Abstract
Un método y un sistema para estimar la vida útil remanente de los componentes de un aerogenerador a partir de sus condiciones operativas reales posteriores a la puesta en servicio, mediante la utilización de un módulo de adquisición de datos configurado para medir los datos históricos reales de dicho aerogenerador en funcionamiento, y una unidad de detección de estado adicional configurada para identificar los estados históricos de funcionamiento, donde el método comprende la extracción de datos históricos desde el módulo de adquisición de datos en intervalos de tiempo, la identificación de estados operativos del aerogenerador, la validación de los estados operativos identificados, y la identificación de datos inciertos que no coinciden, posteriormente, el método simula un modelo de turbina para cada estado operativo identificado y condición de viento en cada intervalo de tiempo, y calcula una carga de fatiga equivalente para cada estado operativo y condición de viento.A method and a system to estimate the remaining useful life of the components of a wind turbine from its real operating conditions after commissioning, by using a data acquisition module configured to measure the real historical data of said wind turbine in operation, and an additional status detection unit configured to identify historical operating states, where the method comprises extracting historical data from the data acquisition module in time intervals, identifying operating states of the wind turbine, validating the identified operating states, and identifying uncertain non-matching data, the method then simulates a turbine model for each identified operating state and wind condition at each time interval, and computes an equivalent fatigue load for each operating state and wind condition.
