Description

  

      Einschraubbarer    Sitzring für     Wasserleitungsventile    .    Gegenstand der Erfindung ist ein Sitzring  für     Wasserleitungsventile    bei dem der     Durch-          fiussöffnurigscluersehnitt    in der halben Höhe       arn    kleinsten und mehrkantig ausgebildet ist  und die Höhe des Sitzringes annähernd fünf  Viertel des Durchmessers der     Durchflussöff-          nnrit";-    beträgt.  



  Der     Erfindungsgegenstand    ist auf der       Zeichnung    in einer beispielsweisen     Aiisfüh-          rungsform    dargestellt.  



       Fig.    1 zeigt einen Schnitt durch den Sitz  ring;       Fig.    2 zeigt einen Grundriss zu     Fig.1.     Der Sitzring ist ringförmig ausgebildet.  Das obere, über dem Bund 1 liegende Ende  besitzt aussen und innen eine zylindrische  Form, wobei der äussere Rand 2 durch ein  halbkreisförmiges Profil gebildet wird, auf  das der nicht dargestellte Ventilteller mit der  Dichtung drückt und die     Durchflussöffnung          abschliesst.    Der innere Durchmesser nimmt.  ab und geht in eine mehrkantige Öffnung 3       über,    deren Höhe annähernd einem Drittel der       llölie    des Sitzringes entspricht.

   Nach unten  erweitert sieh diese Öffnung in Form einer       Rotationsöffnung    mit im     Axialsehnitt    vier  telkreisförmiger Aasrundung. Auf der Aussen  seite dieses     'teils    befindet sieh das zum Fest  halteri des Sitzes dienende Gewinde 4. Durch  die Ausbildung der     Durehflussöffnung    als       mehrkantige        Durehlauföffnung    lassen sich, wie       Versuelie    gezeigt haben, die     geräusehbilden-          deri    Vibrationen     bedeutend    verringern.

       Fig. 1 shows a section through the seat ring; FIG. 2 shows a floor plan for FIG. The seat ring is annular. The upper end lying above the collar 1 has a cylindrical shape on the outside and inside, the outer edge 2 being formed by a semicircular profile on which the valve disk with the seal, not shown, presses and closes the flow opening. The inner diameter increases. and goes into a polygonal opening 3, the height of which corresponds approximately to a third of the llölie of the seat ring.

   This opening widened downwards in the form of a rotation opening with a four-circular carcass rounding in axial section. On the outside of this part is the thread 4 used to hold the seat firmly. By designing the flow opening as a polygonal flow opening, as Versuelie have shown, the noise-forming vibrations can be significantly reduced.

 

Claims (1)

PATENTANSPRUCH Einschraubbarer Sitzring für Wasser leitungsventile, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Durehflussöffnung in der halben Höhe am engsten und mehrkantig ausgebildet ist und die Höhe des Sitzringes annähernd fünf Vier tel des Durchmessers der Durchgangsöffnung, beträgt. <B>UNTER-ANSPRÜCHE</B> 1. Sitzring nach Patentanspruch, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Länge der mehrkan tigen Öffnung annähernd gleich einem Drittel der Höhe des Sitzringes ist. 2. Sitzring nach Patentanspruch und Un teranspruch 1, dadurch gekennzeichnet, dass die Öffnung vor und hinter der mehrkantigen Stelle erweitert und nach beiden Enden aas gerundet ist. 3.
