Roxana Davis is The Economist’s head of research. Her department provides data and research for journalists, creates charts and fact-checks articles in print and online. The research department puts together the Big Mac index, the commodity-price index and the economic and financial indicators. Before joining the newspaper in 2007, Roxana graduated from Bristol University with a BSc in Economics.
