本发明公开了一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬及其制备方法,包括基布和热熔胶层,所述基布为双层级结构,上层为皮芯复合纤维网层,下层为抗菌吸湿纤维网层,所述皮芯复合纤维网层由皮芯双组分纤维丝组成,所述的皮芯双组分纤维丝由聚乳酸纤维皮层和聚丙烯纤维芯层复合而成,所述抗菌吸湿层由壳聚糖纤维短丝和甲壳素纤维长丝按照一定的重量比例组成,所述皮芯复合纤维网层的一面与抗菌吸湿纤维网层连接,另一面涂覆有热熔胶层,所述基布上还固着有竹活性炭粉。本发明采用具有生物降解性的PLA/PP复合纤维、壳聚糖纤维和甲壳素纤维为制造纤维,有良好的环保性、稳定性、弹性、抗菌活性、吸湿性等优点,还具有净化空气、消除异味、吸湿防霉效果。

【技术领域】
本发明涉及粘合衬的技术领域,特别涉及一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬及其制备方法。
【背景技术】
现代服装讲求在穿着风格上体现舒适、柔软、轻盈和随意有弹性。粘合衬作为“服装的骨架”,是服装不可忽缺的辅料,粘合衬是一种涂有热熔胶的衬里,是布艺制作经常用到的辅料之一。粘合衬经过加温熨压附着在布料的背面,“以粘代缝”大大简化生产工艺,且适用面广,其与面料的合理配合,不仅能充分体现服装设计师的设计思想,而且能够达到良好的服用效果。
但是随着高分子材料的快速发展,在肯定其优点的同时也发现了它的不足,即大部分人工合成的高分子材料在自然界中难以降解,不可降解的高分子材料造成了对环境的白色污染。而一些化学纤维的废弃物难以降解,已成为新的污染源。目前主要采用再生法、燃烧法和降解法来解决这个问题。且目前的布料的功能性较为单一,抗菌、保健性效果低,为了使粘合衬具有抗菌、保健性效果,同时还能降解,具有环保性,有必要提出一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬及其制备方法。
【发明内容】
本发明的目的在于克服上述现有技术的不足,提供一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬及其制备方法,其旨在解决现有技术中布料的功能性较为单一,抗菌、保健性效果低,难以降解,环保性较差的技术问题。
为实现上述目的,本发明提出了一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬,包括基布和热熔胶层,所述的基布为双层级结构,上层为皮芯复合纤维网层,下层为抗菌吸湿纤维网层,所述的皮芯复合纤维网层由皮芯双组分纤维丝组成,所述的皮芯双组分纤维丝由聚乳酸纤维皮层和聚丙烯纤维芯层复合而成,所述的抗菌吸湿层由壳聚糖纤维短丝和甲壳素纤维长丝按照一定的重量比例组成,所述的皮芯复合纤维网层的一面与抗菌吸湿纤维网层连接,皮芯复合纤维网层的另一面涂覆有热熔胶层,所述的基布上还固着有竹活性炭粉。
作为优选,所述的聚丙烯纤维芯层由数根聚丙烯纤维丝组成,数根聚丙烯纤维丝均通过聚乳酸纤维皮层包覆。
作为优选,所述的聚丙烯纤维丝的根数为1~3根。
作为优选,所述的壳聚糖纤维短丝与甲壳素纤维长丝的重量之比为1:1。
作为优选,所述的竹活性炭粉的粒径为180~200nm。
一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制备皮芯复合纤维网层:采用1~3组PP为芯组分,PLA作为皮组分,通过复合纺丝机纺丝制得PLA/PP复合纤维,并通过水流喷网的方法制得皮芯复合纤维网层,然后进行烘干处理;
步骤二、制备抗菌吸湿纤维网层:以壳聚糖为原料,采用醋酸为溶剂制备纺丝溶液,以NaOH水溶液为凝固浴,通过湿法纺丝得到壳聚糖纤维,以二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,无水氯化锂为分散剂,经磁力搅拌机混合均匀后,加入35%~85%(w/v)的甲壳素颗粒,经过密封搅拌,得到粘稠状的透明胶质纺丝原液,通过湿法纺丝得到甲壳素纤维,利用壳聚糖纤维和甲壳素纤维按一定的重量比例通过机械成网得到抗菌吸湿层;
步骤三、制备基布:将皮芯复合纤维网层与抗菌吸湿层通过热轧复合,使皮芯复合纤维网层与抗菌吸湿层上的纤维相互穿插,得到基布;
步骤四、固着竹活性炭粉:按一定的质量比选取蒸馏水和竹活性炭粉,并加入适量的分散剂,初步搅拌后置于超声波振荡器3~6min,充分混合至无沉淀后,加入适量粘合剂,再次置于超声波振荡器2~4min,得到竹活性炭粉喷涂液,然后采用喷涂法垂直喷涂于基布上,并阴凉处晾干;
步骤五、涂热熔胶:采用PES作为底浆,PA作为面粉,通过双点涂层法在靠近皮芯复合纤维网层的基布一面涂热熔胶层,得到含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬。
作为优选,所述的步骤二中密封搅拌时间为3~4天。
作为优选,所述的步骤四中蒸馏水和竹活性炭粉的质量比为1:(0.1~0.2)。
作为优选,所述的步骤四中的分散剂选用聚己内酯,粘合剂选用聚乙烯醇。
本发明的有益效果:与现有技术相比,本发明提供的一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬及其制备方法,采用具有生物降解性的PLA/PP复合纤维、壳聚糖纤维和甲壳素纤维为基布制造纤维,可通过生物降解法进行自然降解,不会对环境造成污染,具有较高的环保性能,同时PLA/PP复合纤维具有良好的稳定性、亲水性、染色性、弹性、热粘合性、热封性和耐气候性,壳聚糖纤维和甲壳素纤维具有抗菌活性和吸湿性,有保健功能,通过固着竹活性炭粉后,使粘合衬具有净化空气、消除异味、吸湿防霉、抑菌除虫的效果,采用PES作为底浆,PA作为面粉,通过双点法涂层使得粘合衬具有较好的手感和耐干洗水洗性能。

【具体实施方式】
为使本发明的目的、技术方案和优点更加清楚明了,下面通过附图中及实施例,对本发明进行进一步详细说明。但是应该理解,此处所描述的具体实施例仅仅用以解释本发明,并不用于限制本发明的范围。此外,在以下说明中,省略了对公知结构和技术的描述,以避免不必要地混淆本发明的概念。
参阅图1至图3,本发明实施例提供一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬,包括基布1和热熔胶层2,所述的基布1为双层级结构,上层为皮芯复合纤维网层11,下层为抗菌吸湿纤维网层12,所述的皮芯复合纤维网层11由皮芯双组分纤维丝110组成,所述的皮芯双组分纤维丝110由聚乳酸纤维皮层111和聚丙烯纤维芯层112复合而成,所述的抗菌吸湿层12由壳聚糖纤维短丝120和甲壳素纤维长丝121按照一定的重量比例组成,所述的皮芯复合纤维网层11的一面与抗菌吸湿纤维网层12连接,皮芯复合纤维网层11的另一面涂覆有热熔胶层2,所述的基布1上还固着有竹活性炭粉3。
所述的聚丙烯纤维芯层112由数根聚丙烯纤维丝组成,数根聚丙烯纤维丝均通过聚乳酸纤维皮层111包覆,所述的聚丙烯纤维丝的根数为1~3根,所述的壳聚糖纤维短丝120与甲壳素纤维长丝121的重量之比为1:1,所述的竹活性炭粉3的粒径为180~200nm。
在本发明实施例中,聚丙烯纤维丝的根数为3根。
本实施例还提供一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬的制备方法,包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制备皮芯复合纤维网层:采用1~3组PP为芯组分,PLA作为皮组分,通过复合纺丝机纺丝制得PLA/PP复合纤维,并通过水流喷网的方法制得皮芯复合纤维网层11,然后进行烘干处理。
步骤二、制备抗菌吸湿纤维网层:以壳聚糖为原料,采用醋酸为溶剂制备纺丝溶液,以NaOH水溶液为凝固浴,通过湿法纺丝得到壳聚糖纤维,以二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,无水氯化锂为分散剂,经磁力搅拌机混合均匀后,加入35%~85%(w/v)的甲壳素颗粒,经过密封搅拌,得到粘稠状的透明胶质纺丝原液,通过湿法纺丝得到甲壳素纤维,利用壳聚糖纤维和甲壳素纤维按一定的重量比例通过机械成网得到抗菌吸湿层12。
其中,密封搅拌时间为3~4天。
步骤三、制备基布:将皮芯复合纤维网层11与抗菌吸湿层12通过热轧复合,使皮芯复合纤维网层11与抗菌吸湿层12上的纤维相互穿插,得到基布1。
步骤四、固着竹活性炭粉:按一定的质量比选取蒸馏水和竹活性炭粉,并加入适量的分散剂,初步搅拌后置于超声波振荡器3~6min,充分混合至无沉淀后,加入适量粘合剂,再次置于超声波振荡器2~4min,得到竹活性炭粉喷涂液,然后采用喷涂法垂直喷涂于基布1上,并阴凉处晾干。
其中,蒸馏水和竹活性炭粉的质量比为1:(0.1~0.2),分散剂选用聚己内酯,粘合剂选用聚乙烯醇。
步骤五、涂热熔胶:采用PES作为底浆,PA作为面粉,通过双点涂层法在靠近皮芯复合纤维网层11的基布1一面涂热熔胶层2,得到含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬。
本发明提供的一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬及其制备方法,采用具有生物降解性的PLA/PP复合纤维、壳聚糖纤维和甲壳素纤维为基布制造纤维,可通过生物降解法进行自然降解,不会对环境造成污染,具有较高的环保性能,同时PLA/PP复合纤维具有良好的稳定性、亲水性、染色性、弹性、热粘合性、热封性和耐气候性,壳聚糖纤维和甲壳素纤维具有抗菌活性和吸湿性,有保健功能,通过固着竹活性炭粉后,使粘合衬具有净化空气、消除异味、吸湿防霉、抑菌除虫的效果,采用采用PES作为底浆,PA作为面粉,通过双点法涂层使得粘合衬具有较好的手感和耐干洗水洗性能。

Claims (9)
1.一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬,包括基布(1)和热熔胶层(2),其特征在于:所述的基布(1)为双层级结构,上层为皮芯复合纤维网层(11),下层为抗菌吸湿纤维网层(12),所述的皮芯复合纤维网层(11)由皮芯双组分纤维丝(110)组成,所述的皮芯双组分纤维丝(110)由聚乳酸纤维皮层(111)和聚丙烯纤维芯层(112)复合而成,所述的抗菌吸湿层(12)由壳聚糖纤维短丝(120)和甲壳素纤维长丝(121)按照一定的重量比例组成,所述的皮芯复合纤维网层(11)的一面与抗菌吸湿纤维网层(12)连接,皮芯复合纤维网层(11)的另一面涂覆有热熔胶层(2),所述的基布(1)上还固着有竹活性炭粉(3)。
2.如权利要求1所述的一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬,其特征在于:所述的聚丙烯纤维芯层(112)由数根聚丙烯纤维丝组成,数根聚丙烯纤维丝均通过聚乳酸纤维皮层(111)包覆。
3.如权利要求2所述的一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬,其特征在于:所述的聚丙烯纤维丝的根数为1~3根。
4.如权利要求1所述的一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬,其特征在于:所述的壳聚糖纤维短丝(120)与甲壳素纤维长丝(121)的重量之比为1:1。
5.如权利要求1所述的一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬,其特征在于:所述的竹活性炭粉(3)的粒径为180~200nm。
6.一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于:包括如下步骤:
步骤一、制备皮芯复合纤维网层:采用1~3组PP为芯组分,PLA作为皮组分,通过复合纺丝机纺丝制得PLA/PP复合纤维,并通过水流喷网的方法制得皮芯复合纤维网层(11),然后进行烘干处理;
步骤二、制备抗菌吸湿纤维网层:以壳聚糖为原料,采用醋酸为溶剂制备纺丝溶液,以NaOH水溶液为凝固浴,通过湿法纺丝得到壳聚糖纤维,以二甲基乙酰胺为溶剂,无水氯化锂为分散剂,经磁力搅拌机混合均匀后,加入35%~85%(w/v)的甲壳素颗粒,经过密封搅拌,得到粘稠状的透明胶质纺丝原液,通过湿法纺丝得到甲壳素纤维,利用壳聚糖纤维和甲壳素纤维按一定的重量比例通过机械成网得到抗菌吸湿层(12);
步骤三、制备基布:将皮芯复合纤维网层(11)与抗菌吸湿层(12)通过热轧复合,使皮芯复合纤维网层(11)与抗菌吸湿层(12)上的纤维相互穿插,得到基布(1);
步骤四、固着竹活性炭粉:按一定的质量比选取蒸馏水和竹活性炭粉,并加入适量的分散剂,初步搅拌后置于超声波振荡器3~6min,充分混合至无沉淀后,加入适量粘合剂,再次置于超声波振荡器2~4min,得到竹活性炭粉喷涂液,然后采用喷涂法垂直喷涂于基布(1)上,并阴凉处晾干;

7.如权利要求6所述的一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤二中密封搅拌时间为3~4天。
8.如权利要求6所述的一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤四中蒸馏水和竹活性炭粉的质量比为1:(0.1~0.2)。
9.如权利要求6所述的一种含竹活性炭粉的可降解环保无纺粘合衬的制备方法,其特征在于:所述的步骤四中的分散剂选用聚己内酯,粘合剂选用聚乙烯醇。
