Interplay היא חברת פיתוח והפצת משחקי המחשב, אשר יועדה לפיתוח משחקי תפקידים ממוחשבים. החברה הוקמה בשנת 1983, ומשרדיה המרכזיים מוקמו במדינת קליפורניה שבארצות הברית. המחלקה התפרסמה בעיקר בעבודתה על המשחק Planescape: Torment וסדרת המשחקים Fallout, אך נחלה הצלחה גם במשחקיה האחרים. (כדוגמת סדרות המשחקים Baldur's Gate, ו-Icewind Dale).
בשנת 2005 נסגרה חברת פיתוח משחקי וידאו Titus Interactive (שפיתחה בין היתר את המשחק "פרהיסטוריק") וכל הזכויות על משחקיה הועברו ל-Interplay.
