Abstract
本发明提供了一种聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料及其制备方法。由以下成分以重量份制备而成:聚乳酸、聚甲醛、聚乙二醇、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯、纳米三氧化二锑、瓜尔豆胶、对苯二胺、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯、壳聚糖、聚乙烯醇、苯甲酸钠、三氯甲烷、无水乙醇、正丙醇、去离子水。包括下述步骤:(1)将所有组分混合,用磁力搅拌机在温度45‑50℃下搅拌4‑5小时;(2)自然降至室温,静置24‑26小时;(3)将所得溶液涂布于纸板上,待稍干后再涂一层,总共涂布3层;(4)置于室温下挥发干燥24‑26小时即得。本发明的聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料具有良好的阻隔性能,同时易降解,绿色环保。

本发明涉及材料领域,具体涉及一种聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料及其制备方法。
背景技术
随着经济社会的快速发展,互联网的广泛运用,使得物流行业也得到了飞速的发展,从而也带动了包装行业的高速发展。同时也随着人们生活水平的提高,对于产品包装的要求也越来越高,不仅仅从视觉上有要求,对于其功能性上的要求也是越来越严苛,除了最基本的整理、保护损坏的性能以外,更是对其阻隔性有了更高的要求。因为遇到雨天或潮湿空气,若是所用包装材料的对于水汽的阻隔性能差的话,水分渗进产品,非常容易造成产品的损坏,减短产品的寿命,造成直接的经济损失。因此,包装材料的阻隔性能对于保护产品、保持产品固有的性能具有重要的影响。
发明内容
要解决的技术问题:本发明的目的是提供一种聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料,具有良好的阻隔性能,同时易降解,绿色环保。
技术方案:一种聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:聚乳酸30-50份、聚甲醛2-5份、聚乙二醇1-3份、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯0.2-0.5份、纳米三氧化二锑0.5-1份、瓜尔豆胶0.5-1份、对苯二胺0.2-0.4份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯1-2份、壳聚糖1-3份、聚乙烯醇2-4份、苯甲酸钠0.1-0.2份、三氯甲烷30-50份、无水乙醇10-20份、正丙醇10-20份、去离子水10-30份。
进一步优选的,所述的一种聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:聚乳酸35-45份、聚甲醛3-4份、聚乙二醇1.5-2.5份、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯0.3-0.4份、纳米三氧化二锑0.6-0.9份、瓜尔豆胶0.6-0.9份、对苯二胺0.25-0.35份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯1.2-1.8份、壳聚糖1.5-2.5份、聚乙烯醇2.5-3.5份、苯甲酸钠0.12-0.18份、三氯甲烷35-45份、无水乙醇12-17份、正丙醇12-18份、去离子水15-25份。
上述聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料的制备方法包括以下步骤:
(1) 将所有组分混合,用磁力搅拌机在温度45-50℃下搅拌4-5小时;
(2) 自然降至室温,静置24-26小时;
(3) 将所得溶液涂布于纸板上,待稍干后再涂一层,总共涂布3层;
(4) 置于室温下挥发干燥24-26小时即得。
进一步优选的,步骤(1)中温度为46-49℃,搅拌时间为4.5小时。
进一步优选的,步骤(2)中静置时间为24.5-25.5小时。
进一步优选的,步骤(4)中挥发干燥时间为24.5-25.5小时。
有益效果:本发明的聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料具有良好的阻隔性能,对于水蒸气的透过量低至600.9g/m2·24h,氧气的透过量为24.3cm3/m2·24h·0.1MPa,同时本发明以聚乳酸和聚甲醛为主要原料,易降解,绿色环保。

实施例1
一种聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料,由以下成分以重量份制备而成:聚乳酸30份、聚甲醛2份、聚乙二醇1份、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯0.2份、纳米三氧化二锑0.5份、瓜尔豆胶0.5份、对苯二胺0.2份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯1份、壳聚糖1份、聚乙烯醇2份、苯甲酸钠0.1份、三氯甲烷30份、无水乙醇10份、正丙醇10份、去离子水10份。
上述聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料的制备方法为:
(1) 将所有组分混合,用磁力搅拌机在温度45℃下搅拌4小时;
(2) 自然降至室温,静置24小时;

(1) 将所有组分混合,用磁力搅拌机在温度47℃下搅拌4.5小时;
(2) 自然降至室温,静置25小时;
(3) 将所得溶液涂布于纸板上,待稍干后再涂一层,总共涂布3层;

(1) 将所有组分混合,用磁力搅拌机在温度49℃下搅拌4.5小时;
(2) 自然降至室温,静置25.5小时;

上述聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料的制备方法为:
(1) 将所有组分混合,用磁力搅拌机在温度50℃下搅拌5小时;
(2) 自然降至室温,静置26小时;

上述聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料的制备方法为:
(1) 将所有组分混合,用磁力搅拌机在温度50℃下搅拌5小时;
(2) 自然降至室温,静置26小时;
(3) 将所得溶液涂布于纸板上,待稍干后再涂一层,总共涂布3层;
(4) 置于室温下挥发干燥26小时即得。
下表1为本发明材料的实施例和对比例的部分性能指标,我们可以看到,本发明具有良好的阻隔性能,对于水蒸气的透过量低至600.9g/m2·24h,氧气的透过量为24.3cm3/m2·24h·0.1MPa,同时本发明以聚乳酸和聚甲醛为主要原料,易降解,绿色环保。

2.根据权利要求1所述的一种聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料,其特征在于:由以下成分以重量份制备而成:聚乳酸35-45份、聚甲醛3-4份、聚乙二醇1.5-2.5份、邻苯二甲酸二正辛酯0.3-0.4份、纳米三氧化二锑0.6-0.9份、瓜尔豆胶0.6-0.9份、对苯二胺0.25-0.35份、脂肪酸聚氧乙烯酯1.2-1.8份、壳聚糖1.5-2.5份、聚乙烯醇2.5-3.5份、苯甲酸钠0.12-0.18份、三氯甲烷35-45份、无水乙醇12-17份、正丙醇12-18份、去离子水15-25份。
3.权利要求1至2任一项所述的一种聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于:包括以下步骤:
(1) 将所有组分混合,用磁力搅拌机在温度45-50℃下搅拌4-5小时;
(2) 自然降至室温,静置24-26小时;
(3) 将所得溶液涂布于纸板上,待稍干后再涂一层,总共涂布3层;
(4) 置于室温下挥发干燥24-26小时即得。
4.根据权利要求3所述的一种聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(1)中温度为46-49℃,搅拌时间为4.5小时。
5.根据权利要求3所述的一种聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(2)中静置时间为24.5-25.5小时。
6.根据权利要求3所述的一种聚乳酸复合纸板膜材料的制备方法,其特征在于:所述步骤(4)中挥发干燥时间为24.5-25.5小时。
