Background
As shown in fig. 1, a fuel tank 12 is provided behind a steering mechanism 11 of the straddle type motorcycle 1, and an engine unit 13 for generating power is disposed below the fuel tank 12.
The fuel tank 12 is mainly used for storing fuel required for explosion of the engine unit 13, and when the fuel in the fuel tank 12 is insufficient, the driver rides the motorcycle 1 to a filling station to add fuel. The fuel is added to the fuel tank 12 through the filler opening 121 of the fuel tank 12. However, when the motorcycle 1 is being fueled, the fuel cannot be filled up to the proper capacity of the fuel tank 12, and there is often an overflow phenomenon that the fuel is added to the maximum capacity of the fuel tank 12, and a part of the fuel overflows the fuel tank 12.
In order to avoid the danger caused by the overflow of the fuel, the motorcycle 1 generally has an overflow mechanism (not shown in the drawings) disposed around the fuel filler 121 of the fuel tank 12, the overflow mechanism is used to concentrate the fuel overflowing from the fuel tank 12 and guide the fuel to an activated carbon canister 14 for recycling the fuel, and the carbon canister 14 is used to treat the fuel overflowing from the fuel tank 12 and then discharge the fuel.
Referring again to FIG. 1, a canister 14, typically used to handle spilled fuel from the fuel tank 12, is typically disposed below the fuel tank 12 and above the engine unit 13. This arrangement undoubtedly locates the canister 14 at the highest temperature of the engine unit 13, thereby causing the canister 14 to suffer from high temperature and further causing the canister 14 to be at high temperature and causing danger; in addition, in order to accommodate the canister 14, the straddle type motorcycle 1 leaves a space for accommodating the canister 14, which increases the difficulty in installing other components (such as electric components, water cooling system components, etc.) of the straddle type motorcycle 1; furthermore, the canister 14 is independently installed in the straddle type motorcycle 1, so the canister 14 must be assembled when the straddle type motorcycle 1 is assembled, and the connecting lines of the canister 14 are too many, which causes troubles when the straddle type motorcycle 1 is assembled.
Therefore, there is a need in the motorcycle industry to improve the configuration of the canister to provide an environment where the canister is not subjected to high temperature interference, reduce interference with the installation of other components, and facilitate assembly of the canister on a motorcycle.
Disclosure of Invention
The invention mainly aims to provide a configuration structure of an oil gas recovery carbon tank of a motorcycle, which mainly overcomes the defects that the conventional oil gas recovery carbon tank is difficult to assemble and occupies the space of other parts configured on the motorcycle.
The invention aims to achieve the purpose, and adopts the main technical means that: the motorcycle at least comprises a frame unit and a steering mechanism, wherein the steering mechanism is connected to a head pipe of the frame unit, the steering mechanism is connected with a shock absorber, a fuel tank is arranged behind the steering mechanism, a fuel filling opening is formed in the fuel tank, and an engine unit capable of generating power is arranged below the fuel tank; the fuel tank is provided with a seat cushion towards the rear of the vehicle body for a rider to sit on, and the fuel tank cover is provided with a decorative cover, the decorative cover is provided with a carbon tank for recovering oil gas, and the carbon tank is shielded and stored by the decorative cover.
The invention can achieve the effects by the technical means as follows: the activated carbon canister for recovering the oil gas is installed on the decorative cover between the fuel tank and the engine unit of the motorcycle and is shielded and stored by the decorative cover, so that the canister and the decorative cover can be pre-assembled into a component; when the decorative cover is arranged between the fuel tank and the engine unit of the motorcycle, the carbon tank can be arranged on the motorcycle together with the decorative cover, thereby simplifying the complicated engineering procedure of arranging the carbon tank on the motorcycle independently.
The next effect of the invention is as follows: the decorative cover is arranged between the fuel tank and the engine unit of the motorcycle, the decorative cover protrudes towards the front, and the front end part of the decorative cover is positioned between the front of the fuel tank and the shock absorber, so that the decorative cover can increase the space for accommodating motorcycle parts and improve the appearance aesthetic property of the motorcycle.
The other effects of the invention are as follows: the activated carbon canister for recovering oil gas is installed and assembled on the decorative cover between the fuel tank and the engine unit of the motorcycle, the water tank is arranged below the fuel tank and is positioned in front of the engine unit, and the carbon canister is positioned between the water tank and the decorative cover, so that the space between the decorative cover and the water tank can be fully utilized.
The invention has the following further effects: by installing and assembling the activated carbon canister for recovering oil and gas on the trim cover between the fuel tank and the engine unit of the motorcycle, the carbon canister is positioned behind the head pipe of the frame unit and inclines forwards to be approximately vertical to the head pipe when the motorcycle is seen from side view, namely the carbon canister is positioned at the inner side of the trim cover, is close to the front end part and is positioned in front far away from the engine unit, thereby avoiding the high temperature generated by the engine unit from influencing the function of the carbon canister.
Still another effect of the present invention is: the activated carbon canister for recovering oil gas is installed on the decorative cover between the fuel tank and the engine unit of the motorcycle, the decorative cover is positioned on the outer side between the fuel tank and the engine unit, and the carbon canister is positioned on the inner side of the decorative cover.
Still another effect of the present invention is: the lower cover is arranged below the decorative cover, and the carbon tank is arranged above the lower cover, so that the carbon tank can be prevented from being polluted by external silt, dust, water and the like, and the use effect of the carbon tank can be improved.
Detailed Description
In order to make the structure and the achieved effect of the present invention more easily understood by those skilled in the art, the following description is provided with the accompanying drawings;
first, referring to fig. 2, the straddle type motorcycle 2 of the present invention at least has a frame unit 21 and a steering mechanism 22, wherein the steering mechanism 22 is connected (coupled) to a head pipe 211 of the frame unit 21, the steering mechanism 22 is connected to a shock absorber 213, the head pipe 211 is connected to a down pipe 212 extending toward the rear lower part of the vehicle body, a fuel tank 23 is disposed behind the steering mechanism 22, a fuel filler 231 is disposed on the fuel tank 23, and an engine unit 24 capable of generating power is disposed below the fuel tank 23; a seat cushion 25 for a rider to sit on is provided toward the rear of the vehicle body in the fuel tank 23; two sides of the motorcycle 2 are covered with side body covers 26 under the fuel tank 23 and towards the lower part of the seat cushion 25; the motorcycle 2 is provided with a decorative cover 27 at the outer side cover between the fuel tank 23 and the engine unit 24, and the decorative cover 27 shields part of the engine unit 24 and the descending pipe 212; a radiator tank 28 for heat radiation is provided below the fuel tank 23 and in front of the engine unit 24.
As shown in fig. 2 and 3, the cover 27 is symmetrical on both sides, and therefore, the cover 27 is a plate body having a roughly v-shaped one side, and the cover 27 has a front end portion 271, an upper portion 272, and a lower portion 273; the front end 271 is located at the front of the fuel tank 23 and at the rear of the shock absorber 213, more specifically, the front end 271 is located between the fuel tank 23 and the shock absorber 213, the front end 271 is formed to protrude forward, so that the front end 271 of the cover 27 can protrude forward, and the cover 27 can increase the space for accommodating the motorcycle 2 components; the upper portion 272 is located above the front end 271 and is connected to the fuel tank 23; the lower portion 273 is located below the fuel tank 23 and covers the front end of the engine unit 24; the decorative cover 27 is provided with a plurality of locking posts 274 and at least one fixing soft hook 5, the fixing soft hook 5 can be hooked on the pipe 41 of the carbon tank 4, so as to achieve the positioning effect; in addition, a lower cover 27a connecting the two decoration covers 27 is provided at the lower ends of the two decoration covers 27, that is, on the lower portions 273 of the two decoration covers 27.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, a canister fixing mechanism 3 is provided on the inner side of the cover 27 (i.e., toward the engine unit 24) and above the lower cover 27a, the canister fixing mechanism 3 mounts an activated carbon canister 4 for recovering oil and gas, and more specifically, the canister 4 is disposed on the lower portion 272 of the cover 27 and near the front end 271, so that the canister 4 is disposed between the engine unit 24 and the shock absorber 213, that is, the canister 4 is shielded and stored by the cover 27; the carbon canister fixing mechanism 3 has a lower clamping piece 31 and an upper clamping piece 32, the lower clamping piece 31 is locked on the lock column 274 of the decorating cover 27, one side of the lower clamping piece 31 is provided with a pivot hole 311, one side of the upper clamping piece 32 is provided with a pivot part 321, the other side is provided with a locking part 322, the pivot part 321 can be pivoted on the pivot hole 311 of the lower clamping piece 31, thereby the upper clamping piece 32 can swing freely by taking the pivot part 321 as a pivot, the locking part 322 of the upper clamping piece 32 can be locked on the lock column 274 of the decorating cover 27 together with the lower clamping piece 31; the fixing soft hook 5 is arranged at the side of the decorative cover 27 where the carbon tank fixing mechanism 3 is arranged.
As shown in fig. 2, 3 and 4, in the implementation of the configuration structure of the motorcycle canister for recycling oil and gas according to the present invention, the canister 4 is first mounted on the canister fixing mechanism 3 of the decoration cover 27, and the canister 4 is clamped and positioned on the canister fixing mechanism 3 of the decoration cover 27 by means of the lower clamping piece 31 and the upper clamping piece 32 of the canister fixing mechanism 3, so that the canister 4 and the decoration cover 27 can be pre-assembled (i.e. small-assembled) to form a member; the decorative cover 27 is assembled on both sides between the fuel tank 23 and the engine unit 24 of the motorcycle 2, whereby the canister 4 can be assembled on the motorcycle 2 together with the decorative cover 27, thereby simplifying the complicated engineering procedure of assembling the canister 4 on the motorcycle 2 individually; when the canister 4 is assembled to the motorcycle 2, the canister is positioned behind the head pipe 211 of the frame unit 2 in a side view of the motorcycle 2 and is disposed to be inclined forward approximately perpendicular to the head pipe 211; in addition, the canister 4 is located inside the cover 27 and in front of the engine unit 24, that is, the canister 4 is disposed between the water tank 28 and the cover 27 and in front of the engine unit 24, so that the function of the canister 4 is prevented from being affected by the high temperature generated by the engine unit 24, and the space between the cover 27 and the water tank 28 can be fully utilized.
The main effects of the invention are as follows: the activated carbon canister 4 for recovering oil gas is installed and assembled on the decorative cover 27 between the fuel tank 23 and the engine unit 24 of the motorcycle 2, and is shielded and stored by the decorative cover 27, whereby the canister 4 and the decorative cover 27 are pre-assembled into a member; when the decorative cover 27 is assembled between the fuel tank 23 and the engine unit 24 of the motorcycle 2, the canister 4 can be assembled on the motorcycle 2 together with the decorative cover 27, thereby simplifying the complicated engineering procedure of assembling the canister 4 on the motorcycle 2 individually.
The next main effect of the invention is: by providing the cover 27 between the fuel tank 23 and the engine unit 24 of the motorcycle 2, the cover 27 protrudes forward, and the front end 271 of the cover 27 is located between the front of the fuel tank 23 and the shock absorber 213, so that the cover 27 can increase the space for accommodating the parts of the motorcycle 2 and improve the appearance of the motorcycle 2.
The other effects of the invention are as follows: the activated carbon canister 4 for recovering oil gas is mounted on the decorative cover 27 between the fuel tank 23 and the engine unit 24 of the motorcycle 2, a water tank 28 is provided below the fuel tank 23, the water tank 28 is positioned in front of the engine unit 24, the canister 4 is positioned between the water tank 23 and the decorative cover 27, and the space between the decorative cover 27 and the water tank 23 can be fully utilized.
The invention has the following further effects: by installing the activated carbon canister 4 for recovering oil and gas on the trim cover 27 between the fuel tank 23 and the engine unit 24 of the motorcycle 2, the canister 4 is located behind the head pipe 211 of the frame unit 21 and is inclined to the front to be approximately perpendicular to the head pipe 211, that is, the canister 4 is located inside the trim cover 27 and close to the front end 271 and is located in front of the engine unit 24, so as to prevent the high temperature generated by the engine unit 24 from affecting the function of the canister 4.
Still another effect of the present invention is: the activated carbon canister 4 for oil gas recovery is mounted and assembled on the decorative cover 27 between the fuel tank 23 and the engine unit 24 of the motorcycle 2, the decorative cover 27 is located at the outer side between the fuel tank 23 and the engine unit 24, the carbon canister 4 is located at the inner side of the decorative cover 27, and the carbon canister 4 is arranged at the outer side range of the motorcycle 2, so that the periphery of the inner side of the motorcycle 2 can have sufficient space for arranging other components, and the use effect of the motorcycle 2 can be improved.
Still another effect of the present invention is: by means of the lower part of the decoration cover 27 being provided with the lower cover 27a, the carbon tank 4 is arranged above the lower cover 27a, thereby preventing the carbon tank from being polluted by outside silt, dust, water and the like, and improving the use effect of the carbon tank.
The configuration structure of the motorcycle oil gas recovery carbon tank of the invention can achieve the aim of appeal by virtue of the structure, and meets the requirements of novelty, creativity and industrial practicability of the invention patent, so that the invention patent application is legally proposed, and the invention patent application is prayed for the detailed identification of a precious examiner and granted the approval of the invention patent, thereby bringing convenience to the people.
