Kiangnanum,[1][2] Sinice 江南 Jiāngnán, est antiqua provincia Sinarum, urbe capitali Nanchino, quae magna parte in provincias Zhejiang et Jiangsu divisa est, partibus minoribus in Anhui et Jiangxi receptis. Regio capitalis gastronomiae Sinensis censetur.[3]
