Deltagelse i internasjonale turneringer
rediger- I UEFA-cupen 2002/2003 slo Sūduva ut norske Brann etter sammenlagt 6-3. Deres neste motstandere var Celtic FC fra Skottland som viste seg å være for sterke. Celtic vant 10-1 sammenlagt og det skotske laget kom til slutt på andreplass i turneringen etter å møtt FC Porto i finalen.
- I UEFA-cupen 2006/2007 gikk laget videre fra første kvalifiseringsrunde etter sammenlagt 2-1 mot Rhyl FC fra Wales. I andre kvalifiseringsrunde ble Sūduva slått ut av Club Brugge fra Belgia.
- I UEFA-cupen 2007/2008 møtte Sūduva igjen Brann etter å ha slått ut Dungannon Swifts FC i første kvalifiseringsrunde. Denne gangen fikk klubben fra Bergen sin hevn og Sūduva gikk nok en gang ut i andre kvalifiseringsrunde (klubben har aldri kommet lenger).
- Klubben prøver seg nok en gang internasjonalt i UEFA-cupen 2008/2009 når de skal møte The New Saints FC i første kvalifiseringsrunde.
