Meta Verified for creators is a paid subscription that supports you across Instagram and Facebook.
Learn about payments for Meta Verified creator subscriptions below.
Recurring payments
Meta Verified creator subscriptions are charged on a monthly basis and automatically renew every month.
You will automatically be charged every month from your initial payment date, until you choose to
cancel your subscription.
- Example: If you purchased your subscription on January 24th, you will be charged again on February 24th, March 24th, and so on.
Manage payment methods
You can view payment methods on file, change your default payment method, and remove payment methods.
Any changes to your default payment method will take effect at the end of your current billing cycle. To keep your subscription active, you need to have at least one payment method on file at all times.
We recommend adding a backup payment method. If your default payment method fails for any reason, your backup payment will be charged to keep your subscription active.
View payment history
You can view your subscription payment history including payment amount, date, and status.
Refunds
Meta Verified refunds are available if you didn't successfully complete the verification process within 3 days or if we weren't able to verify your identity. Refunds are returned to the original payment method used to purchase the subscription.
Cancel subscription
You can cancel your Meta Verified subscription at any time. To avoid getting charged for another billing cycle, you need to cancel your subscription at least 24 hours before your next payment date.
