Aly Higgins (she/her) is the Content Strategist at the University of Arizona Libraries where she coordinates and supports web content projects to help improve student, faculty, and staff experience. Aly previously worked at the University of Arizona as a writing instructor and has written, presented, and taught on user experience (UX) research methods, web writing, and content strategy.
