Excellent hotel, very good reception so polite and friendly, , very good quality staff. Location so good so cotton metro. And market also shopping area 💯👍l like it, definitely I recommend to you.
The location is the real selling point. You honestly couldn't hope for better. In a wonderful, fashionable neighbourhood with major attractions within easy walking distance. Price was very reasonable and the room (standard double) was a good size. Bathroom could do with a revamp but everything worked well and it was still very comfortable. Tiny lift that you might struggle with if you have massive suitcases. Reception staff helpful. Fridge in room was useful.
Outstanding! The staff, hotel, location, all outstanding. We stayed in room 205 for 8 days with a view of Eiffel Tower. Great size room with a small couch and plenty of room to stretch out in. The staff were very helpful and friendly. This hotel is located in the Montmartre district but this part was quite and an easy walk to the Metro to get around Paris. I would highly recommend this hotel. Merci!
Hôtel très bien situé. À deux pas des Champs-Elysées et Arc de triomphe. Le personnel est sympathique et serviable. La literie est très bonne et au niveau de l'insonorisation c'est bien.
Greeted well and allowed to check in early. Paperwork needs doing - it’s a bit complicated but reception did their best with my awful French! Lifts to rooms. They are small but comfortable beds and warm quilts. As it is so central - bring ear plugs if you are a light sleeper. Room cleaned well. Towels and toiletries provided. It may be useful to provide some cups/glasses for bedside water. Checking out was fine. It’s very cheap, you can walk to Sacre Coeur, metro is 2 mins and it looks like the whole area is undergoing an upgrade. Lots of bars and restaurants nearby. I would go back.
I can’t praise them enough. Paris is my favorite city I can’t have enough of it however the high hospitality they provided was outstanding. Let me name them and thank them one by one for my most amazing stay in Paris the lovely Karin, Asan, Clement, William, Mobido, Jocelyn and Hassan. I have been in touch with them at some point of my stay at check in, check out, breakfast, or when I was running in and out of the hotel running to a museum or a restaurant, yet again a new outfit they were my best cheerleaders. I do appreciate you all please give them the biggest applause. The lady in the red beret.
AAvelineI thoroughly enjoyed my stay at Artus Hotel and I was lucky to chance upon this hotel during my search. There are so many options and recommendations out there. I'm glad I chose this hotel for my maiden trip to Paris.
First, the location. I can walk to the major landmarks like River Seine, Louvre, 'Dorsay museum, Notre Dame, etc. It is located close to St Germaine, so there are many charming streets to roam about and many options for food and supplies. I feel safe wandering around on my own as a solo female traveller.
Second, the place is tastefully decorated. I like my room which has windows that overlook the streets as well as the decor. The bed is so comfortable that I slept very well during the three nights I was there. The housekeeping staff also kept the room clean and I like that the hotel embraces environmental practices. The only thing is that the yellow lights in the room can be a bit dim, but the white light used in the bathroom is bright.
Third, the staff. I was greeted by a lady when I checked in and she is so understanding, patient and nice with me. I would like to commend her for her great personality and attitude, but I missed getting her name. The other staff I met are equally friendly and nice (two young ladies, one named Li/Yang; and another gentleman). Even if they don't know something, they will look up the information for me. They will also provide me with recommendations. I also must compliment the driver who picked me up from the airport and drove me to the airport (hotel transfers). He is very polite and considerate and he makes me feel at ease when i was travelling in his car. Even the gentleman who helped me with my luggage wore a big smile on his face. Thank you to everyone I've met during my stay and which made my experience a pleasant one.
I learned only on my last day that they have another sister hotel a few steps away. One of the staff recognized me and invited me to take a look inside. Again, the place is tastefully done. If I have a chance to be back in Paris, I will check out both Artus Hotel as well as this hotel. I would also like to take this opportunity to make a request to the guests who are going to stay in the hotel - let's make an effort to treat the room as if it is our own. That way, the hotel will stay in a good condition for a longer time and future guests will get to enjoy the stay as much as I did. Thank you :)
ゲゲストA Stunning Aesthetic Marred by Disappointing Service
My recent stay at Hôtel Dame des Arts allowed me to immerse myself in the splendor of the awe-inspiring interior design crafted by Raphel Navot and indulge in the allure of the popular rooftop bar, which undoubtedly left a positive and lasting impression.
The interior design of the hotel was a masterpiece in itself, with Raphel Navot's talent evident in every detail. The ambiance exuded elegance and sophistication, creating an atmosphere that truly enhanced the overall guest experience. Additionally, the rooftop bar provided breathtaking views of Paris, making it an ideal spot for relaxation and enjoyment.
Regrettably, the overall experience was overshadowed by a combination of disappointments, notably the service at the ground floor cafe. The male employee with a beard exhibited a dismissive and inattentive demeanor during my interactions with him. His lack of attentiveness made me feel overlooked, leaving me hesitant to further explore the cafe's offerings. While I typically do not demand exceptional service, this level of inattentiveness fell short even of my usual expectations.
This attitude displayed by this specific employee overshadowed the positive hospitality offered by all other employees at the hotel, leaving a bittersweet impression of the overall service.
Furthermore, my stay was marred by a billing issue, resulting in double charging for my fully prepaid reservation. Such an oversight was embarrassing.
On a positive note, I must commend the other hotel staff, particularly those at the reception and rooftop bar areas, for their accommodating nature, contributing to a more pleasant overall experience.
In conclusion, Hôtel Dame des Arts undoubtedly showcased a dedication to exceptional design and ambiance. However, the combination of one inattentive employee and the billing concerns left me with a mixed impression. I firmly believe that fostering a culture of attentive and respectful service, along with diligent billing practices, is essential to delivering an exceptional guest experience. By addressing these issues, Hôtel Dame des Arts can elevate its reputation and ensure that every guest is treated with the care and professionalism they rightfully deserve. A seamless harmony of remarkable aesthetics and attentive service will undoubtedly make for an even more remarkable stay at this captivating hotel.
