Abstract

"USO DE UM PERóXIDO DE DIALQUIL CETONA COMO UM BIOCIDA: AGENTE ESTERILIZANTE, ANTI-SéPTICO, DESINFETANTE E ANTI-PARASITICO E MéTODO DE ESTERILIZAçãO, DESINFECçãO, ASSEPSIA OU ELIMINAçãO DE PARASITAS". A invenção aqui apresentada estabelece o uso de um peróxido de dialquil cetona como um agente esterilizante, anti-séptico, desinfetante e anti-parasítico, sem nenhuma toxicidade nem ecotoxicidade aparente, e um espectro muito amplo de atividade em termos do tipo de organismos em que age (bactérias, vírus, fungos, esporos" micobactérias, protozoários, algas, priónios, aracnídeos, ácaros, os insetos, etc.), e em termos do tipo de aplicações em que pode ser empregado (terapia humana e animal, higiene, embalagem, instrumentos médicos e industriais, superficies sanitárias e ambientes :de cuidados com a saúde, recintos, superfícies em geral, instalações industriais, torres de refrigeração, sistemas sanitários de água quente, purificação de água potável para o consumo humano ou animal, etc.). Analogamente, a presente invenção ilustra o uso de uma composição que compreende tais peróxidos de dialquil cetona. Finalmente, a invenção aqui apresentada fornece um método de esterilização, desinfecçã, assepsia ou eliminação de parasitas que envolve a aplicação da dita composição.
