Abstract

COMPOSIÇÃO DE DOCE COM MULTIRREGIÃO, ARTIGO, MÉTODO E APARELHO. A presente invenção refere-se a um material de doce tipo massa que contém um material em partícula sólido, um líquido e um controlador de difusão. O material de doce tipo massa é uma substituição eficaz para revestimentos com açúcar e ele pode ser aplicado a um substrato comestível, tal como doce ou goma de mascar, para formar um doce com camada. Métodos e aparelhos para formação de doces com camada são também descritos.
