformly, and continuing cooling;
(4) cooling to 50 ℃, respectively adding the phase E, the phase F, the phase G, the phase H and the phase I, uniformly stirring for 30 minutes at the stirring speed of 100rpm to obtain the hair-nourishing shampoo.
Test example 1
Test samples 1 to 3 were hair-growing shampoos prepared in examples 1 to 2, respectively;
control sample 1 was a shampoo prepared according to CN106309287A example 1;
four patients with severe alopecia were selected for the test, the time point of each shampoo, the amount of shampoo used, the frequency of shampoo, and other controllable conditions were the same, the usage period was two months, and the results of the comparative test for alopecia resistance were shown in fig. 1a to 4 b.
As can be seen from fig. 1a to 3b, after the shampoo of the present invention is used, the hair loss person has a significant new hair generation, and in fig. 4a and 4b, it can be seen that the new hair is generated, but the hair-growing effect of the shampoo of the present invention is not as good as that of the shampoo of the present invention, and the hair-growing effect of the shampoo of the present invention is better.

the phase A comprises 4-6 parts by weight of water and 0.3-0.4 part by weight of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride;
the phase B comprises 50-55 parts of water and 10-20 parts of ammonium lauryl polyether ester sulfate;
the phase C comprises 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of jojoba seed oil, 0.3-0.7 part by weight of shea butter, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of wheat germ oil, 0.5-1.5 parts by weight of ginger root oil and 1-3 parts by weight of ethylene glycol distearate;
the phase D comprises 0.2 to 0.4 weight part of piroctone olamine salt and 6 to 10 weight parts of cocamidopropyl betaine;
the phase E comprises 0.03-0.05 part by weight of shea butter, 0.05-0.09 part by weight of hydroxyethyl behenamidopropyl dimethyl ammonium chloride, 0.03-0.05 part by weight of candelilla wax, 0.04-0.06 part by weight of behenyl alcohol, 0.00016-0.0002 part by weight of apple extract, 0.004-0.008 part by weight of ethylhexyl glycerol and 1.6-2.0 parts by weight of water;
the F phase is 0.6 to 1.0 weight part of ammonium chloride and 3 to 5 weight parts of water;

the preparation method of the hair nourishing shampoo comprises the following steps:
(1) weighing the components according to the content of the components for later use;
(2) firstly, adding the phase B into a stirring pot, then adding the phase A which is uniformly dispersed by cold deionized water in advance while stirring, heating to 80-90 ℃, preserving heat for 25-35 minutes, adding the phase C after completely dissolving, continuing stirring, and carrying out cooling treatment after continuously preserving heat for 15-25 minutes;
(3) cooling to 55-65 deg.C, adding phase D, stirring, and cooling;
(4) cooling to 40-50 deg.C, adding phase E, phase F, phase G, phase H and phase I, respectively, and stirring to obtain the shampoo.
2. The hair nourishing shampoo of claim 1 wherein the shampoo further comprises, in parts by weight,
the phase A comprises 5 parts by weight of water and 0.35 part by weight of guar gum hydroxypropyl trimethyl ammonium chloride;

3. The hair tonic shampoo according to claim 1, wherein the preservative is methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone and magnesium chloride.
4. The hair nourishing shampoo of claim 3 wherein the mass ratio of methylisothiazolinone, methylchloroisothiazolinone and magnesium chloride is 1.15:0.35:23: 75.5.
5. The hair nourishing shampoo of claim 1 wherein the incubation in step (2) is continued for 20 minutes.
6. The hair tonic shampoo according to claim 1, wherein the temperature is decreased to 60 ℃ in the step (3) and to 45 ℃ in the step (4).
7. The hair tonic shampoo according to claim 1, wherein the stirring in the step (4) is carried out for 25 to 30 minutes at a stirring speed of 80 to 100 rpm.
