Description
Bauelement zur Herstellung von Wänden, Böden und dergleichen. Gegenstand vorliegender Erfindung ist Baueleinent zur Herstellung von Wänden, Böden und dergleichen, bestehend aus einer Anzahl flach aufeinander liegender, zusammen gehaltener Bretter. Das Bauelement ist da durch gekennzeichnet, dass es von in der Ebene der Bretter liegenden und <B>in</B> sich kreuzenden Richtungen verlaufenden Kanälen durchzogen ist.
Zwei Ausführungsbeispiele des Erfin dungsgegenstandes sind auf dein beiliegenden Zeichnungsblatt dargestellt: Fig. 1 zeigt das erste Ausführungsbeispiel in perspektivischer Darstellung und Fig. 2 das zweite Ausfübrungsbeispiel ebenfalls perspektivisch dargestellt.
Beim ersten Ausführungsbeispiel sind 1, 2 und 3 drei Bretter, die je mit zueinander parallel laufenden Nuten 4 versehen sind. Die Nuten des Brettes 2 laufen quer zu den Nuten des Brettes 1 und die Nuten des Brettes 3 quer zu den Nuten des Brettes 2, also parallel zu den Nuten des Brettes 1. Die Bretter 1, 2 und 3 sind abwechslungs- weise auf der Ober- und Unterseite genntet, könnten jedoch auch nur auf einer Seite ge nutet sein. 5 und 6 sind Deckbeläge. Soll beispielsweise das Bauelement zur Herstellung von Wänden dienen, so kann<B>6</B> ein Täfer und<B>6</B> eine Wetterverschalung sein.
Beim Ausführungsbeispiel nach Fig. sind<B>1</B> und<B>3</B> Bretter die gleich genutet sind wie die Bretter<B>1</B> und<B>3</B> im ersten Aus führungsbeispiel. An Stelle des Brettes 2 des ersten Ausführungsbeispieles sind aber hier eine Anzahl Bretter<B>7,</B> die relativ schmal sind und der Länge nach nicht zusammen stossen, so dass die verbleibenden Lücken in der Längsrichtung des Elementes verlaufende Kanäle 4 bilden. Die Bretter können an den Berührungsflächen zusammetigeleimt, <B>,</B> ver- nagelt oder verschraubt sein.
Zweckmässig wird das Bauelement serienweise fabriziert und auf Lager gelegt, kann aber auch an Ort und Stelle (Verbrauchsstelle) zusammen gestellt,<B>d.</B> h. konstruiert werden.
Dadurch, dass das Bauelement in sich kreuzend6ri Richtungen verlaufende Kanäle aufweist, ist dasselbe gut durchlüftet und schalldämpfend. Es weist auch keine inneren Spannungen auf und arbeitet nicht mehr, d. h. dehnt sich nicht mehr und streckt sich nicht mehr.

The subject of the present invention is building elements for the production of walls, floors and the like, consisting of a number of boards lying flat on one another and held together. The component is characterized in that it is traversed by channels lying in the plane of the boards and running in directions crossing one another.
Two exemplary embodiments of the subject matter of the invention are shown on the accompanying drawing sheet: FIG. 1 shows the first exemplary embodiment in a perspective view and FIG. 2 shows the second exemplary embodiment also in perspective.
In the first exemplary embodiment, 1, 2 and 3 are three boards which are each provided with grooves 4 running parallel to one another. The grooves of the board 2 run transversely to the grooves of the board 1 and the grooves of the board 3 transversely to the grooves of the board 2, that is, parallel to the grooves of the board 1. The boards 1, 2 and 3 are alternately on the top - and underside named, but could also only be grooved on one side. 5 and 6 are top coverings. If, for example, the component is to be used to produce walls, then <B> 6 </B> can be a panel and <B> 6 </B> a weather boarding.
In the exemplary embodiment according to FIG. 1, <B> 1 </B> and <B> 3 </B> are boards which are grooved in the same way as boards <B> 1 </B> and <B> 3 </B> in the first From an example. Instead of the board 2 of the first exemplary embodiment, however, there are a number of boards 7, which are relatively narrow and do not come together lengthways, so that the remaining gaps form channels 4 running in the longitudinal direction of the element. The boards can be glued, nailed or screwed together at the contact surfaces.
The component is expediently manufactured in series and stored in stock, but can also be put together on site (point of use), <B> d. </B> h. be constructed.
The fact that the component has channels running in intersecting directions means that it is well ventilated and sound absorbing. It also has no internal stresses and no longer works, i. H. no longer stretches or stretches.
