   Die Erfindung betrifft einen faltbaren Stapelbehälter nach dem Oberbegriff  des Patentanspruchs 1. 



   Faltbare Stapelbehälter sind seit längerem bekannt, beispielsweise  unter der Bezeichnung "Faltbox" auf den Seiten 88 bis 98 im Euro-Katalog  1996 der Firma Georg Utz AG, CH-5620 Bremgarten. Solche faltbare  Stapelbehälter sind im aufgeklappten Zustand wie die üblichen quaderförmigen  Gebinde aufeinander stapelbar. Sie können aber lediglich mit gleichartigen  Gebinden, d.h. solchen mit einer selben oder einer halbierten Bodenfläche,  kombiniert werden. Schachtelbare Behälter, die leicht fluchtende  Seitenwände aufweisen, können normalerweise nicht auf solche Stapelbehälter  gestellt werden, ohne dass dazu Abschlussdeckel oder dergleichen  verwendet werden. 



   Der vorliegenden Erfindung liegt nun die Aufgabe zu Grunde, einen  faltbaren Stapelbehälter anzugeben, der in Kombination mit schachtelbaren  Behältern einsetzbar ist. 



   Diese Aufgabe wird durch einen faltbaren Stapelbehälter mit den Merkmalen  des Patentanspruchs 1 gelöst. 



   Die Erfindung hat den grossen Vorteil, dass der schwenkbare Bügel  im Randbereich des Stapelbehälters versenkbar ist, d.h. kein Hindernis  für einen darauf gestapelten gleichartigen Behälter darstellt. Andererseits  ragt der Bügel im ausgeklappten Zustand in die Öffnung des Behälters  hinein, sodass ein Behälter mit einer geringeren Auflagefläche dennoch  auf den Stapelbehälter aufgestellt werden kann. Somit lassen sich  ohne weiteres quaderförmige Stapelbehälter mit schachtelbaren Behältern  kombinieren, was in der Praxis grosse Vorteile für den Transport  bringt. Insbesondere müssen gleichartige Behälter nicht mehr vorsortiert  werden, was zu einer grossen Zeitersparnis führt. 



     Weitere Vorteile der Erfindung folgen aus den abhängigen Patentansprüchen  und aus der nachfolgenden Beschreibung, in welcher die Erfindung  anhand eines in den schematischen Zeichnungen dargestellten Ausführungsbeispieles  näher erläutert wird. Es zeigt:      Fig. 1 einen faltbaren Stapelbehälter  mit zwei eingeklappten Bügeln,     Fig. 2 den Stapelbehälter der  Figur 1 im zusammengefalteten Zustand,     Fig. 3 zwei auf einander  gestapelte Stapelbehälter mit aufgeklapptem Bügel,     Fig. 4 einen  faltbaren Stapelbehälter geringerer Höhe mit zwei eingeklappten Bügeln  und     Fig. 5 einen schachtelbaren Behälter in Kombination mit  dem faltbaren Stapelbehälter mit zwei aufgeklappten Bügeln.  



   In den Figuren sind für dieselben Elemente jeweils dieselben Bezugszeichen  verwendet worden und erstmalige Erklärungen betreffen alle Figuren,  wenn nicht ausdrücklich anders erwähnt. 



   In der Fig. 1 ist ein faltbarer quaderförmiger Stapelbehälter 1 in  perspektivischer Darstellung gezeichnet, der eine Bodenplatte 2,  zwei schwenkbare Seitenwände 3 und zwei faltbare Seitenwände 4 aufweist.  Die Seitenwände 4 weisen in etwa mittig zur Längskante Scharniere  5 auf. Oben ist ein viereckiger, umlaufender Randbereich 6 vorgesehen,  in welchem die Seitenwände 3 und die faltbare Seitenwände 4 nach  innen schwenkbar gelagert sind. Die faltbare Seitenwände 4 sind ebenfalls  auf der Bodenplatte 2 nach innen schwenkbar gelagert. Ferner sind  im Randbereich 6 zwei Bügel 7 schwenkbar gelagert. Auf den kürzeren  Seiten ist der Randbereich 6 mit Längsnuten oder Vertiefungen 8 versehen,  in welche die Bügel 7 versenkt werden können (dargestellter Zustand).

    Wenn die Bügel 7 in die freie Öffnung 10 des Stapelbehälters 1 ausgeklappt  werden, sind sie ebenfalls bündig    mit dem Randbereich 6, wie dies  beim zusammengefalteten Behälter 1 in Fig. 2 gezeigt ist. Im umlaufenden  Randbereich 6 sind zwei gegenüberliegende Aussparungen 9 vorgesehen,  um den Bügel 7 bei der Schwenkbewegung nicht zu behindern und dennoch  eine ausreichende stabile Tragfläche für den darauf gestapelten Behälter  zu bieten. Unabhängig davon, ob die Bügel 7 in der zurückgezogenen  Stellung (Fig. 1) oder in der ausgeklappten Stellung (Fig. 2) sind,  können sie aufeinander gestapelt werden, wie dies in Fig. 3 deutlich  zu sehen ist. Um die Bügel 7 in einer der beiden Stellungen festzuhalten,  können im Randbereich 6 federnde, nach innen vorstehende Nocken vorgesehen  sein (hier nicht weiter dargestellt). 



   In Fig. 4 ist ein weiterer Stapelbehälter 11 dargestellt, der eine  geringere Höhe aufweist als der Behälter 1, ansonsten aber denselben  Aufbau hat. Wenn nun die Bügel 7 im ausgeklappten Zustand sind, kann  ohne weiteres ein schachtelbarer Behälter 16 mit zum Boden hin leicht  zulaufenden Seitenwänden darauf gestapelt werden. Auch umgehrt kann  ein faltbarer Stapelbehälter 11 auf einen solchen schachtelbaren  Behälter 16 gestapelt werden. Vorteilhafterweise sind unten auf der  Bodenplatte 2 jeweils zwei parallel zueinander verlaufende Rippen  angeordnet, zwischen welchen der jeweilige Bügel 7 festgehalten wird.  Damit kann der darauf gestapelte Behälter 16 nicht verschieben. Es  versteht sich für den Fachmann, dass die Bügel 7 nicht unbedingt  längs der kürzeren Seiten, sondern auch an den längeren Seiten vorgesehen  sein können.  Bezugszeichenliste

   The invention relates to a foldable stacking container according to the preamble of patent claim 1.



   Foldable stacking containers have been known for a long time, for example under the name "folding box" on pages 88 to 98 in the 1996 Euro catalog from Georg Utz AG, CH-5620 Bremgarten. Foldable stacking containers of this type can be stacked on top of one another like the usual cuboidal containers. However, you can only use similar containers, i.e. those with the same or a halved floor area can be combined. Nestable containers which have easily aligned side walls cannot normally be placed on such stacking containers without end covers or the like being used for this purpose.



   The present invention is based on the object of specifying a foldable stacking container which can be used in combination with nestable containers.



   This object is achieved by a foldable stacking container with the features of claim 1.



   The invention has the great advantage that the pivotable bracket can be lowered in the edge region of the stacking container, i.e. does not constitute an obstacle to a similar container stacked on it. On the other hand, the bow protrudes into the opening of the container in the unfolded state, so that a container with a smaller contact surface can still be placed on the stacking container. In this way, cuboid stacking containers can be easily combined with nestable containers, which in practice brings great advantages for transport. In particular, containers of the same type no longer have to be pre-sorted, which saves a great deal of time.



     Further advantages of the invention follow from the dependent patent claims and from the following description, in which the invention is explained in more detail with reference to an embodiment shown in the schematic drawings. 1 shows a foldable stacking container with two folded-in brackets, FIG. 2 shows the stacking container of FIG. 1 in the folded state, FIG. 3 shows two stacking containers stacked on top of one another with the bow unfolded, FIG and FIG. 5 shows a nestable container in combination with the foldable stacking container with two brackets opened.



   In the figures, the same reference numerals have been used for the same elements, and first-time explanations apply to all figures unless expressly stated otherwise.



   In Fig. 1, a foldable cuboid stacking container 1 is drawn in perspective, which has a base plate 2, two pivotable side walls 3 and two foldable side walls 4. The side walls 4 have hinges 5 approximately in the center of the longitudinal edge. A square, peripheral edge area 6 is provided at the top, in which the side walls 3 and the foldable side walls 4 are mounted so as to be pivotable inwards. The foldable side walls 4 are also mounted on the base plate 2 so that they can pivot inwards. Furthermore, two brackets 7 are pivotally mounted in the edge region 6. On the shorter sides, the edge area 6 is provided with longitudinal grooves or depressions 8, into which the brackets 7 can be sunk (shown state).

    When the brackets 7 are folded out into the free opening 10 of the stacking container 1, they are also flush with the edge region 6, as is shown in the folded container 1 in FIG. 2. In the peripheral edge area 6, two opposite recesses 9 are provided so as not to hinder the bracket 7 during the pivoting movement and nevertheless to offer a sufficiently stable supporting surface for the container stacked thereon. Regardless of whether the brackets 7 are in the retracted position (FIG. 1) or in the extended position (FIG. 2), they can be stacked on top of one another, as can be clearly seen in FIG. 3. In order to hold the bracket 7 in one of the two positions, resilient, inwardly projecting cams can be provided in the edge region 6 (not shown further here).



   4 shows a further stacking container 11, which has a lower height than the container 1, but otherwise has the same structure. If the brackets 7 are now in the unfolded state, a nestable container 16 can easily be stacked thereon with side walls tapering slightly towards the floor. A foldable stacking container 11 can also be stacked upside down on such a nestable container 16. Advantageously, two parallel ribs are arranged on the bottom plate 2, between which the respective bracket 7 is held. Thus, the container 16 stacked thereon cannot move. It is understood by the person skilled in the art that the brackets 7 may not necessarily be provided along the shorter sides, but also on the longer sides. LIST OF REFERENCE NUMBERS

Claims

1. Foldable stacking container (1) with a base plate (2), four side walls (3, 4) and an upper peripheral edge area (6), two opposite side walls (3) in the edge area (6) pivoting inwards and two foldable opposite side walls (4) in the edge area (6) and with the base plate (2) are also pivoted inwards, characterized in that at least one pivotable bracket (7) is mounted in the edge area (6), which in an unfolded position into the free opening (10) of the stacking container protrudes and is retractable in a retracted position in the edge area (6).

2. Stacking container according to claim 1, characterized in that two brackets (7) are provided on opposite sides.

4. Stacking container according to one of claims 1 to 3, characterized in that in the edge region (6) at least one inwardly projecting, resilient cam is provided which holds the bracket (7) either in the retracted or in the unfolded position.

5. Stacking container according to one of claims 1 to 4, characterized in that ribs are provided below on the base plate (2) in order to hold the unfolded bracket (7) between them.

6. Stacking container according to one of claims 1 to 5, characterized in that two opposite recesses (9) in the edge region (6) are provided for the pivoting movement of the bracket (7).
