Suku Seneca adalah sekelompok pribumi yang menetap di Amerika Utara. Mereka adalah bangsa yang letaknya paling barat di Enam Bangsa atau Liga Iroquois di New York sebelum Revolusi Amerika Serikat. Walaupun jumlah anggota sukunya belum diketahui secara tepat, sekitar 15.000 sampai 25.000 orang Seneca tinggal di Kanada, dekat Brantford, Ontario, di Six Nations of the Grand River First Nation. Mereka adalah keturunan orang Seneca yang menetap kembali di sana yang dulunya merupakan sekutu Britania Raya pada Revolusi Amerika Serikat. Hampir 30.000 orang Seneca tinggal di Amerika Serikat, di dalam dan luar reservat di sekitar Buffalo, New York dan Oklahoma.
