De 5-sterrenreview van Mirba:
I think I've become an eggs benedict connoisseur because I tend to order that when at brunch. I'm pretty sure I've had it a double-digit amount of times in SF. I had the biscuits and gravy benedict at Maven.
It sounds heavy, but it was actually the lightest eggs benedict I've ever had. From bottom to top: Half a fluffy, spongey biscuit (the flour was yellow, maybe it was potato flour), a slice of herby chicken sausage (it was nice and moist), a perfectly poached egg (plump, the yolk was runny), and then the gravy. It was a fresh take on gravy as it tasted like it had green onion or leeks in it. It came with a side of chili potatoes.
It was definitely the lightest eggs benedict, and one of the tastiest in the city hands down.
