To give you faster access to care, all sessions are conducted remotely. You can choose a video conference through a secure patient portal or an audio phone call.

We believe in the power of telehealth — to help patients feel more comfortable, to make appointments more accessible, and to keep therapy on track. For that reason, in-office visits are not available. But we may revisit that decision over time.

Do I need to make an appointment?

Yes. Our model is designed so that you can get an appointment in less than 5 days through our scheduling portal. We are also available by text, email and our patient portal messaging.

You will also have your clinician’s email address to contact them in between sessions along with access to messaging through our patient portal.

How will I communicate with my therapist?

We are available by remote video and audio sessions. Of course, your therapist is available via text, email and our patient portal messaging whenever you may need them.

What if I cancel or miss an appointment?

We have a 24-hour cancellation policy. In the interest of providing fast, accessible care to all our patients, “no shows” may be charged a $99 fee.

Do I attend my child’s therapy session?

Therapy is a place where children have an opportunity to openly and honestly discuss things that affect them. Parents are encouraged to attend the intake session with their child to provide assistance and then the child may meet with a therapist independently for a portion. The child, parent, and therapist will work together to determine if independent sessions are best for the child and develop a plan for additional family or parent sessions.

How do I know about my child’s therapy session?

You will be able to get this information from the patient portal.

Can I access my child’s patient portal? Does my child have access to their patient portal?

If you are the legal guardian, you will be able to access your child’s portal. Children 16 years or older will  also have access to it.

You can reach out to our medication liaison at [email protected] or call customer care at 866-968-6342.
