Abstract
本发明提供一种具有高紫外线屏蔽作用的新颖紫外线屏蔽剂及化妆料。本发明者等人发现,从橄榄的枝所萃取的萃取物具有吸收紫外线、特别是UV‑A及UV‑B的高效果,而具有高紫外线吸收作用,从而完成了本发明。本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂包含橄榄的枝的萃取物,橄榄的枝也可为橄榄的树皮。本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂也可为化妆料的形态。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种紫外线屏蔽剂及化妆料。
背景技术
紫外线是波长为10~400nm的不可见光线的电磁波,会引起各种化学作用。特别是波长约380~200mn的近紫外线就对人体健康及环境的影响的观点而言被分为UV(Ultraviolet,紫外线)-A(320~400nm)、UV-B(290~320nm)及UV-C(200~290nm)。太阳光中所包含的UV-A及UV-B通过臭氧层而到达地表。已知UV-A到达皮肤的真皮层而使蛋白质改性,使皮肤失去弹性而促进老化。已知UV-B作用于皮肤的表皮层,使色素细胞产生黑色素而导致晒黑。另外,紫外线也是导致皮肤癌等疾病的原因。
为了抑制这些由紫外线产生的影响,业界公开了具有紫外线屏蔽作用的各种物质。例如专利文献1中记载了粘接有茶多酚的纤维或纤维结构体,该茶多酚能够吸收抑制太阳光所包含的不可见波长区域的紫外线。
可是,橄榄是以地中海沿岸为原产地的木犀科植物,而且是自古以来为了食用及榨油用而栽培的植物。12月前后的成熟橄榄果实包含15~30%左右的油分,从该时期的橄榄果实中榨取橄榄油。已知这样而获得的橄榄果实及橄榄油具有减轻动脉硬化、胃溃疡、便秘、强化骨骼、抗老化及美肤作用等各种优异效果。
另外,已知橄榄叶以远高于橄榄果实的含有率含有维生素A,另外,富含作为抗氧化剂的维生素E以及具有抗炎症作用、除臭及抗菌作用的叶绿素等。
而且,橄榄果实及叶子含有多酚,其增进健康作用等也受到关注。特别是作为橄榄叶所包含的多酚的一种的橄榄苦苷具有非常高的抗氧化能力,确认到各种疾病的预防及改善的效果。
并且,作为萃取橄榄叶萃取物的方法,例如专利文献2中公开了如下方法,即,在将橄榄叶干燥、粉碎后,将水、含有柠檬酸的水、或者含有肽的水作为萃取介质进行萃取,由此制造包含橄榄苦苷的橄榄叶萃取物。

[发明要解决的问题]
本发明的目的在于提供一种具有高紫外线屏蔽作用的新颖紫外线屏蔽剂及化妆料。
[解决问题的技术手段]
本发明者等人发现,从橄榄的枝中萃取的萃取物具有吸收紫外线、特别是UV-A及UV-B的高效果,且具有高紫外线吸收作用。本发明者等人基于该见解而完成了本发明。
本发明提供一种紫外线屏蔽剂,其包含橄榄的枝的萃取物。
另外,本发明提供一种紫外线屏蔽剂,其中在所述紫外线屏蔽剂中,每100g紫外线屏蔽剂的多酚总含量为100mg以上。
另外,本发明提供一种紫外线屏蔽剂,其中在所述紫外线屏蔽剂中,橄榄的枝为橄榄的树皮。
另外,本发明提供一种所述紫外线屏蔽剂,其为化妆料的形态。
而且,本发明是一种屏蔽对于对象的紫外线照射的方法,其包括对皮肤涂布橄榄的枝的萃取物。

具体实施方式
本发明提供一种包含橄榄的枝的萃取物(以下,也称为“橄榄枝萃取物”)的紫外线屏蔽剂。
橄榄枝萃取物是从橄榄的枝中萃取的萃取物。此外,在本说明书中,“橄榄的枝”或“橄榄枝”包括橄榄的树枝、茎及树皮等。也就是说,在本说明书中,“橄榄枝萃取物”包括橄榄枝萃取物、橄榄茎萃取物及橄榄树皮萃取物等。橄榄的枝的萃取物包含橄榄苦苷及羟基酪醇等多种多酚。

每100g本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂的多酚总含量例如为100mg以上,优选200mg以上,更优选300mg以上。每100g本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂的橄榄苦苷含量为30mg以上,优选50mg以上,更优选100mg以上。
如下述实施例所示,橄榄枝萃取物具有吸收紫外线中特别是UV-A及UV-B的效果。因此,本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂能够有效地屏蔽UV-A及UV-B,因此能够防止皮肤老化、晒黑及皮肤癌等由紫外线产生的影响。本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂可用于具有紫外线屏蔽作用的药剂、药品、准药品(quasi drugs)、化妆料及食品等,例如可用于具有防晒效果的化妆料及皮肤外用剂等。
本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂可为化妆料的形态。本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂例如可为:化妆水、乳液、乳霜、美容液、洗剂、精华液、护手霜、唇膏及面膜等基础化妆料;口红、唇彩、粉饼、彩妆粉底、粉底液、彩妆粉饼、腮红、蜜粉、眼影、睫毛膏、眼线及眉笔等彩妆化妆料;洗面奶、沐浴露、洗发精及香皂等清洗用化妆料;生发液、发膏、润丝精、护发素及整发剂等毛发或头皮用化妆料;及沐浴液等。
本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂可为液状、固体状、乳液状、乳霜状、凝胶状及糊状等任意形态。
本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂可仅包含橄榄枝萃取物,也可还包含其它成分。其它成分例如包括:油性成分、表面活性剂(合成系及天然系)、保湿剂、增稠剂、防腐剂、杀菌剂、粉体成分、紫外线吸收剂、抗氧化剂、色素及香料等。另外,只要维持本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂的效果,则还可包含其它生理活性成分。
此处,作为油性成分,例如可使用:橄榄油、荷荷芭油、蓖麻油、大豆油、米糠油、米胚芽油、椰子油、棕榈油、可可油、白芒花籽油、乳木果油、茶树油、鳄梨油、澳洲胡桃油及源自植物的角鲨烷等源自植物的油脂类;貂油及海龟油等源自动物的油脂类;蜂蜡、巴西棕榈蜡、米糠蜡及羊毛脂等蜡类;液态石蜡、凡士林、石蜡及角鲨烷等烃类;肉豆蔻酸、棕榈酸、硬脂酸、油酸、异硬脂酸及顺-11-二十碳烯酸等脂肪酸类;月桂醇、鲸蜡醇及硬脂醇等高级醇类;肉豆蔻酸异丙酯、棕榈酸异丙酯、油酸丁酯、甘油2-乙基己酸酯及高级脂肪酸辛基十二烷基酯(硬脂酸辛基十二烷基酯等)等合成酯类及合成甘油三酸酯类等。
作为表面活性剂,例如可使用:聚氧乙烯烷基醚、聚氧乙烯脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯山梨糖醇酐脂肪酸酯、甘油脂肪酸酯、聚甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯甘油脂肪酸酯、聚氧乙烯氢化蓖麻油及聚氧乙烯山梨醇脂肪酸酯等非离子表面活性剂;脂肪酸盐、烷基硫酸盐、烷基苯磺酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基醚硫酸盐、聚氧乙烯脂肪族胺硫酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚硫酸盐、聚氧乙烯烷基醚磷酸盐、α-磺化脂肪酸烷基酯盐及聚氧乙烯烷基苯基醚磷酸盐等阴离子界面活性剂;四级铵盐、伯~叔脂肪族胺盐、三烷基苄基铵盐、烷基吡啶鎓盐、2-烷基-1-烷基-1-羟基乙基咪唑啉鎓盐、N,N-二烷基吗啉鎓盐及聚乙烯聚胺脂肪酰胺盐等阳离子界面活性剂;N,N-二甲基-N-烷基-N-羧甲基铵基甜菜碱、N,N,N-三烷基-N-烷撑铵基羧基甜菜碱及N-酰基酰胺丙基-N',N'-二甲基-N'-β-羟基丙基铵基磺基甜菜碱等两性界面活性剂等。
另外,作为乳化剂或乳化助剂,也可调配酶处理甜菊等甜菊衍生物、卵磷脂及其衍生物、乳酸菌发酵米、乳酸菌发酵发芽米、乳酸菌发酵谷类(麦类、豆类、杂粮等)以及洋枣(Rhamnaceae zizyphus joazeiro)萃取物等。
作为保湿剂,例如可使用甘油、丙二醇、二丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇、聚乙二醇、山梨糖醇、木糖醇及吡咯烷酮羧酸钠等,还可使用海藻糖等糖类、乳酸菌发酵米、糖胺聚糖类(例如透明质酸及其衍生物、软骨素及其衍生物以及肝素及其衍生物等)、弹力蛋白及其衍生物、胶原蛋白及其衍生物、NMF(Natural Moisturing Factors,天然保湿因子)相关物质、乳酸、脲、高级脂肪酸辛基十二烷基酯、海藻萃取物、白芨萃取物、源自鱼贝类的胶原蛋白及其衍生物以及各种氨基酸及这些的衍生物等。
作为增稠剂,例如可使用:海藻酸、琼脂、卡拉胶及褐藻糖胶等源自褐藻、绿藻或者红藻的成分;白芨萃取物、果胶、刺槐豆胶及芦荟多糖体等多糖类;黄原胶、黄芪胶及瓜尔胶等橡胶类;羧甲基纤维素及羟乙基纤维素等纤维素衍生物;聚乙烯醇、聚乙烯基吡咯烷酮、羧基乙烯基聚合物及丙烯酸-甲基丙烯酸共聚物等合成高分子类;透明质酸及其衍生物以及聚谷氨酸及其衍生物等。
作为防腐-杀菌剂,例如可使用:脲;对羟基苯甲酸甲酯、对羟基苯甲酸乙酯、对羟基苯甲酸丙酯及对羟基苯甲酸丁酯等对羟基苯甲酸酯类;苯氧基乙醇、二氯酚、六氯酚、盐酸双氯苯双胍己啶、氯化苄烷铵、水杨酸、乙醇、十一碳烯酸、酚类、Germall(咪唑烷基脲(imidazolidinyl urea))、1,2-戊二醇、各种精油类及树皮干馏物等。
作为粉体成分,例如可使用:绢云母、氧化钛、滑石粉、高岭土、膨润土、氧化锌、碳酸镁、氧化镁、氧化锆、硫酸钡、无水硅酸、云母、尼龙粉末、聚乙烯粉末、蚕丝粉末、纤维素系粉末、谷类(米、小麦、玉米及黍等)粉末及豆类(大豆及小豆等)粉末等。
作为紫外线吸收剂,例如可使用:对氨基苯甲酸乙酯、对二甲基氨基苯甲酸乙基己酯、水杨酸戊酯及其衍生物、对甲氧基肉桂酸2-乙基己酯、肉桂酸辛酯、氧苯酮、2,4-二羟基二苯甲酮、2-羟基-4-甲氧基二苯甲酮-5-磺酸盐、4-叔丁基-4-甲氧基苯甲酰基甲烷、2-(2-羟基-5-甲基苯基)苯并三唑、尿刊酸、尿刊酸乙酯及芦荟萃取物等。
作为抗氧化剂,例如可使用:丁基羟基甲氧苯、丁基羟基甲苯、没食子酸丙酯、维生素E及其衍生物、白芨萃取物以及水稻萃取物等。
作为生理活性成分,例如作为美白成分,可使用:t环氨基酸衍生物、曲酸及其衍生物、抗坏血酸及其衍生物、对苯二酚衍生物、鞣花酸及其衍生物、间苯二酚衍生物、桑白皮萃取物、虎耳草萃取物、米糠萃取物、米糠萃取物水解物、乳酸菌发酵米、乳酸菌发酵发芽米、乳酸菌发酵谷类(麦类、豆类、杂粮类)、白芥子水解萃取物、紫珠萃取物、七叶兰(Pandanusamaryllifolius Roxb.)萃取物、Arcangelicia flava Merrilli萃取物、洋甘菊萃取物(商品名:Chamomilla ET)、海带等海藻的萃取物;大叶藻等海草的萃取物;亚麻油酸及其衍生物或者加工物(例如脂质体化亚麻油酸等)以及2,5-二羟基苯甲酸衍生物等。另外,作为防止皮肤老化-美肤化成分,可使用:源自动物或鱼的胶原蛋白及其衍生物、弹力蛋白及其衍生物、烟碱酸及其衍生物、甘草酸及其衍生物(二钾盐等)、t环氨基酸衍生物、维生素A及其衍生物、维生素E及其衍生物、尿囊素、α-羟酸类、二氯乙酸二异丙基胺、γ-氨基-β-羟基丁酸、龙胆萃取物、甘草萃取物、薏苡萃取物、洋甘菊萃取物、葛根萃取物、紫苏萃取物、人参萃取物及芦荟萃取物等天然药萃取物、米萃取物水解物、米糠萃取物水解物、米发酵萃取物、绿藻萃取物、褐藻萃取物、狭叶海带萃取物、孔石莼萃取物、大叶藻等海草的萃取物、桑白皮萃取物以及洋枣(Rhamnaceae zizyphus joazeiro)萃取物等。
作为所述曲酸衍生物,例如可使用:曲酸单丁酸酯、曲酸单癸酸酯、曲酸单棕榈酸酯及曲酸二丁酸酯等曲酸酯类;曲酸醚类及曲酸葡糖苷等曲酸糖衍生物等。作为抗坏血酸衍生物,例如可使用:L-抗坏血酸-2-磷酸酯钠、L-抗坏血酸-2-磷酸酯镁、L-抗坏血酸-2-硫酸酯钠及L-抗坏血酸-2-硫酸酯镁等抗坏血酸酯盐类;L-抗坏血酸-2-葡糖苷(2-O-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖基-L-抗坏血酸)及L-抗坏血酸-5-葡糖苷(5-O-α-D-吡喃葡萄糖-L-抗坏血酸)等抗坏血酸糖衍生物;该等抗坏血酸糖衍生物的6位酰基化物(酰基为己酰基、辛酰基、癸酰基等)、L-抗坏血酸四异棕榈酸酯及L-抗坏血酸四月桂酸酯等L-抗坏血酸四脂肪酸酯类;3-O-乙基抗坏血酸以及L-抗坏血酸-2-磷酸-6-O-棕榈酸钠等。作为对苯二酚衍生物,例如可使用熊果苷(对苯二酚-β-D-葡萄糖苷)及α-熊果苷(对苯二酚-α-D-葡萄糖苷)等。作为间苯二酚衍生物,例如可使用4-正丁基间苯二酚及4-异戊基间苯二酚等。作为2,5-二羟基苯甲酸衍生物,例如可使用2,5-二乙酰氧基苯甲酸、2-乙酰氧基-5-羟基苯甲酸及2-羟基-5-丙酰氧基苯甲酸等。作为烟碱酸衍生物,例如可使用烟碱酰胺及烟碱酸苄酯等。作为维生素E衍生物,例如可使用维生素E烟碱酸酯及维生素E亚麻油酸酯等。作为α-羟酸,例如可使用乳酸、苹果酸、琥珀酸、柠檬酸及α-羟基辛酸等。
(橄榄枝萃取物的萃取方法)
橄榄枝萃取物可为通过任意方法从橄榄的枝中萃取的萃取物。橄榄枝萃取物例如也可为使用萃取溶剂从橄榄的枝中萃取的萃取物。萃取溶剂例如可为水及/或醇。
以下,对萃取本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂所使用的橄榄枝萃取物的方法的一实施方式进行说明。
橄榄的枝的萃取物例如可通过包括如下步骤的制造方法而制造:第1步骤,将已干燥的橄榄枝粉碎;及第2步骤,使用萃取溶剂从已粉碎的橄榄枝中萃取橄榄枝萃取物。
第1步骤是将已干燥的橄榄枝粉碎的步骤。在本说明书中,所谓“粉碎”是指通过物理击碎而减小对象物的尺寸、例如物理击碎成微小粒子、小片或粉末等。使橄榄枝干燥及粉碎的方法并无特别限定,可使用任意方法。
橄榄枝的采集时期并无特别限定,例如像日本这样的位于北半球的地区,优选橄榄果实含有大量油分的12月份前后,另外,优选橄榄果实完全成熟并结束收获后。
第2步骤是使用萃取溶剂从已粉碎的橄榄枝中萃取橄榄枝萃取物的步骤。萃取溶剂包含水及/或醇。醇例如包括甲醇、乙醇、异丙醇、丁醇、甘油、乙二醇、丙二醇、1,3-丁二醇及聚乙二醇等。萃取溶剂可为水,也可为100%的醇,或者也可为经水稀释后的醇。萃取溶剂也可包含10~50%的醇。萃取溶剂可仅包含1种醇,也可包含2种以上的醇。另外,萃取溶剂也可包含水及醇以外的成分,例如可为日本酒及烧酒等酒精饮料。萃取溶剂例如也可为水、乙醇或者1,3-丁二醇或这些的组合。
在第2步骤中,萃取温度可为70℃以上。通过在70℃以上的温度下进行萃取,如下述实施例所示,能够获得多酚含量及紫外线吸收能力高的橄榄枝萃取物。萃取温度也可优选80℃以上,更优选90℃以上。另外,萃取温度的上限并无特别限定,例如可为100℃以下。
橄榄枝相对于萃取溶剂的添加枝量并无特别限定,例如可为20重量%以上,优选30重量%以上。另外,添加枝量的上限并无特别限定,例如可为50重量%以下。只要为这种添加枝量,则如下述实施例所示,能够获得多酚含量及紫外线吸收能力高的橄榄枝萃取物。
本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂中的橄榄的枝的萃取物是通过所述制造方法而制造,由此含有高于以往的紫外线吸收能力。因此,本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂可利用于利用该紫外线吸收能力的各种药剂、医药、食品及化妆料等。
另外,本发明提供一种屏蔽对于对象的紫外线照射的方法,该方法包括对于对象皮肤投予所述紫外线屏蔽剂。另外,本发明提供一种抑制由紫外线引起的对于对象的不良影响的方法,该方法包括对于对象皮肤涂布所述紫外线屏蔽剂。所谓由紫外线引起的对于对象的不良影响是指晒黑、褐斑、皮肤的炎症及皮肤光老化等由紫外线、特别是UV-A及UV-B引起的任意症状。
应用本发明的方法的对象包括人、小鼠、大鼠、兔子、猫、狗、牛、马及猴等哺乳动物。
在本发明的方法中,紫外线屏蔽剂可为所述任意的紫外线屏蔽剂。另外,在本发明的方法中,紫外线屏蔽剂还可与任意成分一起提供。在本发明的方法中,任意成分例如包括所述紫外线屏蔽剂的药学上所允许的基剂、载剂、赋形剂、结合剂、崩解剂、润滑剂及着色剂等。
在本发明的方法中,紫外线屏蔽剂也可通过涂布剂及贴附剂等的经皮投予而涂布至对象。另外,在本发明的方法中,紫外线屏蔽剂可以每个成年人每一天的摄取量成为0.1~2000mg的方式投予。另外,在本发明的方法中,紫外线屏蔽剂并无特别限定,可一周涂布1~7天。例如,在本发明的方法中,紫外线屏蔽剂可每天涂布或每周涂布5或者6次。例如,在外出时可能受到紫外线照射的情况下,可将经皮投予剂型的紫外线屏蔽剂适当地涂布至对象的皮肤。
[实施例]
(测定方法)
在测定多酚总含量时,使用福林-西奥卡特(Folin-Ciocalteu)法。该方法是利用福林试剂(酚试剂)被酚性羟基还原并显色这一现象的方法。另外,在测定橄榄苦苷含量时,使用HPLC(High-performance Liquid Chromatograph,高效液相色谱)分析。该方法是所谓高效液相色谱法,是在包含固定相与流动相的系统中分离出特定物质的方法。
在测定抗氧化能力时,研究了ORAC(Oxygen Radical Absorbance Capacity,活性氧吸收能力)(参考文献:Wu,X.et al.,J.Agric.Food Chem.,m 2004,52,4026-4037;将1μmol的Trolox(6-hydroxy-2,5,7,8-tetramethylchroman-2-carboxylic acid,6-羟基-2,5,7,8-四甲基色烷-2-羧酸)所表示的活性设为单位)。
在测定紫外线吸收能力时,使用分光光度计测定吸收光谱。测定各紫外线区域(UV-A波:320-400nm,UV-B波:290-320nm)的吸收光谱的面积,设为紫外线吸收能力。
[橄榄枝萃取物]
(萃取溶剂)
使用水、10%1,3-丁二醇(BG)、30%BG、50%BG、80%BG、10%乙醇(EtOH)、30%EtOH、50%EtOH及100%EtOH作为萃取溶剂,从经干燥并粉碎后的橄榄枝中萃取橄榄枝萃取物。橄榄枝的品种是使用米申(Mission)。相对于萃取溶剂添加10重量%的橄榄枝,并在萃取温度50~60℃下萃取3小时。测定所获得的橄榄枝萃取物的多酚总含量(mg/100g)、橄榄苦苷含量(mg/100g)及紫外线吸收能力,并示于表1及图1。
结果得知,在使用水、1,3-丁二醇及乙醇的任一种作为萃取溶剂的情况下,均能够萃取多酚总含量、橄榄苦苷含量及紫外线吸收能力高的橄榄枝萃取物。另外,在使用1,3-丁二醇或乙醇作为萃取溶剂的情况下,使用10%~50%的1,3-丁二醇或乙醇时多酚总含量、橄榄苦苷含量及紫外线吸收能力更高。

结果得知,米申(Mission)、卢卡(Lucca)、内瓦迪友·布兰科(Nevadillo Blanco)及曼萨尼约(Manzanillo)的任一品种均能够萃取多酚总含量高的橄榄枝萃取物。
(萃取温度)
使用30%1,3-丁二醇作为萃取溶剂,从经干燥并粉碎后的橄榄枝中萃取橄榄枝萃取物。橄榄枝的品种是使用米申(Mission)。相对于萃取溶剂添加10重量%的橄榄枝,并在30℃~100℃的范围内阶段性地改变萃取温度并萃取3小时。测定所获得的橄榄枝萃取物的多酚总含量(mg/100g)、单位热量(cal)的多酚总量(mg/热量cal)、橄榄苦苷含量(mg/100g)及紫外线吸收能力,并示于表2及图3。
结果得知,当萃取温度为70℃以上时,能够萃取多酚总含量、橄榄苦苷含量及紫外线吸收能力高的橄榄枝萃取物。另外得知,当萃取温度为80℃以上、优选90℃以上时,能够萃取多酚总含量及紫外线吸收能力更高的橄榄枝萃取物。

使用30%1,3-丁二醇作为萃取溶剂,从经干燥并粉碎后的橄榄枝中萃取橄榄枝萃取物。橄榄枝的品种是使用米申(Mission)。相对于萃取溶剂添加10重量%的橄榄枝,并在萃取温度50~60℃下进行萃取。萃取时间设为0.5小时、1小时、2小时、3小时及5小时。测定所获得的橄榄枝萃取物的多酚总含量(mg/100g)、单位萃取时间的多酚总量(mg/小时)、橄榄苦苷含量(mg/100g)及紫外线吸收能力,并示于表3及图4。
结果得知,萃取时间越长,多酚总含量及紫外线吸收能力越高,但单位萃取时间的多酚总量减少。

使用30%1,3-丁二醇作为萃取溶剂,从经干燥并粉碎后的橄榄枝中萃取橄榄枝萃取物。橄榄枝的品种是使用米申(Mission)。相对于萃取溶剂添加5、10、20、30、40或44重量%的橄榄枝,并在萃取温度50~60℃下萃取3小时。测定所获得的橄榄枝萃取物的多酚总含量(mg/100g)、单位添加枝量(g)的多酚总量(mg/添加枝g)、橄榄苦苷含量(mg/100g)及紫外线吸收能力,并示于表4及图5。
结果得知,当添加枝量为30重量%以上时,能够萃取多酚总含量、橄榄苦苷含量及紫外线吸收能力高的橄榄枝萃取物。

(萃取条件的比较)
使用30%1,3-丁二醇作为萃取溶剂,在2种萃取条件下从经干燥并粉碎后的橄榄枝中萃取橄榄枝萃取物。橄榄枝的品种是使用米申(Mission)。在萃取条件1(比较例)下,相对于萃取溶剂添加10重量%的橄榄枝,并在50~60℃下萃取3小时。在萃取条件2(实施例)下,相对于萃取溶剂添加30重量%的橄榄枝,并在80~90℃下萃取2小时。测定所获得的橄榄枝萃取物的多酚总含量(mg/100g)、橄榄苦苷含量(mg/100g)、紫外线吸收能力及抗氧化能力,并示于表5。
结果显示,与萃取条件1相比,在萃取条件2下能够获得多酚总含量、橄榄苦苷含量、紫外线吸收能力及抗氧化能力显著高的橄榄枝萃取物。

(萃取溶剂)
使用水、30%1,3-丁二醇(BG)及50%乙醇(EtOH)作为萃取溶剂,从经干燥并粉碎后的橄榄树皮中萃取橄榄树皮萃取物。橄榄树皮的品种是使用米申(Mission)。相对于萃取溶剂添加10重量%的橄榄树皮,并在萃取温度50~60℃下萃取5小时。测定所获得的橄榄树皮萃取物的多酚总含量(mg/100g),并示于表6。
结果得知,在使用水、1,3-丁二醇及乙醇的任一种作为萃取溶剂的情况下,均能够萃取多酚总含量高的橄榄树皮萃取物。

使用30%1,3-丁二醇(BG)作为萃取溶剂,从经干燥并粉碎后的橄榄树皮中萃取橄榄树皮中萃取物。橄榄树皮的品种是使用米申(Mission)。相对于萃取溶剂添加5、10、20或30重量%的橄榄树皮,并在萃取温度50~60℃下萃取5小时。测定所获得的橄榄树皮萃取物的多酚总含量(mg/100g)、单位添加树皮量(g)的多酚总量(mg/添加树皮g)及紫外线吸收能力,并示于表7。
结果得知,当添加树皮量为20重量%以上时,能够萃取多酚总含量及紫外线吸收能力高的橄榄树皮萃取物。

结果得知,当萃取温度为70℃以上时,能够萃取多酚总含量及紫外线吸收能力高的橄榄树皮萃取物。

在根据以上结果而导出的最佳条件下,使用各种萃取溶剂从橄榄树皮中萃取橄榄树皮萃取物。萃取溶剂是使用水、30%1,3-丁二醇及50%乙醇。萃取温度设为70~80℃,萃取时间设为5小时,树皮的添加量相对于萃取溶剂设为20重量%。测定所获得的橄榄树皮萃取物的多酚总含量(mg/100g)及紫外线吸收能力,并示于表10。
其结果为,当使用30%1,3-丁二醇作为萃取溶剂时,多酚总含量及紫外线吸收能力最高。

使用30%1,3-丁二醇作为萃取溶剂,在2种萃取条件下从经干燥并粉碎后的橄榄树皮中萃取橄榄树皮萃取物。橄榄树皮的品种是使用米申(Mission)。在萃取条件3(比较例)下,相对于萃取溶剂添加10重量%的橄榄树皮,并在50~60℃下萃取5小时。在萃取条件4(实施例)下,相对于萃取溶剂添加20重量%的橄榄树皮,并在70~80℃下萃取5小时。测定所获得的橄榄树皮萃取物的抗氧化能力,并示于表11。
结果显示,与萃取条件3相比,在萃取条件4下能够获得抗氧化能力显著高的橄榄树皮萃取物。

[工业上的可利用性]
本发明的紫外线屏蔽剂可适宜地利用于具有紫外线屏蔽作用的药剂、医药、化妆料及食品等。
Claims (6)
1.一种紫外线屏蔽剂,其包含橄榄的枝的萃取物。
2.根据权利要求1所述的紫外线屏蔽剂,其中每100g紫外线屏蔽剂的多酚总含量为100mg以上。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的紫外线屏蔽剂,其中所述橄榄的枝为橄榄的树皮。
4.根据权利要求1至3中任一项所述的紫外线屏蔽剂,其为化妆料的形态。
5.一种屏蔽对于对象的紫外线照射的方法,其包括投予橄榄的枝的萃取物。
6.一种屏蔽对于对象的紫外线照射的方法,其包括对皮肤投予橄榄的枝的萃取物。
