Evans (USVI), 1979-1981; Special Assistant, U.S. Small Business Administration; Director of Public Affairs, Bold Concepts, Inc. 1986-present; President/Founder Victims' Rights Foundation 1996-present; UpCounty Regional Services Director, Montgomery County Government, 2022-2024; Married; three children; two grandchildren.
