Labels and descriptions

edit

Please, read Help:Label and Help:Description. Regards. Carlosmg.dg (talk) 23:01, 11 April 2018 (UTC)Reply

  • itp.

film title

edit

Hey Eurohunter,

I undid your edit here. There is no place for labels to set the source, so what do you mean with the description of your edit "no source"? The source is the "Lexikon des internationalen Films", see identifier of the item, it is the first instance for titles of movies in the German Wikipedia, so this is the right label for this item. Why did you add the title "Defilada" for the German label? Where is this title from, as it is not the German title of the movie?

edit

Hi!

I saw you changed the label of ISNI (P213) to "ISNI ID". I reverted that because that is redundant: the last "I" of "ISNI" already stands for "Identifier".

Unconstructive edits and undos on Q63184502

edit

Hello. Next time before you undo edit like you did here, please inform me on my discussion page, since your undo including this one seems very unconstructive. And, could you please explain this undo in particular? First you add all that labels on +50 languages (see history), and then you remove all the labels with undo, that's seems very unconstructive ... Regards. Kirilloparma (talk) 14:17, 7 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Kirilloparma: 957789837 was simply mistake and was later what you should notice cancelled by me. The more important question would be how is this edit constructive? What is the point of adding completly incorrect label in incorrect language? If you want to remove label, first article need to be deleted from RUwiki so label "PlayStation 5" need to be temporarly restored (till the article deletion). Eurohunter (talk) 20:50, 7 July 2019 (UTC)Reply
I didn't noticed this "See here on ruwiki "Комментарии" section (with source) about name "Next-generation PlayStation"". In this case you should first move article on RUwiki then correct label. Eurohunter (talk) 20:53, 7 July 2019 (UTC)Reply

Sauber

edit

Ahora te toca traducir a ti. --Adriel 00 (talk) 17:12, 24 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Adriel 00: There are two different subjects. Formula One team called Sauber and motorsoport activities of Sauber Group called "Sauber Motorsport". Spanish article refferes to the first one because lead start from "Sauber F1 Team" which is clearly part of bigger "Sauber Motorsport". "Sauber Motorsport" and "Sauber F1 Team" were both part of Sauber Group (commonly named "Sauber"). Eurohunter (talk) 16:34, 31 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

--Adriel 00 (talk) 19:57, 31 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Adriel 00: No. ESWP article is clearly just about F1 team but include section for other Sauber activities in motorsport (whole motorsport activity of Sauber is mentioned in article about F1 team) while ENWP is dedicated not only for F1 team but also for whole Sauber activities in motorsport (F1 team is mentioned in article about whole motorsport activity of Sauber). It's very simple and if you don't want to stop messing it or adjust lead of ESWP article as well as add infobox for Sauber motorsport company and change the name or article your activity will be perceived as vandalism and I will start thread on WD:Chat about it. Why remove this? Have you ever read Wikipedia article covering multiple topics (Q21484471)? For such items, there are already consensus for years that main subject (P921) should be used instead of has part(s) (P527). --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 04:46, 29 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

@Liuxinyu970226: I removed this because it caused problems at some articles. I don't rememember but it probably was Q5595149. Wikipedia article covering multiple topics (Q21484471) and has part(s) (P527) are different because has part(s) (P527) don't need to be "main" subject in common sense. Eurohunter (talk) 18:14, 29 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Eurohunter: And why this item is not suitable for main subject (P921)? Or how about considering has edition or translation (P747)-edition or translation of (P629) combination which is more commonly used for literary works (and sometimes BDs/DVDs/CDs)? --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 21:41, 29 August 2019 (UTC)Reply
@Liuxinyu970226: There are articles about series of cars or other products which has more and less common items. Eurohunter (talk) 17:55, 30 August 2019 (UTC)Reply

About tr:Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas müziği   Hello, I'm Liuxinyu970226. Welcome to Wikidata! I noticed that you recently removed a link from Q64547511, but didn't add it anywhere else. Maybe tr:Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas ses parçaları should be Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas Official Soundtrack (Q64547511) and tr:Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas müziği should be soundtracks of Grand Theft Auto: San Andreas (Q55675394)? --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 23:05, 10 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
By the way, I should point that for "official soundtrack"s, their cover titles are also commonly translated to Chinese in sinophone music-shop sites (even you're a Spotify fun and can't believe that), e.g. they translate "「名探偵コナン 紺青の拳」オリジナル•サウンドトラック" as "动画电影《名侦探柯南:绀青之拳》原声带" as per [2]. But thanks for you not removing Chinese translation. --Liuxinyu970226 (talk) 23:12, 10 October 2019 (UTC)Reply
It's huge problem because almost each Wikipedia version has own version of this soundtrack in game and released soundtrack (both are separate things and there is few released soundtracks, not only this one - main). Some Wikipedia versions are mixing released soundtrack with in game soundtrack, some doing it in half (editors didn't knew they should separate released soundtrack or soundtracks and soundtrack in game or they named it incorrectly). Turkish article seems to be totally messed. Eurohunter (talk) 13:16, 12 October 2019 (UTC)Reply

Call for participation in the interview study with Wikidata editors

edit

Dear Eurohunter,

I hope you are doing good,

I am Kholoud, a researcher at the King’s College London, and I work on a project as part of my PhD research that develops a personalized recommendation system to suggest Wikidata items for the editors based on their interests and preferences. I am collaborating on this project with Elena Simperl and Miaojing Shi.

I would love to talk with you to know about your current ways to choose the items you work on in Wikidata and understand the factors that might influence such a decision. Your cooperation will give us valuable insights into building a recommender system that can help improve your editing experience.

Participation is completely voluntary. You have the option to withdraw at any time. Your data will be processed under the terms of UK data protection law (including the UK General Data Protection Regulation (UK GDPR) and the Data Protection Act 2018). The information and data that you provide will remain confidential; it will only be stored on the password-protected computer of the researchers. We will use the results anonymized (?) to provide insights into the practices of the editors in item selection processes for editing and publish the results of the study to a research venue. If you decide to take part, we will ask you to sign a consent form, and you will be given a copy of this consent form to keep.

If you’re interested in participating and have 15-20 minutes to chat (I promise to keep the time!), please either contact me on kholoudsaa@gmail.com or use this form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSdmmFHaiB20nK14wrQJgfrA18PtmdagyeRib3xGtvzkdn3Lgw/viewform?usp=sf_link with your choice of the times that work for you.

I’ll follow up with you to figure out what method is the best way for us to connect.

Please contact me using the email mentioned above if you have any questions or require more information about this project.

Thank you for considering taking part in this research.

Regards

Kholoud

Aston Martin F1

edit

Dear Eurohunter, I am native Turkish speaker and Turkish Wikipedia admin, Turkish Wikipedia Aston Martin F1 takımı page same with English Wikipedia Aston Martin in Formula One. I has to be connect with same Wikidata link. You can see on infobox on both language this teams established 1959. Regarrds, Sakhalinio (talk) 06:02, 27 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Sakhalinio: Aston Martin in Formula One is not just F1 team but involvment of Aston Martin in Formula One (team, engines and other activities). Eurohunter (talk) 15:41, 27 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
You don't know Turkish Wikipedia mentality, we are using same base English Wikipedia. It has to be connect with same wikidata item. Regards, Sakhalinio (talk) 18:56, 27 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
I don't think any Wikipedia has own "mentality". Can you understand that there is "Formula One team", "Formula One constructor", "Formula One engine manufacturer" and other activities like "sponsorship of Formula One team" included in Aston Martin in Formula One while Turkish Wikipedia only describes "Formula One team"/"Formula One constructor"?
"Aston Martin F1 takımı" ≠ "Aston Martin in Formula One"
"Formula 1'de Aston Martin" (?) = "Aston Martin in Formula One"
"Aston Martin F1 takımı" = "Aston Martin F1 team"
@Sakhalinio: Why is it even named "F1 takımı"? Why you even use something like "Aston Martin F1 team" istead of name "Aston Martin F1 Team" but in this case more accurate would be "Aston Martin Cognizant F1 Team" because it is name of that team. Eurohunter (talk) 16:30, 28 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
Dear Eurohunter, If you click on the here Aston Martin, it is redirecting en:Aston Martin in Formula One, if click here Aston Martin, you can go the same tr:Aston Martin F1 takımı. Turkish Wikipedia and English Wikipedia is same related article. You can check same example on en:Renault in Formula One tr:Renault Formula 1 takımı. Regards, Sakhalinio (talk) 12:13, 30 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
You made it this one it is useful for now. Thanks, Sakhalinio (talk) 12:22, 30 May 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Sakhalinio: [Conflict edit] It is not the same article otherwise it would have the same name (just translated) so we are not connecting related articles but exact articles at Wikidata like in mentioned case of Renault (Renault team and whole activity of Renault in Formula 1) so I have linked en:Aston Martin F1 Team to David Brown Corporation (Q2704273). Eurohunter (talk) 12:24, 30 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

Grand Prix dates

edit

Per Wikidata:WikiProject Motorsports, P585 should be used for the date a race starts (not qualifying or other preliminaries). Using P585 allows reports on recent and upcoming races to populate correctly. This should not conflict with also using P580 and P582. You reverted a bunch of my edits which were done in good faith. I would appeciate it if you would conside reinstating my edits. --CroMagnonMan (talk) 17:55, 31 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

@CroMagnonMan: It's item for whole Grand Prix so one date can't be used here. You can create item for every session for each Grand Prix so for example item for "Race of Grand Prix Monaco 2021", "Qualifying of Grand Prix Monaco 2021" etc. Eurohunter (talk) 21:27, 31 May 2021 (UTC)Reply

David Brown Corporation (Q2704273) & Aston Martin F1 Team (Q104620704) Why don't you merged it? The unique IDs are the same. Palotabarát (talk) 16:36, 6 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Palotabarát: What ID do you mean? David Brown Corporation (Q2704273) is for 1959-1960 and 2021 team while Aston Martin F1 Team (Q104620704) is only for 2021 team. Eurohunter (talk) 16:52, 6 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
But why is this data not included in the item? Where is the year 1959 written? Why is the data repeated in the Identifiers section? Why isn't it written that different from (P1889)? Why did you leave the Q104620704 in it "said to be the same as (P460): different from (P1889)? Don’t just make a reversal, add data please. Palotabarát (talk) 17:22, 6 June 2021 (UTC)Reply
@Palotabarát: I added and updated data but how I can indicate difference in partially coincident with (P1382) = qualifier "Difference" = first appearance (P4584) = 1959 (1959 vs 2021)?. Eurohunter (talk) 19:04, 6 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

I think so: it is clearly separated into two:
Q2704273 and Q104620704
inception (P571)
dissolved, abolished or demolished date (P576)
replaces (P1365), replaced by (P1366)
different from (P1889)

Sample/sampling

edit

Hi! The Finnish Wikipedia article "Sample" is an article about both samples and sampling itself. There's no article "samplaaminen" (sampling) in the Finnish Wikipedia and I doubt there will be one as one article already explains what sampling is. Regards, Regards, Sullay (Let's talk about it) 17:33, 29 June 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Sullay: Hello. Defintion explains what sample is and sampling is only mentioning after. "Sample" is dominatimg in this article and itself is named "Sample" not "Sampling" and you probably can't describe sample without mentioning sampling. I created and connected redirect to samplaaminen. It is possible to re-write and transform article to article about sampling but some other Wikipedias just describe "sample" or "sampling" so they can't be connected into single item at Wikidata. Ministry of Sound

edit

FYI - I rewrote Russian article Delasse (talk) 14:49, 30 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

@Delasse: I have noticed but there is no one "Ministry of Sound". "Ministry of Sound" officialy "Ministry of Sound Group" is a entertainment company which is owner of "Ministry of Sound" nightclubs and "Ministry of Sound" record label (we can say 3 different and independent forms of business in Wikidata terms, just 3 separate things). Russian article only mention "Ministry of Sound" as nightclubs so it has own item. You can re-write Russian article so it would desrcibe whole "Ministry of Sound" entertainment company, not just "Ministry of Sound" nightclubs. Eurohunter (talk) 14:55, 30 July 2021 (UTC)Reply

reissue (Q107528347)

edit

Hi Eurohunter,

Please stop changing the label of reissue (Q107528347). This entity is about musical reissue, and the english wikipedia article associated with this entity is about musical reissue. If there is a problem about the title of the english wikipedia article, change the title in the wikipedia article, not the label in the wikidata entity. reissue (Q107528347) has been created explicitly to handle the difference between reissue in general (reissue (Q2568454)), and reissue in the field of music. If a wikipedia article is misplaced or mistitled, please change this. But don't change the label of the entity that has been named this way intentionally to prevent confusion with a more general entity.

Thank you,

CaLéValab (talk) 22:53, 10 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

I know but musical reissue is called "reissue", not "musical reissue" so there is no reason to change in Wikidata item without previous change in ENWP article. Eurohunter (talk) 22:57, 10 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
In this way, we could rename the entity "reissue (music)", but we have to keep the label of reissue (Q107528347) different from the label of reissue (Q2568454). Otherwise most contributors would most likely confuse both, many entities would be misdiscribed, and lots of cleaning would be needed regularly. CaLéValab (talk) 23:05, 10 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
@CaLéValab: If name at ENWP is disambugated in brackets we skip it but if it's "describing full name" we don't. It's not confusing - there is description "reissue of a musical work" and the name remains "reissue". Eurohunter (talk) 08:21, 11 November 2021 (UTC)Reply
Alright then, I correct the entity as it should be. Sorry for the trouble, I did not know this rule about disambiguation. CaLéValab (talk) 12:23, 11 November 2021 (UTC)Reply

FilmPolski

Hej! Call for participation in a task-based online experiment

edit

Dear Eurohunter,

I hope you are doing good,

I am Kholoud, a researcher at King's College London, and I work on a project as part of my PhD research, in which I have developed a personalised recommender system that suggests Wikidata items for the editors based on their past edits. I am collaborating on this project with Elena Simperl and Miaojing Shi.

I am inviting you to a task-based study that will ask you to provide your judgments about the relevance of the items suggested by our system based on your previous edits. Participation is completely voluntary, and your cooperation will enable us to evaluate the accuracy of the recommender system in suggesting relevant items to you. We will analyse the results anonymised, and they will be published to a research venue.

The study will start in late January 2022 or early February 2022, and it should take no more than 30 minutes.

If you agree to participate in this study, please either contact me at kholoud.alghamdi@kcl.ac.uk or use this form https://docs.google.com/forms/d/e/1FAIpQLSees9WzFXR0Vl3mHLkZCaByeFHRrBy51kBca53euq9nt3XWog/viewform?usp=sf_link I will contact you with the link to start the study.

For more information about the study, please read this post: https://www.wikidata.org/wiki/User:Kholoudsaa In case you have further questions or require more information, don't hesitate to contact me through my mentioned email.

Thank you for considering taking part in this research.

Regards

Comments in archive

edit

Hi! I reverted your changes to Wikidata:Requests_for_deletions/Archive/2021/B/basshunter because we don't normally continue conversations once they have been archived. If you want to request undeletion, the correct path would be to start a new discussion on WD:AN. I recommend that you be specific about the items to be restored and, if you plan to offer new sources or other arguments to establish notability, you include those in your initial request. YouTube auto-generated video (Q64727712) example

edit

Can you share an example of a YouTube auto-generated video (Q64727712)? I can't seem to find them on YouTube. Lectrician1 (talk) 02:50, 13 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

@Lectrician1: Few examples: [3], [4], [5]. Eurohunter (talk) 10:12, 13 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
OHhhhhhh, I'm just confused by the english label and the description for the property. The English label said "YouTube auto-generated film" and film usually means a movie. The description said "automatically generated channel for a film on YouTube" and these aren't channels but videos/songs. I have fixed the item to clear up this. They don't exist anymore for non-music topics. I think you're thinking of this: YouTube auto-generated artist channel (Q72108010) Lectrician1 (talk) 18:29, 13 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

idRef / SUDOC

edit

Hi: In cawiki this identifier is usually known as SUDOC (Système universitaire de documentation). Please, do not change the name in catalan,--Ferran Mir (talk) 08:53, 25 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

@Ferran Mir: Why it is known under wrong or outdated name? Update CAWP instead. Something like "idRef SUDOC" would be original research. Eurohunter (talk) 18:35, 25 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
It's not a wrong neither outdated name. If you see the VIAF, the identifier is also named SUDOC, not idRef.--Ferran Mir (talk) 09:02, 26 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Ferran Mir: idRef is a database with its own interface which is produced by institutions like Sudoc, Calames and Star so calling it SUDOC id would be totally incorrect and fake. "L'interface publique IdRef permet la consultation des notices d'autorités produites par les établissements membres des réseaux documentaires de l'ESR (Sudoc, Calames, Star)." from idref.fr. In short idRef database is produced by Sudoc, Calames and Star - members of l'ESR network. Eurohunter (talk) 09:26, 26 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
Frankly speaking... Is it a very problem for you (or for anybody) to maintain the word SUDOC in the description of cawiki?--Ferran Mir (talk) 10:02, 26 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Ferran Mir: Why is that hard to you to change name in CAWP? Name should be fixed on CAWP in first place. Why would you like to keep wrong/fake and missleading name at CAWP? Eurohunter (talk) 10:05, 26 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
By the same reason that VIAF has not changed the name: Because many users are usualy using the identifier with that name.--Ferran Mir (talk) 11:00, 26 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Ferran Mir: If the producers changed name of the databse what is the problem to update it? Normally we update names so what is the problem? Who cares about VIAF? They should update name too and maybe someone has to contact them to remind or they eventually they wil update it in the future. Eurohunter (talk) 11:46, 26 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
I give up: Do what you want. Keeping in mind that you are not a cawiki user.--Ferran Mir (talk) 11:55, 26 February 2022 (UTC)Reply
@Ferran Mir: "CAWP user" is not a thing. Wikipedia is one and I'm one of the Wikipedians and I also contribute CAWP. Just update CAWP - there is no problem with it. Eurohunter (talk) 12:01, 26 February 2022 (UTC)Reply

F1 Grand Prix = F1 motor race

VG-Lista and Topplista

edit

Thank you for clearing this up! I see an editor on nowiki merged the two articles in 2021 with the basis of "It's the new name for the list". I can't find any sources supporting this claim, so thank you for bringing that to light! EdoAug (talk) 11:51, 18 August 2022 (UTC)Reply

Wait, hold up. I think I understand the mix-up. Both VG-lista and Topplista are run by the same organization (IFPI), and the hit list (which is described in the item) isn't retrieved from VG-lista. The information is retrieved from Topplista(.no). The name VG-lista is more used for the concerts that are being held under the name «VG-lista Topp 20». EdoAug (talk) 11:58, 18 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
@EdoAug: No. Nothing changed. VG-lista publish charts since I remember so aleast for over 10 years. Eurohunter (talk) 12:11, 18 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
I'm starting an internal discussion about this on the Norwegian (bokmål) project. VG-lista started in 1958, and Topplista's database goes back to the same date. It's feasible that the operation of the list has transferred to Topplista, especially as the lists are under the same organization. (edit: It's also worth noting that a majority of the Wikipedia articles linking to VG-lista (Q940366) are writing about the music chart. Please don't revert information about it and say "It's not a music chart", when it very much is. If the chart has been moved to the name Topplista, so should the entry, and a new one can arise for the concert and website.) EdoAug (talk) 12:17, 18 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
@EdoAug: VG-lista obviously is not a record chart - it is just a website or organisation eventually which publish these charts. "Topp 40 Album" or "Topp 20 Single" and the other are actually record charts. Eurohunter (talk) 15:33, 18 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
That's kind of the issue. I'm still awaiting reply from the editor that performed the merge in 2021 on nowiki, but this is perceived differently in Norway, the place where the lists originate from. I'm pointing towards the article (dubious source in this one case) in Great Norwegian Encyclopedia (Q746368) here, where it is called a record chart (Q373899) (alias).
The point of the change from VG-lista to Topplista (still waiting for information) is because the articles connected to the item (and the item itself) should be focused on the chart, rather than the other content of the website (which you seem focused on). The chart is used as authority on popularity of music much like Billboard Hot 100 (Q180072) and I think the cross-wiki edits that you are performing to remove that connection (as VG-lista as a music chart) is counter-productive, uninformed and disruptive. If anything, (and we haven't made a final decision on nowiki about this) the articles referencing to VG-lista as a music chart should potentially be moved to "Topplista", and a new space should be left for the music concert VG-lista Topp 20 (if notable). What it appears to me is that you are judging this solely as a website simply because it is connected to the internet, and you are ignoring the (historical) usage and expectations of the website. EdoAug (talk) 16:45, 18 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
As a further update, keep in mind that the website/url has not always been focused on what it is now, which is another reason (possibly) why it has been changed to Topplista instead. Here is an archived version of the website from 2014, showcasing that the main point of the website was to show the hitlists rather than the concerts and news articles. It was used as the official music chart of sales in Norway (a music chart/hitlist) and a digital version of the then-popular physical newspaper VG (in which VG-lista would appear) EdoAug (talk) 16:48, 18 August 2022 (UTC)Reply
@EdoAug: I did not read the whole answer yet but whatever if you know what record chart is then "VG-lista" isn't because it's website or organisation. Record charts are "Topp 40 Album" or "Topp 20 Single" similar case to other charts and its organisations/websites like Billboard and its charts or Official Charts and its charts. następca vs. następnik

edit

Pozdrawiam, Chrumps 21:19, 5 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

:) Chrumps 22:01, 6 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

Israeli-Palestinian conflict

edit

If you revert instance of occupied territory as "nonsense" how is it you did not revert the previous edit instance of territorial dispute? Fyi, there is no territorial dispute, it IS occupied territory.Selfstudier (talk) 19:02, 13 September 2022 (UTC)Reply

OK, I changed it to an instance of military occupation and that was reverted (and I have restored it). What is the basis for adding "instances", are they not supposed to be reflected in the parent WP article? The words "territorial dispute" appear nowhere in the WP parent article whereas "military occupation" appears in the opening paragraph of the lead "The current Israeli-Palestinian status quo began following Israeli military occupation of the Palestinian territories in the 1967 Six-Day War." P5654 (P5654)

edit

Hi Eurohunter, I see that you have reverted this edit. Actually P5654 (P5654) has to be replaced by the newly created Radio France person ID (P10780) because Radio France (Q2120364) has modified recently its website so that all previous URL for single radio have been merged to radiofrance.fr website (France Culture person ID (DEPRECATED) (P5301) is also involved). That is why it is planned to shift from P5654 (P5654) and France Culture person ID (DEPRECATED) (P5301) to Radio France person ID (P10780) and ask for deletion of {P|5654}} and France Culture person ID (DEPRECATED) (P5301) once it will be done. A constrain has been added to P5654 (P5654) for that purpose. Hope this makes things clearer. Pamputt (talk) 18:47, 5 November 2022 (UTC)Reply

Alfa Romeo F1

edit

Hey, I don't know why you reversed my edit when you don't speak Bulgarian, but I've fixed it again, so please don't reverse it again. I've linked the correct one to the English version that was used originally, what you're doing is returning old redirections. PirinP (talk) 07:32, 20 June 2024 (UTC)Reply

@PirinP: Hello. These are two different items. Alfa Romeo in Formula One (Q65960697) is about the whole activity of Alfa Romeo brand in Formula One as team, constructor, engine supplier and sponsor while Alfa Romeo Racing (Q622489) is just about constructor and team so Alfa Romeo Racing (Q622489) is just a part of Alfa Romeo in Formula One (Q65960697). It's not the same item. Look at properties at Wikidata, instance of (P31), part of (P361), facet of (P1269), different from (P1889). How do you say "Alfa Romeo in Formula One" in Bulgarian? I could add redirect then. Eurohunter (talk) 15:56, 20 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
The Bulgarian article is about the entire activity of the company in F1, so it's now linked to the right version in English. Why do you even edit if you haven't checked with Google Translate and can't understand the language? PirinP (talk) 10:36, 21 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
@PirinP: Then move article to "Alfa Romeo in Formula 1" in Bulgarian because article name is incorrect. Eurohunter (talk) 21:02, 21 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
@PirinP: Title is still not changed. Eurohunter (talk) 21:30, 30 June 2024 (UTC)Reply
I will change it today, although I don't think it's necessary (for example Alfa Romeo F1 in the English version is redirecting to the same English Article: https://en.wikipedia.org/w/index.php?title=Alfa_Romeo_F1&redirect=no) and I don't see why you interfere in the titles of Wikipedia articles where you don't speak the language. PirinP (talk) 08:10, 1 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
@PirinP: One more time. "en:Alfa Romeo F1" (full name "Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake") is just a Formula One team and only while en:Alfa Romeo in Formula One is the whole activity of en:Alfa Romeo such as role of engine supplier, sponsorship and also team "Alfa Romeo F1" (full name Alfa Romeo F1 Team Stake). So technically we could have two articles "en:Alfa Romeo in Formula One" and "en:Alfa Romeo F1" which wold be extension of en:Alfa Romeo in Formula One. You can look at this in this order: en:Alfa Romeo in motorsporten:Alfa Romeo in Formula Oneen:Alfa Romeo F1. Eurohunter (talk) 15:54, 1 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

driver's seat (Q55670179)

do you have a photo for this that I may understand it more easily?-- Bernice Heiderman (talk) 20:27, 6 July 2024 (UTC)Reply

@Bernice Heiderman: It's just the seat of driver in the car, so it's "driver's seat"? Eurohunter (talk) 12:26, 7 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
Is there any difference to car seat (Q220223)?--Bernice Heiderman (talk) 13:14, 7 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
@Bernice Heiderman: Yes because this is just driver's set while car seat (Q220223) is just any seat in car. Eurohunter (talk) 13:20, 7 July 2024 (UTC)Reply
