本发明涉及医疗设备领域,尤其涉及径向限制可旋转平台关节面膝关节假体,包括胫骨平台假体及设于胫骨平台假体上的胫骨平台垫,胫骨平台垫包括设于上部的胫骨平台垫本体及固定于胫骨平台垫本体下侧的锥形连接柱,所述锥形连接柱底部设有T形锁定孔,本发明的胫骨平台假体设置容纳胫骨平台垫锥形连接柱的容纳腔,并通过将底部的锁定螺栓置于T形限位孔内实现对胫骨平台垫的径向限位,有效防止胫骨平台垫的跳起和脱落,解决旋转型胫骨平台垫的脱位或半脱位问题。

技术领域
本发明涉及医疗设备领域,尤其涉及径向限制可旋转平台关节面膝关节假体。
背景技术
目前,膝关节胫骨平台衬垫背侧面在临床中存在多样性的磨损方式及程度,所以,受关注程度越来越高。由于其高达4%的翻修率,所以,为解决这一问题,临床提出了旋转平台关节面的理论。
旋转平台关节面的主要优点有以下几个方面:
1.提供股胫关节面的高匹配性,减少关节表面的磨损,但没有因此使膝关节活动度受限。由于关节面底部能自由活动,且膝关节承受的作用力为平面对平面,聚乙烯胫骨平台衬垫承受应力最小,所以能很好的解决衬垫背侧磨损的问题。
2.能够代偿手术操作或术后正常活动所导致的股-胫关节之间的旋转不良。这种旋转不良可以产生扭力,在固定平台衬垫,这种扭力通过高匹配的聚乙烯衬垫传递至背侧,造成内侧磨损,而旋转平台关节面可将其代偿,自我调整对线来纠正胫骨底板的轻度旋转、偏移。
3.在膝关节高屈曲时,仍维持股胫关节的高接触面积。
以上优点对于解决人工膝关节置换手术中现阶段临床使用中存在的问题及术后磨损问题是有利的。但由于其可旋转特性同时可能造成的不利,也有临床报道,主要为:术后发生平台衬垫的脱位或半脱位。
发明内容
本发明所要解决的技术问题是克服现有技术中存在的不足,提供一种防止旋转型平台关节面术后发生平台衬垫的脱位或半脱位的径向限制可旋转平台关节面膝关节假体。
本发明是通过以下技术方案予以实现:
径向限制可旋转平台关节面膝关节假体,包括胫骨平台假体及设于胫骨平台假体上的胫骨平台垫,所述胫骨平台垫包括设于上部的胫骨平台垫本体及固定于胫骨平台垫本体下侧的锥形连接柱,所述锥形连接柱底部设有T形锁定孔,所述T形锁定孔包括设于底部且末端开放的径向导向孔及设于径向导向孔顶端且在其中部与径向导向孔顶端贯通的横向限位孔;
所述胫骨平台假体包括胫骨平台本体及设于胫骨平台本体下侧的胫骨平台立柱,所述胫骨平台立柱中空,其中空腔与锥形连接柱形状相配合,所述中空腔下侧设有贯穿中空腔的锁定螺栓,胫骨平台本体对应胫骨平台立柱的中空腔口部设有让位孔。
所述胫骨平台立柱两侧设有三角翼板。
所述胫骨平台垫上表面两侧设有与股骨髁形状相适应的股骨髁贴合面,胫骨平台垫上表面前端设有与髌骨形状相适应的髌骨贴合面。
本发明的有益效果是:
本发明的胫骨平台假体设置容纳胫骨平台垫锥形连接柱的容纳腔,并通过将底部的锁定螺栓置于T形限位孔内实现对胫骨平台垫的径向限位,有效防止胫骨平台垫的跳起和脱落,解决旋转型胫骨平台垫的脱位或半脱位问题。

具体实施方式
为了使本技术领域的技术人员更好地理解本发明的技术方案,下面结合附图和最佳实施例对本发明作进一步的详细说明。
如图所示,本发明包括胫骨平台假体1及设于胫骨平台假体上的胫骨平台垫2,其特征在于,所述胫骨平台垫包括设于上部的胫骨平台垫本体3及固定于胫骨平台垫本体下侧的锥形连接柱4,所述锥形连接柱底部设有T形锁定孔5,所述T形锁定孔包括设于底部且末端开放的径向导向孔及设于径向导向孔顶端且在其中部与径向导向孔顶端贯通的横向限位孔;
所述胫骨平台假体包括胫骨平台本体6及设于胫骨平台本体下侧的胫骨平台立柱7,所述胫骨平台立柱中空,其中空腔与锥形连接柱形状相配合,所述中空腔下侧设有贯穿中空腔的锁定螺栓8,胫骨平台本体对应胫骨平台立柱的中空腔口部设有让位孔9。
安装时,胫骨平台垫的锥形连接柱插入胫骨平台立柱的中空腔,插入过程中,锥形连接柱向下运动过程中,锁定螺栓进入径向导向孔内并沿径向导向孔深入至横向限位孔;
使用过程中,锁定螺栓通过T形限位孔限位,T形限位孔的横向限位孔尤其限制胫骨平台垫的径向移动,防止胫骨平台垫的跳起和脱落,有效解决平台衬垫的脱位或半脱位问题。胫骨平台垫与锁定螺栓的相对移动发生在横向限位孔内,便于限制膝关节旋转的角度在±30°之间。
优选的,所述胫骨平台立柱两侧设有三角翼板10。
优选的,所述胫骨平台垫上表面两侧设有与股骨髁形状相适应的股骨髁贴合面,胫骨平台垫上表面前端设有与髌骨形状相适应的髌骨贴合面
本发明的胫骨平台假体设置容纳胫骨平台垫锥形连接柱的容纳腔,并通过将底部的锁定螺栓置于T形限位孔内实现对胫骨平台垫的径向限位,有效防止胫骨平台垫的跳起和脱落,解决旋转型胫骨平台垫的脱位或半脱位问题。
以上所述仅是本发明的优选实施方式,应当指出,对于本技术领域的普通技术人员来说,在不脱离本发明原理的前提下,还可以做出若干改进和润饰,这些改进和润饰也应视为本发明的保护范围。

1.径向限制可旋转平台关节面膝关节假体,包括胫骨平台假体及设于胫骨平台假体上的胫骨平台垫,其特征在于,所述胫骨平台垫包括设于上部的胫骨平台垫本体及固定于胫骨平台垫本体下侧的锥形连接柱,所述锥形连接柱底部设有T形锁定孔,所述T形锁定孔包括设于底部且末端开放的径向导向孔及设于径向导向孔顶端且在其中部与径向导向孔顶端贯通的横向限位孔;
所述胫骨平台假体包括胫骨平台本体及设于胫骨平台本体下侧的胫骨平台立柱,所述胫骨平台立柱中空,其中空腔与锥形连接柱形状相配合,所述中空腔下侧设有贯穿中空腔的锁定螺栓,胫骨平台本体对应胫骨平台立柱的中空腔口部设有让位孔。
2.根据权利要求1所述的径向限制可旋转平台关节面膝关节假体,其特征在于,所述胫骨平台立柱两侧设有三角翼板。
3.根据权利要求1所述的径向限制可旋转平台关节面膝关节假体,其特征在于,所述胫骨平台垫上表面两侧设有与股骨髁形状相适应的股骨髁贴合面,胫骨平台垫上表面前端设有与髌骨形状相适应的髌骨贴合面。
