Abstract
本发明属于饲料添加剂领域,公开一种提高蛋鸡产蛋率的饲料添加剂及其制备方法。以重量份数计,由下述组分组成:蛋氨酸5‑10份、赖氨酸5‑10份、植酸酶1‑3份、乳酸钙5‑10份、磷酸氢钙2‑5份、酵母多糖5‑10份、壳寡糖1‑3份、鱼肝油1‑3份、紫花苜蓿提取物2‑5份、枯草芽孢杆菌2‑5份、维生素C5‑8份、黄芪5‑10份、党参5‑10份、陈皮2‑5份、当归5‑10份、松针5‑10份、甘草4‑6份,上述各组分的重量份之和为100份。本发明能增强鸡的繁殖能力,延长产蛋高峰期;本发明可提高蛋的质量,减少破壳蛋、畸形蛋等。

技术领域
本发明属于饲料添加剂领域,具体涉及一种提高蛋鸡产蛋率的饲料添加剂及其制备方法。
背景技术
蛋鸡的产蛋率达90%以上的时期称为产蛋高峰期。产蛋高峰期持续时间的长短,不仅直接反映鸡群产蛋能力的大小,而且也影响着产蛋高峰后产蛋曲线的下降幅度,与蛋鸡全期产蛋量有着密切的关系。因此,在蛋鸡的生产管理过程中,必须全面考虑影响其生产性能的具体因素,每一个环节严格按生产流程及操作程序开展工作,才能提高蛋鸡产蛋高峰期的产蛋率,挖掘蛋鸡的最大生产潜力。
针对以上原因,研制出一种安全且有效的用于提高蛋鸡产蛋率的饲料添加剂,对提高蛋鸡的养殖效益有显著意义。
发明内容
本发明的目的旨在提供一种提高蛋鸡产蛋率的饲料添加剂及其制备方法。
为实现上述目的,本发明采取的技术方案如下:
一种提高蛋鸡产蛋率的饲料添加剂,以重量份数计,由下述组分组成:蛋氨酸5-10份、赖氨酸5-10份、植酸酶1-3份、乳酸钙5-10份、磷酸氢钙2-5份、酵母多糖5-10份、壳寡糖1-3份、鱼肝油1-3份、紫花苜蓿提取物2-5份、枯草芽孢杆菌2-5份、维生素C 5-8份、黄芪5-10份、党参5-10份、陈皮2-5份、当归5-10份、松针5-10份、甘草4-6份,上述各组分的重量份之和为100份。
较好地,枯草芽孢杆菌的活菌数≥100亿CFU/g,植酸酶的酶活≥10万U/g。
本发明中,紫花苜蓿提取物可按现有技术制备获得或通过市购获得。
蛋氨酸,是鸡的必需氨基酸,也是鸡的第一限制性氨基酸,当蛋氨酸不足时,会影响其它一些氨基酸的吸收,且蛋氨酸在体内还可转化为半胱氨酸和胱氨酸等非必需氨基酸。
赖氨酸,帮助产生抗体、激素和酶,提高免疫力,增进食欲、改善营养不良状况;帮助钙的吸收。
植酸酶,植酸广泛存在于植物种子内,属天然营养品,植酸最显著的特征是与金属离子有极强络合作用和抗氧化性。植酸酶(phytases)能将磷酸残基从植酸上水解下来,因此破坏了植酸对矿物元素强烈的亲和力,所以说植酸酶能增加矿物元素的营养效价。
乳酸钙,可以增加机体所需要的钙,并且减少破壳蛋。
酵母多糖,活化并增强机体免疫系统,快速调节免疫,润肠通便、调节胃肠功能、降低胆固醇。
壳寡糖,具抗氧化、抗菌活性、抗炎促进伤口愈合、免疫调节,增强免疫力等多种药理作用。对禽有提高生长性能、降低死亡率、促进营养物质的吸收、提高机体免疫力的作用。
鱼肝油,主要含维生素A、维生素D,除了补给产蛋需要的营养外,成分中的维生素A可维持机体实质性器官上皮细胞的完整性,故亦可增强机体抵抗力,促进机体生长发育。
紫花苜蓿提取物,从天然植物苜蓿中提取的天然植物提取物,可以提高畜禽抗体水平,提高蛋禽产蛋率,延长产蛋高峰期,改善蛋品质和风味。
益生素即益生菌,是维持机体消化道微生态平衡活的或死的微生物及其代谢产物。作为新型饲料添加剂,益生素被畜禽采食后能增加肠道有益微生物的数量,抑制病原微生物生长,从而改变其肠道内的微生态结构、增强机体免疫性能并达到促进动物生长的目的。
维生素C,提高机体抵抗力,降低鸡的各种应激。
黄芪,甘,微温,归肺、脾、肝、肾经。黄芪是一种补气药物,含有多糖、生物碱、氨基酸、黄酮类、甙类及微量元素等多种生物活性物质,其中黄芪多糖的免疫活性尤为突出。现代医学研究表明,黄芪多糖除了能增强机体免疫功能、促进细胞代谢、抗氧化及调节DNA、RNA和蛋白质的合成外,还兼有固肾降压及保肝消炎等多种药理功效,并具有双向免疫调节作用。
党参,补中益气,健脾益肺;用于脾肺虚弱,气短心悸,食少便溏,虚喘咳嗽,内热消渴。党参中含有党参多糖,党参多糖具有调节机体免疫、清除自由基和造血等作用。
陈皮,为芸香科植物橘及其栽培变种的成熟果皮。陈皮有三大类作用,一是导胸中寒邪,二破滞气,三益脾胃。这三大作用中,主要作用是行脾胃之气。脾胃主运化水湿,故脾胃之气行则能去湿、健脾、化痰,故又可以说,陈皮温能养脾,辛能醒脾,苦能健脾。
当归,性甘、辛、温;国医学认为,当归味甘而重,故专能补血,其气轻而辛,故又能行血,补中有动,行中有补,为血中之要药。
松针,用作畜禽饲料添加剂或直接饲喂畜禽,不仅能节省饲料,降低成本,而且对促进畜禽生长发育、增强抗病力和提高生殖功能等均有明显的促进作用。
甘草,为豆科植物甘草、胀果甘草或光果甘草的干燥根和根茎,补脾益气,清热解毒,祛痰止咳,缓急止痛,调和诸药;用于脾胃虚弱,倦怠乏力,心悸气短,咳嗽痰多,脘腹、四肢挛急疼痛,痈肿疮毒,缓解药物毒性、烈性。
以上组分根据鸡产蛋过程中对营养的要求及机体机能调理的需要,进行合理搭配,目的在于增强机体免疫力和繁殖性能,并调理胃肠道,提高采食量,促进生长发育;且用的是无残留无耐药性的饲料添加剂,安全有效。
本发明饲料添加剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
第一步,分别粉碎蛋氨酸、赖氨酸;
第二步,分别粉碎黄芪、党参、陈皮、当归、松针、甘草;
第三步,先将壳寡糖、植酸酶、紫花苜蓿提取物和枯草芽孢杆菌混匀,然后将鱼肝油均匀地喷洒在混合物表面,搅匀后,再加入乳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、酵母多糖、维生素C以及粉碎过的蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、黄芪、党参、陈皮、当归、松针、甘草,混匀,即得饲料添加剂。
本发明具有的优点和有益效果:(1)本发明能增强鸡的繁殖能力,延长产蛋高峰期;(2)本发明可提高蛋的质量,减少破壳蛋、畸形蛋等;(3)本发明可提高机体免疫力,增强抗病能力;(4)本发明混合物用原料来源丰富,且生产工艺简便;(5)本发明混合物的中药为超微粉末,细度可达150目,进入机体后容易被吸收,且临床使用方便,适合群体使用,节省人力物力;(6)本发明各组分含量明确,质量可控。
具体实施方式
下面结合具体实施例对本发明的技术方案作进一步解释说明,但本发明的保护范围并不局限于此。
以下实施例中,枯草芽孢杆菌的活菌数为100亿CFU/g,植酸酶的酶活为10万U/g;紫花苜蓿提取物购自西安明泽生物科技有限公司,规格:20wt%苜蓿皂甙;酵母多糖购自徐州赛傅生物科技有限公司,规格:50wt%多糖。
实施例1-3及对照例1
一种提高蛋鸡产蛋率的饲料添加剂,其组成(以重量份计)见表1。
实施例1-3饲料添加剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
第一步:分别粉碎蛋氨酸、赖氨酸;
第二步:分别超微粉碎(150目)黄芪、党参、陈皮、当归、松针、甘草;
第三步:先将壳寡糖、植酸酶、紫花苜蓿提取物和枯草芽孢杆菌混匀,然后将鱼肝油均匀地喷洒在混合物表面,搅拌混合5分钟后,再依次加入乳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、酵母多糖、维生素C以及粉碎过的蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、黄芪、党参、陈皮、当归、松针、甘草,混合30分钟,即得饲料添加剂。
对照例1饲料添加剂的制备方法,步骤如下:
第一步:粉碎赖氨酸;
第二步:分别超微粉碎(150目)黄芪、陈皮、当归、松针、甘草;
第三步:先将壳寡糖、植酸酶、紫花苜蓿提取物和枯草芽孢杆菌加入混合机搅拌混合5分钟后,再依次加入乳酸钙、酵母多糖以及粉碎过的赖氨酸、黄芪、陈皮、当归、松针、甘草,混合30分钟,即得饲料添加剂。
临床效果
按照如下方法进行:
(一)药物与试剂
试验药物:实施例1、2、3所制备的饲料添加剂;
对照药物:对照例1所制备的饲料添加剂;
对照药物:增蛋宝(河南得康动物药业有限公司)。
(二)试验方法
(1)试验设计:从同一栋鸡舍中的12000只羽蛋鸡中选择健康无病、体质量大小基本一致的蛋鸡6000羽,分成6组,每组4个重复,每个重复250羽鸡。分组后6组产蛋率经生物统计分析,差异不显著(P>0.05)。试验时间为2016年5月16至22日7d预试期,5月23日至7月9日48d试验期。
试验组1:基础日粮+0.2%(占基础日粮的质量百分比)实施例1所制备的饲料添加剂,自由采食;
试验组2:基础日粮+0.2%(占基础日粮的质量百分比)实施例2所制备的饲料添加剂,自由采食;
试验组3:基础日粮+0.2%(占基础日粮的质量百分比)实施例3所制备的饲料添加剂,自由采食;
对照组1:基础日粮+0.2%(占基础日粮的质量百分比)对照例1所制备的饲料添加剂,自由采食;
对照组2:基础日粮+0.3%(占基础日粮的质量百分比)增蛋宝,自由采食;
空白对照组:仅供给基础日粮。
基础日粮配方及其营养成分见表2。饲养管理采用3层笼养,其他管理按照大规模蛋鸡生产管理制度进行。
(2)测定指标:产蛋率、平均蛋重、产蛋量、料蛋比、耗料量、死淘鸡数。
(3)试验结果
从表3可见,试验组的平均产蛋率95.3%,较对照组1、对照组2和空白对照组分别提高4.6%、6.6%和7.5%,差异显著;料蛋比,试验组平均1.89,较对照组1、对照组2和空白对照组分别降低0.07、0.09和0.12,差异显著;死淘鸡数,试验组平均4羽,较对照组1、对照组2和空白对照组分别减少5羽、7羽和17羽。
Claims (3)
1.一种提高蛋鸡产蛋率的饲料添加剂,其特征在于,以重量份数计,由下述组分组成:蛋氨酸5-10份、赖氨酸5-10份、植酸酶1-3份、乳酸钙5-10份、磷酸氢钙2-5份、酵母多糖5-10份、壳寡糖1-3份、鱼肝油1-3份、紫花苜蓿提取物2-5份、枯草芽孢杆菌2-5份、维生素C 5-8份、黄芪5-10份、党参5-10份、陈皮2-5份、当归5-10份、松针5-10份、甘草4-6份,上述各组分的重量份之和为100份。
2.如权利要求1所述的饲料添加剂,其特征在于:枯草芽孢杆菌的活菌数≥100亿CFU/g,植酸酶的酶活≥10万U/g。
3.一种制备如权利要求1或2所述饲料添加剂的方法,其特征在于,步骤如下:
第一步,分别粉碎蛋氨酸、赖氨酸;
第二步,分别粉碎黄芪、党参、陈皮、当归、松针、甘草;
第三步,先将壳寡糖、植酸酶、紫花苜蓿提取物和枯草芽孢杆菌混匀,然后将鱼肝油均匀地喷洒在混合物表面,搅匀后,再加入乳酸钙、磷酸氢钙、酵母多糖、维生素C以及粉碎过的蛋氨酸、赖氨酸、黄芪、党参、陈皮、当归、松针、甘草,混匀,即得饲料添加剂。
