Abstract
The invention relates to a vehicle frame cross beam assembly formed by V-shaped thrust rod brackets, which comprises 2 cross beams symmetrically arranged along the left and right of the center plane of a vehicle and a pair of V-shaped thrust rod brackets connected with the cross beams; the upper part of each cross beam is connected with the lower wing surface of the upper reinforcing plate of the frame, the lower part of each cross beam is connected with the upper wing surface of the lower reinforcing plate of the frame, the upper side edge and the lower side edge of each cross beam are bent, the bending surface of the upper side edge is connected with the side surface of the upper reinforcing plate of the frame, and the bending surface of the lower side edge is connected with the side surface of the lower reinforcing plate of the frame; each V-shaped thrust rod support is composed of a connecting plate and a supporting seat, the connecting plate is fixedly connected with the cross beam at the corresponding side, and the supporting seat is connected with the V-shaped thrust rod at the corresponding side. The V-shaped thrust rod bracket is only connected with the frame cross beam, so that the structure is simple, and the assembly difficulty is low; the connection mode of the support provides a design space for the connection of the cross beam and the longitudinal beam, the connection of the bending side edges can effectively strengthen the rigidity of the position, and the stress of the large support of the balanced suspension is improved.

Technical Field

Background
The V-shaped thrust rod is mainly applied to a single-axle or double-rear-axle heavy-duty car of a non-independent suspension of a truck or a passenger car, is connected with a frame and an axle and is used for transmitting traction, braking force and corresponding reaction moment thereof, and simultaneously preventing the axle from shifting, so that when the car turns, the leaf spring and tires are interfered due to larger left-right displacement of the axle.
At present, the connection mode of fig. 1 and 2 is widely adopted for the V-shaped thrust rod bracket and the frame. As shown in fig. 1, the V-shaped thrust rod bracket 4 is connected with the cross beam 5 and the longitudinal beam 1 at the same time, and the connection mode has high requirements on the assembly accuracy of the frame system, and increases the manufacturing and installation cost. One approach to reducing the difficulty of installation is to increase the bolt hole and bolt size, such as with oblong holes, but this approach reduces the reliability of use and increases the cost. The other method is to weld the bracket 4 with the longitudinal beam 1 and bolt the bracket 4 with the transverse beam 5, but the method has high requirements on the welding process, otherwise, the reliability can not meet the use requirements, and the working procedure and the process cost are increased. As shown in fig. 2, the V-shaped thrust rod bracket 4 is only connected with the longitudinal beam 1, and the middle and rear axles can share one bracket, but the method requires that the cross beam 5 is provided with a large through hole at the connection part with the longitudinal beam 1, the structure can reduce the rigidity of the frame at the position, the frame deforms more when bearing load, the stress condition of the large bracket of the balanced suspension at the position is worse, and the reliability of the suspension system is reduced.
In summary, the existing connection between the V-shaped thrust rod support and the vehicle frame has the defects of high process requirement, high manufacturing cost and poor use reliability, so that the development of a novel connection mode between the V-shaped thrust rod support and the vehicle frame is urgently needed to overcome the defects of the connection mode in the prior art.

The novel connecting mode is adopted, the novel connecting mode of the V-shaped thrust rod and the frame cross beam is convenient to assemble, space is provided for the cross beam design, the rigidity of the frame structure can be obviously increased through the design of the cross beam structure, and the reliability of the system is improved.
