Abstract
Described is a bunk bed with a foldable support structure with screw less fastening means, this invention being based on providing quickness and safety to the assembly process and use thereof, also avoiding the use of tools for assembling the same. In order to achieve this target, special fastening means are used, which allow a safe attachment to be obtained without slack or play. In such a manner, the invention provides a previous arrangement and handle for saving space. The bunk bed may be modified by making changes to the aesthetic design of the bed, changing the decoration or the size of each one of the parts provided that the manufacturing system keeps the pre-assembly of the front and lateral frames and most important the use of the fastening mechanism herein described.

DESCRIPTION
OBJECT OF THE INVENTION
The object of the present invention is to provide support means for rest or rest, particularly a structure of a litter of easy and quick assembly by means of a proper mechanism of restraint without the need to use screws or additional tools at the time of its installation.
BACKGROUND
It is called "litter" when a bed is embedded another bed in a vertical way on top so that it can be used to put a person in a safe way that saves space. The bunk is composed primarily of two headboards, two footboards, two mattress supports and two handrails at the top. Generally a bunk is built with these parts separated for their transfer and commercial screws are used to join them so their assembly becomes delayed.
There are many types and designs of berths it is common that this one bed on the other there are known in the state of the art some inventions like the one presented in the Spanish document ES 1063706 U which presents a bunk deployable from the roof of a vehicle without However, the present invention provides a structure capable of being placed in any environment as long as it is provided with a firm and regular floor, you can also find examples such as the Spanish document ES 2147899 which has litter support consists of a support mounted to allow a pivoting movement about a first axis of rotation between a generally horizontal elevated storage position and a generally vertical lowering position and a pivotable bed mounted on the support to have a turning movement, said support provides different particularly horizontal deployment means to the object of the present application which is of deployment disposition ue vertical like the Spanish folding bunk of the document ES 1015388 that presents another option of collapsible bunk nevertheless has in its installation requirements of use of tools for fixation and support.
BRIEF DESCRIPTION OF THE FIGURES
Figure No. 1 shows the bunk of the present invention fully assembled and its main components in their normal use form.
Figure 2 shows the pre-assembled front frame with the two side frames partially collapsed by the use of the rotary attachment elements.
Figure No.3 shows the horizontal support frame of this frame, of which two equal pieces are required, one to form the lower bed and the other one for the upper bed.

Figure No. 5 shows an approach to the joining of side frames by using the rotary union elements.
Figure No. 6 shows the female element in the quick clamping system of the present invention.
Figure No. 7 shows the male element in the quick clamping system of the present invention.
Figure No. 8 shows the quick fastening system of the present invention coupled. Figure No. 9 shows the sequence of deployment of the front and side frames. Figure No. 10 shows the assembly sequence of the horizontal support frames and guardrail frame in the present invention.
DETAILED DESCRIPTION OF THE INVENTION
A bunk with a deployable support structure and fastening means absent of screws is described, as shown in Figure 1, which comprises a front frame (1), with ladder, attached to a pair of side frames (2) by means of rotating fastening means (3), preferably hinges, which allow you to fold down the side frames as seen in Figure 2; said front frame (1) has fixed extensions (4) for the support of at least a pair of horizontal support frames (5); such horizontal support frames are formed of a rigid structure, as seen in Figure No. 3, which is able to support a mattress and has elements of a rapid fastening system fixed permanently, preferably by welding its connection with the side frames (2) and a railing frame (6), as shown in Figure No. 4, which is fixed to the side frames (2) in the upper part opposite the front frame (1) by means of the same fastening system.
In figure No. 5, an approach to the front frame connection (1) with side frame (2) can be seen by means of a rotary fastening element (3).
The clamping mechanism used to secure the assembly of the horizontal support frames (5) and the handrail frame (ó) to the side frames (2) is comprised of a plate welded to the side frame, for, its effect we will call "element" Female "(7), as shown in Figure No. 6, with a pair of perforations designed specifically to allow the entry of two riveted bolts to a second plate, which we will call" element "
Male "(8), as illustrated in Figure No. 7, which is welded to the horizontal support frame (5) and the railing frame (ó), which when entering laterally allows it to lower to its working position and since the female element (7) has a small notch towards the inside, as shown in Figure No. 8, it is secured by pressing it on the same female element (7) and thus allowing a secure hold without play or slack as shown. in Figure No. 1 1, that is to say that the horizontal support frame (5) is fastened to the side frame (2) in a secure, quick and tight manner. the same system being safe in its position.
BEST WAY OF USE OF THE INVENTION
The easy and quick assembly of this Litter is based on the following:
1. - As presented in sequence according to Figure 9, The pre-assembly of the Front Frame with the side frames by means of commercial hinges (100) and are thus sent in the sales packaging, in such a way that to put it in its assembly position only it is necessary to open them (200) until they reach their right-angled position (300). 2.- Placing the 2 horizontal support frames (400, 500, 600) and the railing frame (700) by means of a rapid clamping system developed for this purpose that does not require screws and that when assembled is perfectly assembled. Bunk, as seen in Figure No.1
Claims (2)
1. A bunk with deployable support structure and means of fastening absent of screws characterized in that it is comprised of a front frame, with ladder, attached to a pair of side frames by means of rotary fastening preferably hinges, which allow you to fold the side frames; said front frame has fixed extensions for supporting at least a pair of horizontal support frames; such horizontal support frames are formed of a rigid structure capable of supporting a mattress and features elements of a rapid fastening system fixed permanently, preferably by welding for its connection with the side frames and a railing frame, which is Fixed to the side frames in the upper part opposite to the side frames by the same fastening system.
2. The bunk with deployable support structure and fastening means absent of screws according to claim 1 characterized in that the clamping mechanism used to ensure the assembly of the support frames horizontal and the railing frame to the side frames is comprised of a plate preferably welded to the side frame, for its effect we will call "female element" a pair of perforations designed specifically to allow the entry of two riveted bolts to a second plate, which its effect will be called "Macho element"; which is welded to the horizontal support frame and the rail frame, which when entering laterally allows it to lower to its working position and as the female element has a small notch towards the inside, the frame is secured by pressing it on the same element Female thus allowing a secure grip and without play or slack, in turn the railing frame is joined by the same system being safe in its position.
