Abstract

背景技术
混合动力车辆由两个或更多个动力源驱动并且当混合动力车辆制动减速时(例如,当制动器接合时),混合动力车辆被控制保持大体高的电动机旋转速度,以通过再生制动最大化充电量。常规地,为了保持大体高的电动机旋转速度,使用将变速档位诱导到低档的制动换档方式图。该方法用于当混合动力车辆包括发动机离合器时通过分离发动机离合器来将电动机旋转速度和发动机旋转速度分开。然而,在大体低的温度条件下或大体低的充电状态(stateofcharge:SOC)下,由于电池的输出有限,不分离发动机离合器的控制技术近来已应用于混合动力车辆控制技术。

发明内容
本发明提供根据当混合动力车辆制动踏板接合时发动机离合器可否分离来二元化制动换档方式图(brakeshiftpattern)而控制的混合动力车辆的换档控制设备和方法。
根据本发明的示例性实施例的混合动力车辆的换档控制设备,其可包括:混合动力控制器,其配置成基于电池状态信息和来自操作的输入数据检测发动机离合器可否分离;和换档控制器,其配置成基于所述发动机离合器可否分离,利用制动换档方式图执行换档。
另外,所述混合动力控制器可以配置成当电池处于低温度状态或者充电状态低于阈值水平时确定为所述发动机离合器不可分离的状态。所述混合动力控制器还可以配置成当变速器模式选择开关或强制充电模式选择开关被接通时确定为所述发动机离合器不可分离的状态。另外,所述换档控制器配置成当所述发动机离合器可以分离时利用电动机制动换档方式图执行换档。所述换档控制器可以配置成当所述发动机离合器不可分离时利用发动机制动换档方式图执行换档。
根据本发明的示例性实施例的混合动力车辆的换档控制方法,其可包括如下步骤:当在所述车辆的行驶期间检测到制动时,检测发动机离合器可否分离;以及基于所述发动机离合器可否分离,利用制动换档方式图进行换档。
检测发动机离合器可否分离的步骤可包括如下步骤:当电池处于低温度状态或者充电状态低于阈值水平时,确定所述发动机离合器不可分离。另外,检测发动机离合器可否分离的步骤可包括如下步骤:当变速器模式选择开关或强制充电模式选择开关被接通时确定所述发动机离合器不可分离。进行换档的步骤可以包括如下步骤:当所述发动机离合器可以分离时,利用电动机制动换档方式图进行换档。另外,进行换档的步骤其可以包括如下步骤:当所述发动机离合器不可分离时,由所述控制器利用发动机制动换档方式图进行换档。。
本发明可根据当混合动力车辆制动踏板接合时发动机离合器可否分离来二元化制动换档方式图(brakeshiftpattern)而控制。因此,本发明可经控制即使维持发动机离合器的接合也能防止发动机旋转速度达到产生比阈值更高的发动机穿透声音的区域,因此可减少导致驾驶者感觉到不均匀性的发动机穿透声音的产生。

图2是示出本发明的示例性实施例的混合动力车辆的制动控制设备的示例性框图。参照图2,混合动力车辆的制动控制设备可包括驾驶者操作检测器10、混合动力控制器20(混合动力控制单元:HCU:hybridcontrolunit)、发动机控制器30(发动机控制单元:ECU:enginecontrolunit)、换档控制器40(变速器控制单元:TCU:transmissioncontrolunit)、电池管理器50(电池管理系统:BMS:batterymanagementsystem)、电动机控制器60(电动机控制单元:MCU:motorcontrolunit)、电池70、发动机80、发动机离合器90、电动机100和变速器110。
驾驶者操作检测器10可配置成通过驾驶者的操作检测输入数据。输入数据可包括选择器杆(selectorlever)的位置,变速器模式(例如,经济模式、运动模式、冬季模式、手动模式(Tiptronic、Steptronic))、选择开关输入、强制充电模式开关输入等。
混合动力控制器20可配置成操作所述车辆的整体驱动,并且一体地操作经由网络连接的每个控制器。具体地,网络可以是CAN(ControllerAreaNetwork:控制器局域网络)、FlexRay、MOST(MediaOrientedSystemsTransport:媒体导向系统传输)、LIN(LocalInterconnectNetwork:本地互连网络)等。混合动力控制器20可配置成基于从驾驶者操作检测器10传输来的输入数据和从电池管理器50提供的电池状态信息检测发动机离合器可否分离。当发动机离合器90可以分离时,混合动力控制器20可配置成分离发动机离合器90的接合,并且当发动机离合器90不可分离时,可以保持发动机离合器90的接合。换句话讲,混合动力控制器20可配置成当由驾驶者,变速器模式选择开关(例如,运动模式选择开关)处于接通状态或者强制充电模式选择开关处于接通状态时,确定为不可以分离发动机离合器的状态。
此外,混合动力控制器20可配置成当电池70处于低温度状态(例如,温度低于预定温度)或者充电状态低于阈值水平(例如,20%)时确定为发动机离合器不可分离的状态。然后混合动力控制器20可配置成将发动机离合器不可分离的检测结果传输到换档控制器40。发动机控制器30可配置成基于从混合动力控制器20传输来的控制信号将燃料提供给发动机80或将其阻断。然后发动机控制器30可配置成基于混合动力控制器20的控制调整提供给发动机80的燃料比。
换档控制器40可配置成接收基于驾驶者对变速杆的操作的档位信号来控制变速器110。此外,换档控制器40可配置成基于根据发动机性能和行驶状况(例如,车辆的行驶速度)预设的换档方式图,自动地执行换档。当在车辆的行驶期间检测到制动时,换档控制器40可配置成通过混合动力控制器20检测发动机离合器可否分离。换句话讲,当检测到制动踏板开关(BPS:brakepedalswitch)的输入时,换档控制器40可配置成检测是否接合了发动机离合器。
此外,换档控制器40可配置成根据发动机离合器可否分离,利用不同的制动换档方式图,操作变速器110并换档。换句话讲,根据发动机离合器可否分离,制动换档方式图可以是不同的。具体地,制动换档方式图可以是电动机制动换档方式图或发动机制动换档方式图。可以提前预设电动机制动换档方式图和发动机制动换档方式图。当发动机离合器90是如由换档控制器40确定的可以被分离的状态时,发动机离合器90可被操作使用电动机制动换档方式图执行最大再生制动。具体地,由于在制动后重新加速离开时可以在较低的档中加速,可以提高可操作性以及燃料效率。
电池管理器50可配置成检测电池60的整体参数,诸如电压、电流、温度等,管理并调整充电状态(充电状态:SOC)和充电/放电的电流量,并且将信息传输到混合动力控制器20。电动机控制器60可配置成基于从混合动力控制器20提供的控制信号,调整电动机100的输出转矩。当继续进行换档时(例如,当换档(gearshift)时),电动机控制器60可配置成当发动机离合器90被接合时将输入到变速器110的转矩调整为0,并且当结束换档时(例如,当换档完成时),电动机控制器60可配置成调整要输入到变速器110的电动机100的输出转矩。
电池70可以是高电压电池并且可配置成将电力源提供给电动机100。另外,电池70可通过在再生制动模式下作为发电机工作的电动机100的再生能量进行充电。发动机80的输出转矩可基于发动机控制器30的控制来调整。发动机离合器90可设置在发动机80和电动机100之间,并且可中断发动机80的输出转矩。可根据电动机控制器60的操作来操作电动机100,并且可最小化地调整输出转矩。变速器110通过换档控制器40的控制下的换档,调整换档比(shiftratio)而使混合动力车辆能够被驱动。
图3是示出本发明的示例性实施例的混合动力车辆的制动控制方法的示例性流程图,图4是示出本发明的示例性实施例的电动机制动换档方式图的示例性图示,图5是示出本发明的示例性实施例的发动机制动换档方式图的示例性图示。
参照图3,换档控制器40可配置成在混合动力车辆正在运行时检测制动(S11、S12)。换句话讲,换档控制器40可配置成在车辆的行驶期间检测制动踏板开关(BPS)的输入。当检测到制动时(例如,当检测到制动器接合时),换档控制器40可配置成确定发动机离合器90可否分离(S13)。换档控制器40还可配置成利用从混合动力控制器20传输来的发动机离合器不可分离的检测结果,检测发动机离合器是否被接合。当变速器模式选择开关或强制充电模式选择开关处于接通状态时,混合动力控制器20可配置成确定为发动机离合器不可分离的状态,并且当电池70处于低温度状态或者充电状态低于阈值水平时,混合动力控制器20可配置成确定为发动机离合器不可分离的状态。
当发动机离合器90可以分离时,换档控制器40可配置成利用电动机制动换档方式图操作变速器110来换档(S14)。因此混合动力控制器20可配置成分离发动机离合器90。例如,换档控制器40可配置成如图4中所示利用电动机制动换档方式图操作变速器110。电动机控制器60也可配置成通过减速或制动接合产生的再生能量对电池70充电。此外,当发动机离合器90不可分离时,换档控制器40可配置成利用发动机制动换档方式图执行变速器110的换档(S15)。例如,当发动机离合器90处于接合状态时,换档控制器40可配置成利用发动机制动换档方式图通过操作变速器110执行换档。
如上所述,根据本发明,由于换档控制器40可配置成当发动机离合器不可分离时利用发动机制动换档方式图换档,所以发动机离合器可被操作以防止达到产生高于阈值水平的发动机穿透声音的区域(A)(参见图5)。
Claims (10)
1.一种混合动力车辆的换档控制设备,其包括:
混合动力控制器,其配置成基于电池状态信息和来自操作的输入数据检测发动机离合器可否分离;和
换档控制器,其配置成基于所述发动机离合器可否分离,利用制动换档方式图执行换档。
2.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的换档控制设备,其中所述混合动力控制器配置成当电池处于低温度状态或者充电状态低于阈值水平时确定为所述发动机离合器不可分离的状态。
3.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的换档控制设备,其中所述混合动力控制器配置成当变速器模式选择开关或强制充电模式选择开关被接通时确定为所述发动机离合器不可分离的状态。
4.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的换档控制设备,其中所述换档控制器配置成当所述发动机离合器可以分离时利用电动机制动换档方式图执行换档。
5.根据权利要求1所述的混合动力车辆的换档控制设备,其中所述换档控制器配置成当所述发动机离合器不可分离时利用发动机制动换档方式图执行换档。
6.一种混合动力车辆的换档控制方法,其包括如下步骤:
当在所述车辆的行驶期间检测到制动时,由控制器检测发动机离合器可否分离;以及
基于所述发动机离合器可否分离,由所述控制器利用制动换档方式图执行换档。
7.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力车辆的换档控制方法,其还包括如下步骤:
当电池处于低温度状态或者充电状态低于阈值水平时,由所述控制器确定所述发动机离合器不可分离。
8.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力车辆的换档控制方法,其还包括如下步骤:
当变速器模式选择开关或强制充电模式选择开关被接通时由所述控制器确定所述发动机离合器不可分离。
9.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力车辆的换档控制方法,其还包括如下步骤:
当所述发动机离合器可以分离时,由所述控制器利用电动机制动换档方式图执行换档。
10.根据权利要求6所述的混合动力车辆的换档控制方法,其还包括如下步骤:
当所述发动机离合器不可分离时,由所述控制器利用发动机制动换档方式图执行换档。
