Abstract
The automatic power regulating system of the suction motor of the floor washing and drying machine comprises a suction motor control switch, a controller and a suction motor, wherein the suction motor control switch comprises a full-power switch, a low-power switch and a shutdown switch, and the full-power switch is used for sending a full-power working signal to a processor; the low-power switch is used for sending a low-power working signal to the processor; the shutdown switch is used for sending a shutdown signal to the processor; the controller is used for controlling the air suction motor to work in a full-power working mode after receiving a full-power working signal, controlling the air suction motor to work in a low-power working mode after receiving a low-power working signal, and controlling the air suction motor to stop after working in the full-power working mode for a set time after receiving a stop signal. The system can ensure that the phenomenon that backwater reaches the ground after the suction drier is stopped can not occur, and can avoid the condition that the workload of cleaning staff is increased due to backwater.

Technical Field
The invention relates to the technical field of floor washing machines, in particular to an automatic power adjusting system for an air suction motor of a floor washing and drying machine.
Background
The floor cleaning dryer consists of an air suction motor control switch, a controller and an air suction motor, wherein the controller controls whether the air suction motor works according to the on-off state of the air suction motor control switch, the controller can drive the air suction motor to work in two power modes, namely a normal mode and a low power mode, the normal mode is that the air suction motor works at full power, and the low power is that the air suction motor works at 80% of the full power. Because the floor scrubber is relatively noisy during operation, in special situations, such as hospital wards and school teaching areas, it is desirable to operate at a low decibel level, where the floor scrubber operates at 80% of full power.
The floor washing machine has good floor washing and sucking effect in a normal working mode, and the phenomenon that the water sucking pipe returns to the ground after the floor washing machine is stopped does not occur; however, in the low-power mode, the water suction pipe can return to the ground after the machine is stopped, and then the ground needs to be manually wiped, so that the work load is caused for cleaning staff.

Aiming at the problems in the prior art, the invention provides an automatic power adjusting system for an air suction motor of a floor washing and drying machine, which can ensure that the phenomenon that water returns to the ground after the floor washing and drying machine is stopped can be avoided, and the condition that the workload of cleaning staff is increased due to the water return can be avoided.
The invention provides an automatic power regulating system of an induced draft motor of a floor washing and drying machine, which comprises a full power switch, a low power switch, a shutdown switch, an induced draft motor, a processor, an electronic change-over switch, a delay relay, a first driving circuit and a second driving circuit;
The full power switch is used for sending a full power working signal to the processor;
The low-power switch is used for sending a low-power working signal to the processor;
The shutdown switch is used for sending a shutdown signal to the processor;
The processor is used for receiving a full-power working signal or a low-power working signal so as to respectively control the first driving circuit or the second driving circuit to work; the electronic switching switch is used for controlling the first driving circuit to work after receiving the shutdown signal and outputting a switching control signal to the electronic switching switch at the same time;
The first driving circuit or the second driving circuit is used for driving the full-power operation or the low-power operation of the motor of the suction fan according to the control of the processor;
the electronic change-over switch is provided with an input end and two output ends, the input end is used for receiving full power output from the first driving circuit, one of the two output ends is used for providing output for the suction fan motor through the delay relay, and the other output end is used for directly providing output for the suction fan motor; for selectively switching on a path between the input terminal and one output terminal or a path between the input terminal and the other output terminal according to the presence or absence of the switching control signal;
the delay relay is used for maintaining a passage between one output end of the electronic change-over switch and the suction fan motor within a set time and disconnecting the passage after the set time is reached.

During normal operation, namely when the electronic change-over switch does not receive a change-over control signal, a selection switch in the electronic change-over switch is kept in a state of communicating an input end with a lower output end, so that the output of the first driving circuit directly acts on the suction fan motor; the processor sends a switching control signal to the electronic change-over switch after receiving a stop signal sent by the shutdown switch, so that a selection switch in the electronic change-over switch is communicated with an input end and an upper output end, and the output of the first driving circuit acts on the suction fan motor through the delay relay; therefore, when the motor of the suction fan is required to be stopped every time, the motor of the suction fan can be stopped after the full-power work is set for a time, so that the phenomenon that the suction pipe backwashes to the ground when the motor of the suction fan is stopped after the completion of the work of the suction dryer can be avoided, the system does not need to manually switch the working mode when the motor of the suction fan is stopped, the problem of backwashes after the motor of the suction fan is stopped in a low-power mode is solved, meanwhile, the step of manually switching to the full-power mode is omitted, the degree of automation of the floor washing machine is improved, and the operation effect of the suction dryer is also improved.

The first driving circuit or the second driving circuit is used for driving the full-power operation or the low-power operation of the motor of the suction fan according to the control of the processor;
