Abstract
一种加强保温型保温包属于日常生活用品领域,它由外包和包胆构成;通过外包和包胆单独制作,保证包胆的密封性;通过改变包拉链的位置,加强包的密封性;通过改变包的材料构成为面料+铝箔+保温棉+铝箔,并且采用真空热合使铝箔+保温棉+铝箔成为一体,以及采用无缝制折叠技术来保证和加强包的隔热性和密封性;配以蓄温盒使用,提高包的保温性。本产品在保温技术要求相同时具有保温层厚度薄、体积小、重量轻、抗重压或撞击的优点,可广泛地应用于对温度要求高,保温时间长的场合。保冷可作为移动冰箱,用于冰镇饮料、水果、母乳、茶叶等食品的保鲜;还用于鲜活水产品、药品、疫苗等产品的冷藏运输。保热一般用于保温食品,午餐、餐馆送餐等。

技术领域:
本发明涉及日常生活用品,具体是一种加强保温型保温包。
背景技术:
保温包的诞生给人们的日常生活带来了很多便利,它可以用于装盛各种食物并保持食物温度和鲜度。目前市面上销售的保温包有各式各样,但所用材料基本上都是面料+保温棉+铝箔,面料有无纺布或牛津布或涤纶;保温层为珍珠棉+铝箔锡纸;通过加大保温棉厚度,来提高产品的隔热保温效果。保温包由包体、包盖构成,包盖有平板式、平板加沿式,它们都是在包盖边沿和包体口沿缝制拉链,并且拉链缝制处高于保温层之上,通过拉链的咬合,达到包盖与包体密闭的目的。由于保温包的热量主要是由包口与外界空气接触,而使热量损失。有的产品为了加强保温性,采用防水密封拉链,这些拉链再密封,其效果也远不及包体所用保温棉+铝箔的效果;同时仅靠一层保温棉+铝箔也不能完全阻隔温度的流失,从而导致保温包的保温时间短、保温效果达不到理想要求。
发明内容:
本发明的目的在于解决现有技术存在的缺陷,而提供一种结构简单、保温时间长、保温效果优、轻便、耐用的加强保温型保温包。
本发明解决其技术问题采用的技术方案是:一种加强保温型保温包,由外包和包胆构成,其特征在于所述包胆置于外包内;所述外包由外包体和位于外包体上方的外包盖组成,所述外包盖带有边沿,所述外包盖的后侧与所述外包体缝制连接,所述外包盖边沿口缝制拉链,所述外包体口缝制拉链,所述外包盖边沿口的前侧、左侧和右侧均通过拉链与所述外包体连接,所述外包体与所述外包盖之间形成封闭的储物空间;所述包胆由胆体和位于胆体上方的胆盖组成,所述胆盖带有边沿,所述胆盖的后侧与所述胆体连接,所述胆盖边沿口的前侧、左侧和右侧均与所述胆体上边沿重叠,所述胆体与所述胆盖之间形成封闭的储物空间;所述包胆材料是由铝箔+保温棉+铝箔构成,所述铝箔+保温棉+铝箔通过真空热合为一体呈板状,所述包胆由铝箔+保温棉+铝箔真空板折叠而成;所述胆体高度比外包体高,所述胆体高度与外包体高度的差值比胆盖边沿高度稍高;
进一步,所述胆盖内侧或和胆体两侧设有网袋用于放置蓄冰盒或冰袋,所述网袋用铝箔胶带粘贴固定;
所述包胆的折叠处用铝箔胶带密封粘贴固定;
所述包胆与外包粘贴固定;
所述外包盖边沿口的前侧、左侧和右侧通过粘扣带与所述外包体连接;
所述包胆体高度比外包体高度高,优选高出30mm;所述胆体高与外包体高的差值比胆盖边沿高度稍高,优选高出2mm;
所述保温包的提手缝制在外包盖上或缝制在外包体前后面的底;所述保温包的背带扣缝制在外包体的两个侧面。
本发明的有益效果是:一种加强保温型保温包由外包和包胆构成,通过外包和包胆单独制作,保证包胆的密封性;通过改变包拉链的位置,加强包的密封性;通过改变包的材料构成为面料+铝箔+保温棉+铝箔,并且采用真空热合使铝箔+保温棉+铝箔成为一体,以及采用无缝制折叠技术来保证和加强包的隔热性和密封性;配以蓄温盒使用,提高包的保温性。本产品在保温技术要求相同时有保温层厚度薄、体积小、重量轻、抗重压或撞击的优点,可广泛地应用于对温度要求高,保温时间长的场合。保冷可作为移动冰箱,用于冰镇饮料、水果、母乳、茶叶、海鲜等食品的保鲜;另还用于鲜活水产品、药品、疫苗等产品的冷藏运输。保热一般用于保温食品,午餐、餐馆送餐等等。经保冷测试,在500*250*200的包内同装4kg冻结的冰袋,市售的现有技术的保温包1天已经融化净,而本发明加强保温型保温包可以延长到4~5天,说明本发明加强保温型保温包的保温效果是显著的。

具体的实施方式:
如图1、图2、图3所示,一种加强保温型保温包,由外包(1)和包胆(2)构成,
其特征在于所述包胆(2)置于外包(1)内;所述外包(1)由外包体(11)和位于外包体(11)上方的外包盖(12)组成,所述外包盖(12)带有边沿(121),所述外包盖(12)的后侧与所述外包体(11)缝制连接,所述外包盖边沿(121)口缝制拉链(32),所述外包体(11)口缝制拉链(31),所述外包盖边沿(121)口的前侧、左侧和右侧均通过拉链(3)与所述外包体(11)连接,所述外包体(11)与所述外包盖(12)之间形成封闭的储物空间;所述包胆(2)由胆体(21)和位于胆体(21)上方的胆盖(22)组成,所述胆盖(22)带有边沿(221),所述胆盖(22)内侧或和胆体(21)两侧设有网袋(222),所述胆盖(22)的后侧与所述胆体(21)连接,所述胆盖边沿(221)口的前侧、左侧和右侧均与所述胆体(21)上边沿重叠,所述胆体(21)与所述胆盖(22)之间形成封闭的储物空间;所述包胆(2)材料是由铝箔(6)+保温棉(7)+铝箔(6)构成,所述铝箔(6)+保温棉(7)+铝箔(6)通过真空热合为一体呈板状,所述包胆(2)由铝箔(6)+保温棉(7)+铝箔(6)所制真空板折叠而成;所述胆体(21)高度比外包体(11)高,所述胆体(21)高与外包体(11)高的差值比胆盖边沿(221)高度稍高;所述保温包的提手(4)缝制在外包(1)上,既可以缝制在外包盖(12)上,也可以缝制在外包体(11)前后面的底部,缝制在外包体(11)前后面的底部可以承载较重物品;所述保温包的背带扣(5)缝制在外包(1)的两个侧面上。所述包胆(2)的折叠处用铝箔胶带粘贴固定,所述网袋(222)也用铝箔胶带粘贴固定;所述包胆(2)与外包(1)粘贴固定;所述外包盖边沿(121)口的前侧、左侧和右侧既可以通过拉链(3)也可以通过粘扣带与所述外包体(1)连接。所述包胆体(21)高度比外包体(11)高度高,优选高出30mm;所述胆体(21)高与外包体(11)高的差值比胆盖边沿(221)高度稍高,优选高出2mm,由于包胆(2)材料相对较软,这样胆体(21)紧顶胆盖(22),可以增强密封性,还不影响拉链(3)封闭。所述胆盖(22)内侧或和胆体(21)两侧既可设有网袋(222)用于放置蓄冰盒,所述网袋(222)用铝箔胶带粘贴固定,也可不设网袋(222),蓄冰盒直接放在物品上方。
制作包胆(2)时,先根据所要制作的包胆(2)尺寸确定所需材料尺寸,口诀为:一长加二高,二宽加二高加一沿。如制作一个胆体(21)为500*250*200、胆盖边沿(221)为30的包胆(2),就先准备一块900*930*8的珍珠棉保温层(7)、两块920*950的铝箔(6);用铝箔(6)将保温棉(7)两面包住,将保温棉(7)铝箔(6)长的一段的两边分别裁去280*163,再各剪进30;用铝箔封口机将四周封死,仅留一个小口,用抽空机抽出里面的空气,封口即呈现板状;再在板上划线如图4所示;沿线折叠如图5所示,用铝箔胶带固定,即可完成。这样制作的包胆(2),由于没有经过针线缝制,没有破坏保温棉(7)和铝箔(6),密封性很强,保温性也就很强。
使用本发明保冷时,先将物品放入胆体(21)内,根据需要确定蓄冰盒数量,将蓄冰盒放在胆盖(22)内侧的网袋(222)内或放在胆体(21)两侧和胆盖(22)内侧的网袋(222)内或直接放在物品上方,再盖紧包盖即可。使用本发明保热时,先将蓄热盒放在胆体(21)底部,蓄热盒上面放物品,再盖紧包盖即可。
Claims (10)
1.一种加强保温型保温包由外包和包胆构成,其特征在于:所述包胆置于外包内。
2.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强保温型保温包,其特征在于:所述外包由外包体和位于外包体上方的外包盖组成,所述外包盖带有边沿,所述外包盖的后侧与所述外包体缝制连接,所述外包盖边沿口缝制拉链,所述外包体口缝制拉链,所述外包盖边沿口的前侧、左侧和右侧均通过拉链与所述外包体连接,所述外包体与所述外包盖之间形成封闭的储物空间。
3.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强保温型保温包,其特征在于:所述包胆由胆体和位于胆体上方的胆盖组成,所述胆盖带有边沿,所述胆盖的后侧与所述胆体连接,所述胆盖边沿口的前侧、左侧和右侧均与所述胆体上边沿重叠,所述胆体与所述胆盖之间形成封闭的储物空间。
4.根据权利要求1、3所述的一种加强保温型保温包,其特征在于:所述包胆材料是由铝箔+保温棉+铝箔构成,所述铝箔+保温棉+铝箔通过真空热合为一体呈板状,所述包胆由铝箔+保温棉+铝箔真空板折叠而成。
5.根据权利要求1、2、3所述的一种加强保温型保温包,其特征在于:所述胆体高度比外包体高,所述胆体高度与外包体高度的差值比胆盖边沿高度稍高。
6.根据权利要求1、3所述的一种加强保温型保温包,其特征在于:所述胆盖内侧或和胆体两侧设有网袋用于放置蓄冰盒或冰袋,所述网袋用铝箔胶带粘贴固定。
7.根据权利要求1、3、4所述的一种加强保温型保温包,其特征在于:所述包胆的折叠处用铝箔胶带密封粘贴固定。
8.根据权利要求1所述的一种加强保温型保温包,其特征在于:所述包胆与外包粘贴固定。
9.根据权利要求1、2所述的一种加强保温型保温包,其特征在于:所述外包盖边沿口的前侧、左侧和右侧通过粘扣带与所述外包体连接。
10.根据权利要求1、2、3、5所述的一种加强保温型保温包,其特征在于:所述包胆体高度比外包体高度高出30mm;所述胆体高与外包体高的差值比胆盖边沿高度高出2mm。
