Abstract
Se proporciona un método para la fabricación de una lámina de acero galvanizada cuya calidad del aspecto de superficie y propiedades mecánicas tienen una pequeña dependencia de temperatura de recocido mediante el uso de acero que contiene C, Si, Mn y así sucesivamente, que son necesarios para aumentar la resistencia a una TS de 1180 MPa o más. Un método para la fabricación de una lámina de acero galvanizada de alta resistencia incluye llevar a cabo laminación en caliente, laminación en frío, primer recocido, decapado, y segundo recocido en un desbaste plano de acero que tiene una composición química especificada. El primer recocido se lleva a cabo bajo condiciones específicas con el fin de obtener una lámina de acero que tiene una microestructura de acero que incluye ferrita en una cantidad de 10% o más y 60% o menos en términos de relación de área, y martensita, bainita, y austenita retenida en una cantidad total de 40% o más y 90% o menos en términos de relación de área. El segundo recocido incluye calentamiento a una temperatura de recocido de 750 °C o superior y 850 °C o inferior, mantenimiento a la temperatura de recocido durante 10 segundos o más y 500 segundos o menos, enfriamiento a una velocidad de enfriamiento promedio de 1 °C/s o más y 15 °C/s o menos, realización de un tratamiento de galvanización, y enfriamiento a una temperatura de 150 °C o inferior a una velocidad de enfriamiento promedio de 5 °C/s o más y 100 °C/s o menos con el fin para obtener una lámina de acero que tiene una microestructura de acero que incluye, en términos de relación de área, 10% o más y 60% o menos de ferrita y, en términos de relación de área, 40% o más y 90% o menos de martensita.
